The staff at this property are excellent. As soon as you arrive it seems like top notch treatment. Beds are comfortable and room was clean and comfortable. Even the chair in the king room is comfortable which is unusual. I would suggest a side table for the comfy chair. Great hotel and very convenient for us.

The room and property were very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The area around the property is okay. The room didn’t have a microwave (which we have come to expect in most hotels). Overall, we were pleased.

While the room was nice & the bathroom was updated, the walls were paper thin. You could hear every conversation in the hallway from my room (218) on the 2nd floor. We could also hear the people in the room above us. The floor creaked with each step. We could hear each footstep. Worst of all, as we could actually hear the person using the restroom above us while we tried to sleep. The lack of soundproofing was ridiculous. While the reception area downstairs was lovely, we will never stay in this hotel again.

It’s nice hotel with comfy beds. It’s very close to the 295 for access to downtown. There is a Waffle House in front, if you get hungry.

I reserve and paid for a king size bed room. But when I arrived, I was told that because the reservation was through a third party they were giving me a two queen beds room. Then he said to contact Expedia. All I want is what I reserved. Not Happy.

I have traveled extensively including 5 countries internationally and this is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff extremely nice. My fellow traveler came down with the the flu during our stay and they even stretched out checkout time till 3pm to allow her be comfortable till my conference was over. Highly recommend

Well, we only stayed 2 nights. When we checked in, I was almost impressed. Although there was no one to greet us at the check-in counter upon arrival, the customer service turned out to be quite pleasant. The second day felt like we were in a different hotel- inferior customer service and a total lack of attention to guests in general. I was told I could receive extra towels, etc. by calling the front desk, but their definition of "shortly" turned out to be about 40 minutes, in which case I had to flag down housekeeping myself, and although I did get what I needed, I struggled to communicate as there was language barrier. I was then about 25 minutes late to my meeting. Oh well. Life is full of unexpected challenges. BUT upon checking out, there was -once again- no one at the desk so I was unable to clarify/confirm my incurred expenses and make sure they were appropriately billed. (I was told at check-in that I only needed to provide a card "to cover up to $50 for incidentals") So, in the end, they charged the wrong credit card and now I have an accounting mess to deal with. Inconsistent customer service and overall underwhelming experience. Hope this helps someone like me :)

Toya! Terrific. Kim and breakfast crew very nice and warm. Got stuck on the elevator. Toya.. was the voice of Heaven. Grateful she heard me and helped to get me , eventually four others out of the elevator.
