Our room was very messy. Didnt vacuum or dust the room. Stain on shower curtin. Rose petals not from us under everything. Very poor experience.

The heater in the room was making a very loud knocking noise in my room the whole night. One of the lamps didn't work. The shower I got was actually for a disabled person...and I'm not disabled. Water kept draining out of the shower since there was no guard to catch it, so I had to use a lot of towels.

Upon arrival Saturday 2/17, there was snow that melted and froze in the entry to lobby. When I walked into the building, I fell onto the concrete floor/rug. Another guest fell also. I reported the fall and the area was not immediately cleaned.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
The room and the bathroom were clean, towels were fluffy, the bedding was spotless and the mattress was firm. It was a very comfortable stay as the rooms and hallway spaces were silent, people were coming and going but it was very peaceful to sleep there. All of the staff I interacted with, the front desk at check in and check out, the driver for the shuttle and the waitstaff in the bar and restaurant were kind and helpful.

Hi. We were thoroughly surprised that such a large "tower" with elegant accomdations was only $95/night. Thankful for that. Only a couple of notes but truly it was a lovely stay. 1) I think I know why, but always prefer a fan in the bathroom 2) there was no outlet on the "other" side of the bed to charge phone that reached. I had to unplug the lamp to use it with my fan otherwise, we had a very good experience and if we need to return to Bloomington where one of our family's hasn't a room, we'll be using y'all. thank you very much for a great experience.

Not worth the cost.
Handicap room is not handicap accessible for someone with a wheelchair when trying to get in the room and into the bathroom. The door is heavy and cannot be propped open, however, moving around the room there was enough space for my wheelchair. Room was very dusty, fridge was dirty and smelled bad, the heater was very loud, and housekeeping asked us to leave the room at 9:00 am so they could clean, even though check out isn’t until 10:00am. No free breakfast but they do have a Starbucks in the lobby.

2 hour check in because Hotels.com did not complete the registration. Other guests cloths left in room. Changed room due to bugs in the bed. Dirty, dirty, dirty. I can not expresss how filthy the room was.

Didn’t know there was a Somalian prime minister here to speak and it was very crowded with people trying to get in and police were blocking their entry! I had to be escorted to my floor. No one was aggressive, just a little intimidating and strange!
