Very easy check in and very courteous staff. I was greeted and given options of room floor. We were looking for a dinner option & staff helped with that. Very nice hotel with great service.

Receptionist moved us to the first floor as requested. Staff is polite, friendly, accommodating. Clean and comfortable. Very nice room.

We stayed one night at the property. The room was nice and the pool and hot tub were great temperatures! So many hotel pools are cold but this was great. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff was friendly as well.

This was a great option for people traveling with a dog. Overall, it was clean in the lobby and offered a spacious room (King). Unfortunately, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. The front desk staff quickly moved us to another room. This one was clean and very comfortable.

Other than a weird small spot/stain on one of the sheets (Im still not sure what it was - prolly nothing) we were very happy with our stay and when in the area will use this hotel again. Newer ,quiet, safe and polite staff and good breakfast-5stars from us!

Chose hotel for the amenity of a hottub but the hottub no longer functions as a hot tub pool was warmer no jets. Asked staff about it and they said we keep it that way for the kids. So basically its now a kiddie pool. My room deposit still hasn't been released and is been 19 days. Would not stay there again.

I picked this holiday inn because it has a pool and hot tub. The hot is not working. We asked the lady at the front desk she said she did not know about hot tub because she had not been in pool area in a year. One of the doors to get into the pool room was not working. Out of order signs on water fountain in pool room and ice maker on 3rd floor. The shade in our room was not working and no wash clothes in our room. No hair conditioner or lotion in our bathroom. One regular coffee in room. This is the worst holiday inn I have stayed in.

Went there for the Buffalo Trace tour and the hotel wasn’t very far away. Several good restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. We ate the free breakfast every day while we were there as it was decent. Actually plan to go back for the remaining Trace Tours and will probably stay there again.

We sincerely apologize for your stay not being satisfactory due to our housekeeping. We sadly only provide full cleans on Tuesdays and Fridays or every 4 days per IHG standards. Due to weekends being our busier time we do not provide full cleans unless a guest requests one. We will definitely improve our communication as well as making a way for our guests who would like full cleans during their stay to pass that along to our Housekeeping/Front Desk Associates.The management team here at HIEX Franklin sincerely appreciate the feedback and look forward to seeing you again if you would have us.

Beds were comfortable but the bathroom needs to be updated/ repaired. Broken plaster around the tub, rusty shower curtain rod, and broken bathroom tiles. Attentive breakfast staff. In general the property was tired looking.
