Check in and Check out was easy and straightforward. Studio apartment was cosy as expected but clean and well appointed and equipment all worked. The aircon was an absolute godsend! Think that it would benefit with wifi access in the rooms. It's available in the public/reception areas but couldn't see a signal in the room/apartment itself. Would definitely book again next time we return to the Algarve.

Satisfactory accommodation about a 15 minute walk to the main part of town "The Strip". It has "limited servicing" so you get one soap for the whole length of your stay and the towels changed/bed made every second day.

Relaxing and fun
It's a great place to stay. Would highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly. It's lovely and private there. Only s short drive to the strip and old town is amazing great food and music.

Amazing place with everything nearby you need. A cheap cab ride gets you to more shopping and restaurants and return is so easy with a convenient cab area to get you back to the hotel. A bit of a walk to the beach but worth every second.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Ich kann mich den vorangegangenen Bewertungen anschließen. Schön ein wenig außerhalb deshalb Auto empfohlen. Alles sauber schöne kleine Anlage nicht top modern dafür für die Preisklasse absolut top. Betten auch sehr gut u nicht zu weich. Wer Luxus sucht sollte mehr bezahlen u 5 Sterne wählen.

Muito bom!!!! Os quartos são confortáveis e acolhedor. O ideal é alugar um carro pois para sair à noite e par chegar ao movimento à noite você gasta mais ou menos uns 20 minutos de carro. Gostamos muito de tudo principalmente dos centro de Albufeira.

Apartamentos en una zona tranquila, apartados del centro , propios para descansar pero indispensable tener coche para poder moverse ya que queda alejado a pie del centro o playas.

Quiet- much needed R and R
Lovely accommodation closes enough to all the facilities of Albufeira but far enough out to give peace and quiet. Family run business - all staff couldn't be more helpful.

Excellent facilities in quiet strong but also easily walkable into the main tourist areas. Only downside was having deliberately picked pay whilst there the accommodation took 50% of the price of the stay on booking.

Agréable séjour
Le seul point négatif pour moi c’est Que compte tenu qu’il y a une cuisinette, il devrait y avoir du savon à vaisselle pour laver notre vaisselle car ce n’est pas les femmes de ménage qui le font. Un minimum serait apprécié comme,sel et poivre. A noter que le dimanche il n’y a pas eu de nettoyage à la chambre et j’en ai pas été avisé. Bon rapport qualité -prix

Quiet location small friendly hotel apartments.
A week was too short. Accomodation was just right. Location close to Albuferia town where restaurants and bars were walkable distance. Beach during the day where parasailing had to be done followed by some food and sangria. Strip at night including more sangria and good Portuguese food. Hotel staff fantastic and they catered for alll needs.Arrived at night and was met by security staff which was 100 percent which continued throughout the week leaving us feeling very secure. Our appartment was close to pool but still had privacy, fantastic layout of the appartments overlooking pool area but not too intrusive. We felt at ease all the time. The staff were lovely and very accomodating and advised us on several matters throughout the week regarding sightseeing and taxis. I would definately return .

Average hotel - not good for groups
We arrived at hotel reception after a long mornings travelling only to be lectured by hotel staff about noise levels, coming home late and how our room was to be kept. We found this quite condescending and unnecessary. The manager in particular was very insistent on this matter. We arrived at the pool bar for lunch, not expecting 5 star cuisine, but at the same time not expecting the sub-standard food which was, for the quality of it, over priced. We were reluctant to eat here again, deciding to go to neighboring hotels or cook for ourselves in future. Our biggest complaint was arriving home on the first night. We were met by an angry night watch man Antonio, who repeatably questioned us on who we were, how many were in our group, and then bringing two of us to reception after refusing to believe that we were a party of four guys, insisting that there were two guys ad two girls in our room. After admitting his mistake, he followed us to make sure we went to out room (as he did every night). Kind of felt like your parents waiting for you coming home at night when you were 14. The staff were the main problem with this hotel, and I felt that had we been a family of four we may have had a different experience. Would encourage any groups of young people to look elsewhere

Lovely, quiet hotel - great for families
A little way out from the main town but close to the Strip and bullring. Getting in to town is easy with a 45 min walk. The complex runs a taxi service 3 times a day but taxis are cheaper

Good stay
Nice room and pool area. Easy walk to strip and beach and 6euro taxi to old town. Hotel bar is quite expensive.

Highly recommend
Beautiful Portuguese style apartments with friendy staff. It is a long walk to the many restaurants and busy strip but plenty of taxi's available in the area.

