Hi XinhaoNot sure why you think our email responses were slow?Your security bond was released - it was put on hold only (not charged) the day you arrived and the hold was released the day you departed. We emailed you the day you departed advising the bond had been released. You were not charged for the bond so there will not be a credit.regardsDorothy PattersonManager

Wotif bookings are through Expedia and all of the things you have listed are clearly advertised on Expedia and our website. Our tariffs and the booking confirmation we sent to you when your booking was received, also reflect these things giving you plenty of time to cancel your booking if you had wished. You booked an apartment not a hotel room and as advertised, your apartment was serviced halfway through your stay (not daily) with clean linen & towels provided.regardsDorothy PattersonManager
