Room was uncomfortably warm-AC didn’t work; slow drain in sink; NO towels for pool area or hot tub; ‘hot’ tub was barely warm. Just SO disappointing for such a pretty place!

Handicap parking on the left side of the building was a joke. I mean nice wide spaces, but no ramp up to the tall sidewalk. Didn't venture to the other side to see if it was any better. And it was a long walk to the entrance. Bartender's girlfriend (and maybe employee?) made sitting at the bar awkward, spoiling desire to sit and finish my drink. She shared loud options with the bartender and rudely asked me to move down a seat. The other employees I interacted with were very nice. Room was clean. Hotel has a stylish interior.

The hotel checked in drunk people into the room next-door to me at 2:30 in the morning and they were squealing and carrying on and being so loud that I am remote someone from the front desk came up to their room quiet. Also I had a call down to the front desk and ask them to get a hold of them to be quiet and I have been on the wall several times just a lack of awareness for other people and nothing was done. I didn’t even get my room discounted or come for it for the inconvenience but I had and also the toilet was running and the TV was broken.

Absolutely loved the room! The walk-in shower was a plus! Everything was super clean and the decor was beautiful! The location was perfect for what I needed. The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and courteous. My only complaint was the bed was very hard. Other than than that the accommodations were great!

Excellent place to get away and stay at. The restaurant at the hotel had an amazing cook. Our food was perfect. Definitely recommend the burger. Breakfast was also extremely good. We used the gym and whirlpool spa. Was nice and very relaxing after our workout to enjoy the jets in the whirlpool. We will be coming back.

Clean, Comfortable, and Centrally located. It was a nice place for my wife and I to get away and relax while visiting in-laws. As advertised, everything you would want in a modern design, but not extraordinary, so I would give it a 8.8/10

There was a power outage during the stay and we were not made aware by staff until we had to call to ask why we didn’t have power. Beautiful rooms and very clean. Parking is terrible especially during the weekends so I wish there was easy access with that but overall a great stay!

I'll stay there again, but....
The hotel is convenient, clean and well staffed. We've stayed there numerous times but the lobby seems to need better climate control. Most hotel rooms have a couple of bottles of water on site or provided for Bonvoy members.

Not the Renaissance standard I expected
I’ve stayed at Renaissance hotels for over 25 years. This Renaissance was not up to par, and I was disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. We asked to switch rooms due to cracks in the crown molding and dirty towels with rips on the edges in our room. The 2nd room has ripped carpet and poor walls. The bathroom door dripped with water after taking a shower. The only pros were free parking and proximity to Classen Curve & the mall and nearby restaurants. Although the staff was friendly, the conditions are not worth paying for. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.
