It's very comfortable hotel to stay during the business trip to Frankfurt. The location was also good to access from the airport, and the central Frankfurt.. The circumstance was not noisy.. and the breakfast was not bad...

전철역에서 좀 많이 떨어져서 불편하긴 했지만 방이 깨끗하고 넓은 편이어서 좋았습니다. 프랑크푸르트 공항이랑 10분거리에 있어서 늦게 도착하시는 분들한테 추천합니다.

대중교통을 주로 이용하는 업무 출장에 적합한 호텔
기차역에서 가까워서 대중교통 이용이 편리했으며 객실 청결 상태가 좋았던 부분은 칭찬하고싶다, 하지만 객실 온도를 맞추는 부분에 있어 불편했고, 욕실에서 샤워할떄 셔워커튼이 없어서 편하게 샤워하기 어려웠다.

Spent good night
Spent 1 night in Frankfurt, I booked earlier so I got special deal queen bed. Even has bath tub inside, I travelled almost 1 month around Europe most of place only has shower. I know when you booked expensive hotel, surely they do have bath tub haha. Anyway If you do have a car, location shouldn't be any problem but if you do not have a car, location might be hassle for you. It's not located near city centre so if you don't mind, you can enjoy comfortable and clean room. Staff kindness compare to other hotel just so so. I have more good experience with other hotel's staff.

전에 머무른적이 있어서. 선택했습니다. 세련되진 않지만, 전체적으로 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 위치도 중악역에서 한정거장 Niederrad역 근처이고(약 10분)주변이 조용하고 깨끗하며 근처에 마트가 3곳이나 있어서 편리합니다.

Terrible hotel I ever experinced
It was terrible experience. When we arrived, they already canceled our rooms without any prior notice or communication, and we had to find new hotel at the lobby at the late night. They never apologize, and they say they sold our rooms already. Be careful and please remember the guys at this hotel cancel your reservation without any notice in advance, and let you walk around the late night of Frankfurt to find another hotel.

Not so bad but few things to recommend
This hotel located next to railway station which makes the view not so good. Two large supermarket are close to the hotel. You have to pay extra 12 euros to park and endure some efforts to move your bags to the reception. Breakfast is 19 euros a person.

This hotel was nice and clean however it was listed as a VIP with Expedia and they did not honor anything for VIP. We booked a queen bed and they tried to put us in a two single bed room. When I questioned the bed arrangements they said there were upgrades to queen bed but I had to pay for the upgrade which is not how the Expedia VIP status is supposed to work! So for the price we ended up paying. I was not satisfied

Sauna und Pool Bereich in die Jahre gekommen, Duschhalterungen halb aus der Wand gerissen, Liegebereich gleicht einer Abstellkammer, keine Deko nix gemütliches, zur Erholung nicht geeignet. Handtuchausgabe an der Rezeption und nur ein Handtuch pro Person ist zu wenig.

The hotel was in a good location. Not far from the airport and not far from Frankfurt main train station. It had a small swimming pool and sauna which was great to relax in at the end of the day. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bonus and had a good choice.

Sehr unfreundliches und inkompetentes Restarantpersonal. Wir waren schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel und hätten uns bei der Bestellung von 2 Kaffees nach dem Einchecken mehr Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft erwartet.
