Great hotel
위치도 매우 좋고, 방도 큰 편이고 시설도 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고, 서비스가 아주 훌륭했습니다.

I would rebook this place the next time I came back. Any questions, need, or service I had the staff was on top of it. Breakfast was free with a great selection, and the Indian restaurant it was in was also amazing. My only suggestion would be to maybe add some carpet in the rooms. Anytime I heard Mt neighbor come in or leave I could hear them.

Very good hotel, location is perfect. We got a free room upgrade. However it was freaking hot in the room and hallways of the hotel.

Sehr gute Unterkunft und super nettes Personal. Auch ein sehr leckeres Frühstück, zwar mit kleinerer Auswahl aber volkommen ausreichend und man kann sich frisches Rührei, Omlette oder Pancakes kostenfrei zubereiten lassen. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite zu Dritt. Leider wurde für die dritte Person nur ein einfache Klappbett mit reingeschoben. Fanden wir für eine Junior Suite nicht sehr angemessen und hat den Aufenthaltsraum dadurch stark verkleinert. Das große Doppelbett war super, nur leider hatten wir (drei Freunde) nur ein einziges großes Bettdeck. Alles in Allem aber sehr zu empfehlen und die Lage war war unschlagbar (quasi direkt beim Wenzelplatz).

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist gut gelegen und nicht allzu groß, sodass es angenehm ruhig im Zimmer und auch beim Frühstück ist.

Lovely big rooms, modern vibe with very helpful staff. My son and I like to use a hotel lounge in the evenings but the Icon lounge is shared with an Indian restaurant which was a little disconcerting - the waiting staff kept asking what we wanted and gave us menus so we felt a little uncomfortable. Everybody was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. You can literally walk everywhere by foot. We came with a dog and it was no problem. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Die Zimmer sind sind in Ordnung, aber nicht außergewöhnlich gut. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Spa. Die Lage ist sicherlich der größte Vorteil des Hotels. Nicht weit zum Wenzesplatz und zur Altstadt. Parkhaus gibt es in 400m, was extra bezahlt werden muss.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel very conveniently located for the Old Town Square and other parts of Prague. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice, small range of freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Good variety of continental food. The room was large and comfortable.

Modern comfortable accommodation. Luxury complimentary toiletries in bathroom (Rituals). Conveniently located 10min walk to Wenceslas Square and local food and bar outlets. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out to make most of our time in Prague before flight back in the evening. Would be useful to have a bar within the hotel.

Background hum
The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the action. However, we checked in late (9pm) and I was given a room 101. The room had a noticeable background hum which made it impossible to sleep. I complained at reception and found the source source of the noise was the heating system. At his point it was 3.00am. There were no other rooms available as the hotel was fully booked so I had to sit it out until the next morning. I fell asleep due to utter exhaustion at about 6 and was then up again for 7.30am. This was probably the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The hotel did change my room that day.

Staff- Giannis at front desk was outstanding, went out of his way to be helpful on more than one occasion . And Ming in the breakfast service was so courteous and attentive. They are such assets to the hotel!

We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be near the old town section of Prague. It is so easy to walk around and see the sights. The hotel is clean and the room is large with 20 ft ceilings. The breakfast had a great selection. We would definitely stay here again.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de nuestro cuarto, y la respuesta del recepcionista fue “abran la ventana”. No nos resolvieron nunca y tuvimos que dormir las 3 noches con la ventana abierta y pasando calor. Las frazadas también eran muy pequeñas para la cama y eso hacía un poco incómoda la dormida. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

This hotel is located in a great area! Walking distance to all the sights but on a quiet side street. The front desk was friendly and super helpful. They arranged airport pick up for us which was so helpful after a long flight. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. Stay here it's great!

Lovely hotel in great location
A lovely hotel in a great location close to Wenceslas Square, 5 minutes walk from metro station. Located on a fairly quiet street. Room well appointed and clean. Quiet despite being close to the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was complimentary and of a good quality.

Great location and a friendly & clean hotel
Located in Nove Mesto and close to many restaurants and public transport. It is on a quiet and safe street away from the hustle and bustle of places like noisy night clubs and yet close enough should you want to go to them. While many tourist sites are within 5 - 10 minutes walk away, the nearby tram stops and metro station can conveniently take you to places that are further away e.g. Prague Castle, Pétrin Lookout Tower and the Furnicular train station. There is also a nearby shopping centre (less than 5 minutes walk away) with two supermarkets, one on the ground floor and the other on the lower ground. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and had a TV, safe and mini fridge. There was some very minor wear e.g. a tiny worn-out area in the floorboard but it was a very pleasant and clean room. The hotel has a modest lobby and with it a modest price with breakfast included. Overall a great hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Prague.
