청결한 객실
호텔은 청결하고 부대시설이 꽤 잘되어 있었습니다. 한가지 단점이라면 방마다 에어컨이 설치되어 있지 않습니다. 주위 산불로 인해 객실 내부로 연기가 들어와 호흡이 힘들었습니다.

We had a wonderful time and the unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was short of some essential cook ware and utensils but the staff came through and took care of it quickly.

Hotel is in a prime location close to everything. I’ve stayed here in the past and have never had an issue. staff is great and if you need anything they will do the very best to accommodate or fix whatever issue you had. On this occasion I had Three situations that did not allow me to give it 5 stars. One, top of the refrigerator and armoire was very dusty as if it had not been cleaned in a while. Why did I look Well because I wanted To put something on top of fridge and was too dusty. Two, room was not cleaned on my second night, I did Call to request extra towels since ours were dirty and they delivered within 5 min ( that was great). Lastly, the day of check out at 8:30 housekeeping came knocking to our door asking us what time we were leaving. Uhm isn’t check out at 11? Why would someone come asking what time we were leaving. My husband responded well check out is at 11 so we are leaving at 11. I personally Don’t feel they should ask, I see If she knocks if she wants to see if we are still there or not but don’t ask what time we are leaving.

The Village Lodge at Mammoth Mountain provides a awesome retreat, boasting cleanliness, safety, and an outstanding location. This was our 4th time. The fireplace enhances the cozy ambiance, while the ability to walk around easily adds to the convenience. Although the price point is on the higher side, the overall experience justifies the cost, making it a worthwhile stay. The staff, with a standout performance by Andrian, leaves a lasting impression, offering exceptional service both before and upon arrival. Additionally, the lodge's amenities contribute to a well-rounded experience. The excellent hot tub and pool facilities provide a relaxing way to unwind, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. However, it's worth noting that the gym facilities are minimal, which might be a consideration for those seeking a more comprehensive fitness offering during their stay.

So convenient for skiers
Stayed for a ski vacation. So convenient to the gondola and mid week there were no crowds. Loved it!

Amazing Resort in Mammoth
This hotel is amazing! From check in to the lush surroundings we are in love with this place. The rooms are spacious and we were so grateful to receive an upgrade. The grounds are beautiful and location can’t be beat! After travelling around the world this hotel is one of our most favourite we’ve stayed. The apartments give you the option to cook and eat in your room. Lots of food nearby - we even went to a cheaper grocers 20 mins walk to stock up and make breakfast. The village shops are so cute! The coffee provided is very good and hot tubs are outstanding. You won’t regret staying here - the snow is magical and this hotel is part of the magic.

I’m giving a 5 because we were there only over night and the service we received when needed was wonderful. Our room was cute, small but big enough for what we needed, like a small 1bdrm apartment. We were on the fourth floor, for some reason our key card didn’t work for entry to the bldg so we pushed the call button and they were able to let us in as soon as my tired ears understood what they were telling me to do. We did hear some outside noise but not enough to disturb us, sounded like happy people full adult libations. The room was very warm, you definitely will not be cold. The only thing my husband didn’t like was that we were charged a resort fee, got in our room after 10p and checked out around 10A, almost $80. I get it I guess, resort fees are per person per day but it would be a little more customer friendly to not charge especially when it’s obvious a guest wasn’t there long enough to use those services… pool was closed when we got and probably just opening a we were leaving, besides definitely not going in a pool in 30 degree weather. Would stay again though.

Great location and good price for the mid-week stay I had. The one downside was the bathroom sink was completely clogged up, it would take 10 -15 mins to finally drain. I don't know how a cleaning person could have cleaned the sink and not realized it was clogged. Beyond that, the smell emanating from the bathroom was pretty bad. Smelled like a sewer. So, the rest of the room was fine, but the bathroom spoiled the stay. Hopefully they can get it together. Many hotels can't seem to stay on top of making sure sinks are not clogged.
