Checking in was all right but once I got into the room there was a bug on the wall, a condom on the tv stand and a sock on the right side of the fridge. I slept all right but around 10 am housekeeping came knocking to see if I was checked out yet which woke me up from my sleep.

They have a refrigerator, but they have no ice and they have nothing to make ice in in the freezer. They did not have any way to get your things from the car to your room. She said the cart was broken so I had to make at least five trips to the car. Staff was nice. Room was ok

When we arrived to the hotel after booking on Expedia, we were told that the pet fees quoted by Expedia were incorrect. The fees are listed on Expedia as $5 per pet with a $100 deposit, however we were told the real fees are $50 per pet, and it is only $5 after a 1 week stay at the hotel. We ended up not staying there due to that.

Booked a non smoking room with a full bed and sleeper sofa. When we walked into the lobby, I was immediately hit in the face by the smell of what I can only describe as a freshly smoked pack of the cheapest tobacco money can’t buy. I continued inside only to be told that “the last non smoking room was just filled.” So my preplanned booking was pointless. We ended up in a smoking room with 2 full beds and only $2 less. I was given the option to look at the room first, but considering I just drove 7 hours and no better options, saying no wasn’t a viable option. After checking in i took a video documenting everything. This felt like the type of establishment that would hit you with some crazy cleaning or damage fee. The room itself didn’t smell like smoke(the window open with the ac on 70). It did smell like the previous occupant was long term and probably didn’t bathe the the entire visit(would explain why the bath tub was, by a large margin, the cleanest surface in the entire building). The best part was leaving. It was so uncomfortable that I almost slept with my shoes on. The carpet looked clean and dirty at the same time. I never touched the floor with even my socks. Flip flops on until I layed down. Every surface looked like they were cleaned with the same dirty, dry paper towel(no soap). The locals must live here semi permanently. Otherwise I can’t imagine how they were full. I mean why else would they be out of clean towels. You get the point

From check iin to check out the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is quiet for the most part, but there were a few children roaming about the hallways and outside. They werent unruly or rude. Just teenagers playing amonst each other. I have no complaints about my stay. We stayed a week and would have stayed 2 if it weren't for our house being ready. Its a fine place to stay...😍

Never stayed came back from dinner and grabbed my stuff and went to the front office and check out could not get a refund back on my credit card I complained about the room the hallway smell like marijuana did not feel safe there I plan on filling a complaint against the hotel there where definitely drug dealers staying there warning ⚠️ stay away from they types of hotels they are completely a dump hole

Dangerous beds !
The hotel itself was not to bad. I am not picky. However the bed was unbelievably bad. More like old pull out couch mattress from 1980. Would truly give the elderly or a diabetic a bed sore in one night. I had bruises on by body where the springs dug into it. I was sore for 3 days and still have the marks. Had to cut my stay short and transfer to different motel. Staff were aware but play stupid when you complain. Bring a blowup mattress if you come here.

Let guests sleep please.
The office personnel were wonderful. The cleaning crew too. There is a communication issue that corporate has caused. I was awakened 2 hours before check out. To see if i was checking out... Management knew we booked for one night. Dont wake up guest that have been on a motorcycle all day. We stop to sleep. Communicte within. Let guests sleep. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. Sponge bath anyone? I am sure they have fixed that already. As i mentioned, the office staff and crew were stellar.

Do not stay in this hotel!
This hotel should be condemned! I don’t know how anyone would stay for more than one night! The checkin process took almost 20 minutes in spite of being preregistered and prepaid. There is no attempt at Sanitizing or contactless checkin. But it gets worse!! The elevator is awful and the stairs are a better option. The hallways reeks of smoke (cigarette and ?) and the nonsmoking room we stayed in smelled almost worse! There is no additional cleaning precautions and the remote control and the surfaces were so dirty I doubt they have been cleaned in weeks. The room appearance was similar to a foreclosure sale of a home after the owner stole all the amenities. There are no cabinet fronts, and no anything! No Kleenex, no hairdryer, no luggage stand and no coffee maker or coffee services! The beds were metal spring bases with a very thin mattress that creaked at each movement. The plumbing has major issues and runs very loud a couple of times an hour! The cost of this room was 3 times more than it is worth! Never again!

