The rim around the inside of the toilet was dirty, black with mildew or whatever. There were dirty towels under our bed. Sound of traffic all the time. Stained pillowcase. Only 3 pillows on a bed for 2.

Easy walking distance from level 2 charger.
The rooms are dated for the price. There is a level 2 “Charge Point” charging station almost across the road behind the City of London visitor centre. It made charging our Tesla super convenient. Staff were very accommodating with the early check in.

No smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Stains on bedding. Wouldn’t want to take a black light to that room

This Super 7 was very convenient, room very clean. It just needed a coffee making machine! Loved the extra large king bed - room for three, but I had it all to myself! John

2:20 am, someone was trying to break down the door, hollering and screaming. He had a hammer and was running up and down the complex disturbing everyone. We left to go to another hotel because we didn't feel safe. Super 7 motel refused to give us our money back for the night of terror. DO NOT BOOK for Super 7 in London on Wellington Rd.

Friendly staff, Pretty at the front desk is friendly, fast and efficient. Room was clean, no bugs. Beds are fairly comfortable. Fridge and microwave are working and clean, no coffee machine but there is a Tim Hortons next door. I would stay there again.

Was a nasty place to sleep in. Price was meh. I've been to better hotels & motels for cheaper. Showers made me want to throw up. Smell was terrible and had smoke scent. Coloured walls & colored carpet floors yuck.

cockroach crossed bed at 2 am - burn hole on blanket towels clean but grey & stained generally rundown but only room with 2 beds when booked at $158. for one night - highway robbery!

The stat was good. Clean and warm room. I didn't like that there was no coffeemaker in room also the microwave didnt work. Was just a 1 night stay.

Friendly staff member at front desk. Outside of our door was littered with cigarette butts. Linens were clean. Floors were not. An old facility in need of upgrades and repairs.

The property was worth the rate. Shower broke, but owner repaired it for the following day. Don't like the damage deposit, but sort of understand it.

Their sign says "clean and affordable rooms" this couldnt be further from the truth. Their rooms are filthy - pee all over the toilet and floor, dirty fridge and microwave, baseboards and ledges have surely never been done along with high up as there were cobwebbs. Table was dirty with grease marks from what we can only assume was someone elses food. Cigarette burns on the sheet AND blanket. Looked out back behind our room and theres a broken pipe and what looks like homeless shelter. Guess that explains bars on the windows. Just overall disgusting room and for $163!! No thank you!! We came last minute for an event and this was all that was available... if its all that was available in the future we would just stay home.

I do not recommend this property, in fact I was disappointed that Expedia had it as an option. It’s a run down hotel. I felt dirty and sticky staying there for one night. I left and booked another hotel for the rest of my stay in London. People live in this hotel as well. I did not feel safe