We loved it .. It was quiet and rustic .. Might be too quiet for families if you like lots of activities but if you just like a pool and relaxing it's ideal.. The rooms were spotless and the staff very helpful..We walked every day to the old town either by the beach from the strip or along the main highway.. We enjoyed the excercise.. Sometimes got a taxi back for €5 if it was too much to walk back again.. The old town is lovely full of bars shops and restaurants.. The beach was beautiful ..Can't wait to go back again soon

Great hotel, staff and location.
Good times. Walking distance to beach and local bars and supermarket. Friendly staff and welcoming poolside area and bar. Double bed - 2 singles put together slightly disappointing but often happens in Portugal. Clean rooms and amazing power shower.

Basic apartments, cooking facilities very limited, small camping beds. About 15 minute walk from main Strip of bars etc. If you just want to chill by the pool then this complex is ok.

Very enjoyable
If you want quiet and relaxing this is a good place to go. It is family run and fairly traditional. A lttle walk from the main areas but is walkable if fit but too far for children to walk but taxis are reasonable. No fighting over sun beds and having to get up early to put towels out. Cooking a full meal is not really an option but facilities good enough for simple breakfast and snacks. My only negative is the room layout although spotlessly clean the space for clothes is limited. Although there is a wardrobe there are no draws we had to us our suitcase. Layout of bathroom is poor climb past toilet to get to shower and again no space for putting out toiletries. Having said that the atmosphere of the place made up for the limitations. Beware of what room you book as you need to book superior if you want air conditioning. I have nit picked a bit but a full and objective review is what I look for and is to my mind invaluable. All that said we had a lovely time and are looking to go back again.

Peaceful and relaxing :)
Having booked this as a last minute break we really didn't know what to expect as it was so cheap. On arrival we were checked in very quickly and told that they had upgraded our room free of charge to a one bed apartment! The room was spacious and clean with a balcony and all the facilities you'd need for a self catering holiday. The gardens and grounds were very pretty and well kept. The pool area was lovely, plenty of loungers and surprisingly quiet even when most of the loungers were taken. The guests there obviously all wanted the same thing and that was a quiet, relaxing holiday. The hotel runs a shuttle bus in the day time that takes you to the more lively areas for 2 euro, but taxis are always available and the hotel staff will call them for you. There is also a half hourly public bus service with a stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are all very helpful and even printed out our return flight boarding passes so we didn't have to look for an Internet cafe. Beaches are nearby and beautiful.

Descoordenação total na reserva
Falhas na reserva. Indicando e confirmando ,o site as datas pretendidas até à véspera. Enquanto o alojamento dizia que não tinha vaga para todos os dias selecionados. Por fim, nem do aldeamento assumia culpa na falha nem o operador turístico (site). Tendo este na véspera telefonado não me resolvendo o overbooking e pior, a deixar-me a falar sózinho ao telefone. De resto tudo muito bom.

Great budget apartment
Have stayed here 3 times now, you can't beat the price, it's always spotless and the staff are greasy. It is far enough away from everything to be very quiet but you can walk to the strip in 10 minutes

Et dejligt ophold. Alt var fint og godt. Særdeles svært at finde i mørke, da der mangler skiltnig. Kør efter Balaia Quinta hotel, hvor Balaia sol apartments ligger på samme vej / hold til højre !!! Hotellet er anbefalelses værdigt.

gorgeous apartments, very well kept. basic rooms but i didn't go on holiday to stay in my room! the beds were very comfortable (and i'm quite fussy so that says a lot!). the only downside is the location - it's a 5-10 min walk to the main tourist street with the bars and restaurant, and a half hour walk to the Old Town. You can get buses but the are fairly infrequent. the beach was a 15 min peasant walk away. but i didn't mind this because the hotel itself was so lovely and the staff were very helpful (calling our transport and arranging a day trip). the pool was again basic, but well kept and private because of the location. very highly recommended!

До пляжа 2 км, довольно далеко, если ходить пешком
Отель находится в тихом зеленом месте на восточной окраине Альбуфейры, довольно приятный, красиво оформленный, малонаселенный. Номер "улучшенная студия" очень удобный, с кухней и посудой, холодильником, кондиционером ( за пульт берут залог 50 евро, при выезде возвращают), горячий душ, туалет, балкон, телевизор (за пульт к телевизору залог -20 евро). Бассейн - маловат, хотелось бы побольше. На территории есть бар, мы его услугами не пользовались. До Альбуфейры ходит автобус по расписанию, мы ходили пешком.