Clean, simple and convenient.
We arrived late and our room was ready. It was clean, but simple. There were only blinds on the window so the morning sun woke us up early. The next room had a TV running all night, it wasn't too loud, but I am a very light sleeper and loud conversations sounded like they came from the parking lot. The hotel was clean and convenient, close to the highway, restaurants and gas.

The room was clean and had NO tiny livestock. The A/C worked well, the hot water was hot and had reasonable pressure. The bed was fresh and comfortable enough - no sags and not rock hard. I have had more comfortable mattresses, but only in top-end hotels. I would be OK with having this one at home. The location is excellent - many restaurants within a mile, a Walmart about half a mile drive away. The location is far enough away from residential neighborhoods to feel as safe as any unfamiliar area. The property has internal rooms and proximity-type key cards to enter the hotel, and enter the rooms (no magnetic stripe card problems.) The TV had a good selection of channels, including Turner Classic Movies (a big plus for me.) The staff was efficient in check-in and out, and the charges were as expected. I don't expect cheerful service, only efficient and honest service. The only downside to the room was the tiny microwave, which ought to at least be replaced, if not upgraded. It is really at that end-of-life stage.

It was okay, but the room smelled musty and there was only a bar of soap available in the bathroom. If we were to want to stay in the room and relax it would be unpleasant, but for sleeping and having a place to gather our thoughts it was okay. Warning
First let me say i travel for work so i am accustomed to hotel life and this was notbonly the worse hotel I have ever stayed at but also one of the worst experiences of my life. I had more issues and dealt with more drama Then I care to do when dealing with anything. The staff was rude and actually hindered me at times, I had to constantly Have my Room key fixed. There were roaches Which I couldn't seem to get rid of no matter how much bug spray I used. I was double charged on my debit card once that i know of. I could go on and on but i'll just say that if you have even a little extra money, stay somewhere else.

The hotel had bugs. No shower curtain. No toilet paper! We didnt stay. Left and went across the street to a Comfort Inn.

The property is close to retail and grocery stores, however the rooms are infested with roaches. It is so horrible that the Orkin guy comes to spray every week!!!

ue you get what you pay for
I just needed an inexpensive room as I was only looking for a place to sleep and shower in morning. Room was not prepared, there were no towels, soap or shampoo. Room had an old princess type phone that didn’t work. As the rooms have stovetops, the orders were interesting. If you need a cheap, inexpensive place for extended stay maybe it works. I never plan to return.

Great stay...great value.
We always enjoy our stays at Woodspring. Nice Studio with kitchen...two burner stove top, microwave, full size refrigerator, kitchen sink and cupboards. Good size bathroom with tub/shower. Lots of hot water at this one. They also have a laundromat at each facility. WiFi is free but you can upgrade to faster if you want. The guests are always a mixed bag...lots of people working for a living. Usually everyone is friendly. Staff here is very nice and friendly. If you need a place for a longer term stay. .. Woodspring is a great value.

性价比很差!很好奇Hotels 好订网上的“很好6.4”评分是哪里来的? 1、入住时柜台前就我一个客人,磨蹭了十几分钟还没办好入住手续。我是夫妻同行,看过我的ID后,还要求我先生出示lD,这是为什么?在美国住酒店这是头一遭碰到这情况! 2、双人床很小,地毯和床单是$50/天的车马店标准,但收的费用是$80/天的品质酒店标准。 3、厨房简易到连柜门都省了,双眼电热灶只有一眼勉强能用,厨房用具只有一块塑料切菜板! 4、明明支付的是$79.09,为什么打给我的凭单上是$64.99?问前台,说是$64.99是税前。难道凭单上不列税金吗?这$14.1是被平台拿去了吗? 总之,性价比非常不好的一次体验,绝对不推荐!

The taxes you paid should've been disclosed to you at check in as Georgia has added a transportation tax to all hotels, I apologize if this wasn't explained. Okay for a short overnight. Room did not smell good upon entering. Used a portable diffuser with essential oils and it improved. Staff was very nice.
