에티오피아에서 좋은 호텔입니다. 실내수영장, 깔끔하고 많은 메뉴의 아침식사도 만족할만 합니다. 14일을 머물렀는데 매일 1가지 메뉴를 제외하고 늘 같은 메뉴가 반복되는 것은 아쉽습니다. 불편한 점으로는 침대 바닥시트를 꼽을 수 있습니다. 1장의 시트 밑에 메트리스 오염을 방지하기 위한 비닐(플라스틱) 메트가 깔려있어 땀을 흡수하지 못하고 미끌미끌합니다. 2주 동안 3마리의 바퀴벌레가 객실에서 나왔습니다만 신경이 쓰이지는 않았습니다. 수영장은 피트니스 센터를 통해 입장할 수 있고 물도 매우 따뜻했지만 투숙객의 이용이 많지 않은지 스태프마다 안내하는 방법이 달라 이용이 어려웠습니다. 객실과 로비 직원들은 매우 친절했고 아침9시에 얼리 체크인을 해줘서 아주 편리하고 고마웠습니다. 외항기 승무원들이 이용하는 호텔이므로 믿음이 가고 객실의 수건은 약간 오래되었지만 사용은 편리했습니다. 인터넷은 에티오피아를 감안하면 빠른 편이었으나 싱글룸 기준 3대까지만 사용이 가능한 점은 불편했습니다. 유선 인터넷도 있지만 기대만큼 속도가 빠르지 않았습니다. 정전이 되면 곧바로 발전기가 가동되어 편리했습니다. 아디스아바바에 처음 방문하는 분들에게 추천합니다. 실내수영장이 있는 호텔 중 가장 저렴합니다. 호텔 옆 건물 모닝스타몰에 수퍼마켓과 피자헛이 있고 건너편에 24시간 영업하는 인아웃버거, 에드나몰 안에 치킨 패스트푸드점이 있습니다. 에드나몰 큰 거리에는 구걸하는 사람들이 많아 외국인이 혼자 다니기에 다소 불편합니다.

This is my second stay in Harmony Hotel. Staff is friendly and polite. Hotel is clean and even though it is not brand new still in good conditions.

There was a wedding on the Sunday evening, and I think one of the guests (I presume) was intoxicated and spoke very load late night/early morning that woke me.

I have stayed here many times when traveling but this time i have to say was not a good experience. I emailed twice in advance for Airport Transportation and if it wasnt for my wife calling them no good sir. Next room bed was hard as a brick the floor was better. The room was filled wirh Mosquitoes and after spraying it down well headache and cant breath that smell coughing all night . A night of no sleep etc. This was not a great experience

Our hotel stay at the Harmony was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and excellent food in the restaurants. So close to everything in Bole.

The food was the worse part of the hotel, u can't bring food from the outside and the food they have inside the hotel is awful, if they can create a better restaurant, the hotel will be great

Used to stay all the time. Hotel needs a bit of investment to upgrade some of the rooms. Breakfast coffee is embarrassing for the hotel given the quality of coffee in the country.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and friendly. Customer service was amazing and beyond I expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception was very welcoming and pleasant. Receptionist Tigist, Thank you for making my stay @Harmony unforgettable. I would definitely recommend Harmony Hotel and I will be back again.

Need improvements
I was not given the room I choosed from the online reservation. I choosed the royal room with AC and sofa but was given a lower grade room. I have to refuse it and justify my initiative choice to be considered. The royal room initially did not have a heater. It was very cold (winter season in Addis Ababa). A separate heater was provided later when i was about to leave the hotel. Also the service ( room service) was very slow. You had to wait long to have someone on the phone and even to be served.

The place is good enough, the concierge staff are very helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to provide top notch service. What I didn't like- there was a wedding reception right above my room and the music coming out of it was so loud even my bed was vibrating. I kept asking reception to change me to another room but they kept telling me they will check and call me back. They never changed me and I had a sleepless night.
