체크인때 노골적으로 팁을 바라는 태도는 별로였음. 첫날 방 창문이 고장으로 안닫혀서 밤새 거리소음으로 힘들었음 - 말해서 다음날 수리해줌. 커튼이 창문크기와 똑같아서, 주름때문에 완전히 창문을 가리지 못함 - 맞은편 사무실에서 충분히 보일 수 있음. 수건이 모두 어두운 흰색임. 이외에는 불편함 없음.

Great location and clean and well designed hotel, comfortable beds and fine bathroom. Sad that the swimming pool is not now functional with reconstruction on the roof. Will need to figure out how to get pigeons from landing on the pool deck when the pool is functional.

The worst trip experience!!!
Very bad experience! the worst!!! We book this hotel and paid 2 night, but our flight was canceled and we can not arrive in the first night, in the second night of our arrive, the reception told us our room is not available, we arrive there 11pm in the night, very late, but the hotel told us our room is not possible!!! I think the hotel selled our room to other people, as they think we maybe not come to this hotel, they are not trusty, and not honest! We are angry, and after call and balabala, they give us a room at last, the last room, but not the type we booked, poor room not good!

Hope you will understand the problem

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The front desk staff were the best always willing to help. Mark stood out above all. I would recommend a welcome drink for all your guests. The English breakfast could be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Modern hotel, centrally locatede
The hotel is very centrally located - walking distance to shopping and a short drive to parks and attractions. The room was modern and clean with a nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast (included) was good and varied. Other meals at the restaurant were a little pricey. WiFi was okay and we did not try the pool. The only problem we had was with the "aloofness" of the staff, compared to the extreme warmness we encountered in other hotels in India. Also - we arrived early in the morning and asked to check in early. They said okay, and after an hour wait let us into an available room, never mentioning any charge. Only at check out time did they mention an extra charge, which came as a surprise. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Great hotel, and a great place to stay.... if there wasn't a night club right next to it, and the hotel has horrible sound deadening. They start blasting music from 6:30am in the morning to 1am at night. Awesome.

Good location and good value but watch the extras
Price is very good but there are lots of extras - most TV channels are extra, coffee with my breakfast extra......All added up to Rs196 - not sure it is worth annoying the guests to collect such trivial amounts

Trés bon séjour.
Très bon séjour, arrivé à 2 heure du matin mais tres bien reçu. Le seul hic comme souvent en Inde, l'extérieur de l'hotel n'est pas trés propre. Par contre, l'hotel est trés bien situé, sur Brigade road (pour ceux qui veulent faire du shopping).

Very nice room. Very nice cleaning. Dining at hotel very good. Breakfast very good but excellent omelettes and other types of egg dishes. Negative: lights in elevator and corridors very little. Would not like to be one woman alone in the elevator. Two many “chiefs” in the restaurant doping nothing bu how are you. Best located hotel, but needs better management
Hotel claims so many things and offers little. Irregular hot water, Poor Internet Connectivity, Spa opens till 6 PM but all placards claim up to 8 PM, Pool open till 7 PM only & no attendant at the pool, not even for Towels. It is located at such a prime location but due to non seriousness of management small issues are spoiling the reputation of hotel.

Good overall
I had two night at Iris for a business trip. The staff are very helpful and friendly, lots of nice people. The bed is clean and comfortable, but the floors could have been cleaner. One minus is that the airport pickup did not have my friends name on the sign, so it took way too long to find the driver. Good area, close to mall and restaurants, to which one can walk without stress. Wifi was challenging at times.
