요동네는 젊은이가 많은 동네가 아니라 제주도로 치자면 가족들 조용히 노는 동네에요.....그렇게 이용하기엔 괜찮은 리조트였어요....키즈클럽 크루도 아주 잘 놀아주었구요 수영장도 실내였지만 괜찮았어요...방이 넓어서 좋았습니다.

조식때 바라보는 풍경이 너무 멋지다.
겨울에도 실내수영장 이용하여 아이와 좋은 시간 보냄. 수영장 온도가 따뜻하였음. 호텔 내 주차장 별도비용이 있음. 대부분 길가에 주차함. 조식이 다양하고 맛이 있었음. 조식먹으며 바라보는 풍경이 멋짐. 오션뷰 추가비용 납부하여 요청했지만, 2층 배정으로 나무에 가려 잘 보이지 않아 아쉬웠음. 방은 넓고 청결하였음.

최고의 럭셔리 호텔
너무 좋았던 호텔, 럭셔리 하고 고품격이 느껴지는 곳이었음. 서비스도 훌륭하고, 한적한 곳에 위치해 휴양을 목적으로 한다면 좋을 곳. 바로앞에 락비치도 있고, 호텔 내부에 수영장도 있어서 하루종일 물놀이만 해도 좋았음. 다만 공항에서 바로 가기엔 멀어 그게 단점임. 하지만, 동네 자체가 여유로움이 느껴지는 곳이라 그런지 모든게 좋았음. 특히 바다를 바라보며 먹는 조식 메뉴도 훌륭했음.

위치는 부지바 터미널 인근이라 버스타기 좋은 편입니다. 가격에 비해서 방도 넓고, 조식도 먹을 만 합니다. 그런데 하루 숙박했으므로, 당연히 체크아웃 전까지는 청소하는 직원이 오면 안 되는데, 아침 먹고 10시쯤 체크아웃 준비하려고 하는데, 청소직원이 방문을 두드리면 언제 가냐고 물으러 왔습니다. 미안하다고 하지도 않고, 당연하다는 듯이 말하는데, 어이가 없었습니다. 이런 무례한 행위를 제외하고 전반적으로는 좋았습니다.

The gym equipment was very old & rusted. We had a sea view suite. Although spacious, the furniture was cheap & plain. Not even any pictures on the wall. When we asked for extra towels, housekeeping informed us we were only allowed 2! When we requested an iron & ironing board, the one we received was broken. A disappointing stay for someone who is Maltese!

Great place & staff
Really lovely room and view. Great that the sun didn’t come into the room due to the way it’s been built. Staff throughout the complexed were lovely and couldn’t do enough. The spa is also lovely. Thank you dolmen for making my stay perfect and much improved compared to my previous hotel!

Just felt underwhelming compared to what other reviews and the website said/shown. We left and got another hotel after one night. Sadly lost our on that money but we're much happier at the second hotel.

The property is not really a 4 star.I would put it down to the higher end of 3 star. The property has this private beach area called Amazona.The hotel residents can use the sunbeds free but have to pay €40 for the Balinese beds which is daylight robbery given youhave already paid to stay at the hotel to use their facilities.This is not clear on their website. The bathrobes are on request but also charged at €5 per robe for duration of stay to cover cleaning costs!!!!what is the difference between washing towels and robes!!!everything is extra!!! Extra!!! Not good for a 4 star hotel.

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in dem Hotel und hatten alles in allem einen guten Aufenthalt. Zu unserer Anreise haben wir ein Zimmer zugewiesen das alt und heruntergekommen war ( streifen an der wand, eine alte Couch die fast auseinandergefallen ist). Ein Zimmer was unter keinen Umständen ein weiterer Gast zugeteilt werden sollte - meiner Meinung nach. Unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde allerdings ernstgenommen und wir haben letztendlich ein gutes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gut war der private Zugang zum Wasser und zahlreiche Pools. Wir hatten sowohl am Wasser als auch am Pool nie Probleme zwei freie Liegen zu finden. Das Frühstück war qualititativ nur okay. Es gibt Kaffee aus dem Automaten, Formfleisch, Früchte und Obst und Müsli etc. Wie gesagt, alles in einer normalen Qualität eines kontinentalen Frühstücks und in der Menge ausreichend. Abwechslung gibt es leider keine, das heißt es gibt jeden Morgen exakt das gleiche Frühstück. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Personal war freundlich und das Hotel war sauber. Ich finde aber das man für den Preis mehr erwarten könnte.

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, on entend les porte s des chambres claquer à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Service à la clientèle horrible, nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis les bienvenus . Le matin de notre départ, d’accord il était très tôt, lors du checkout le réceptionniste n’a même pas eu la gentillesse de dire bonjour et de nous demander comment était notre séjour. Il y a quelques bon points comme la nourriture, si Vous êtes carnivore et la plage privée ou la faune marine est très jolie.

Ok but could be way better
Overall a great stay, a couple of annoying things. The faff with collecting beach towels from the spa (which is basically underground) rather than at the pool areas and the fact that they are the smallest beach towels I have ever seen (10 euro deposit per towel too). You have to request the safe key for your room at reception (again a deposit added to room). All inclusive did not cover all the hotel restaurants which was odd and the timings of the all inclusive bar up to 11 pm only but when requesting bottles of water to take to bed after 11 they were a bit funny about it (even though they don’t replenish water in room). The buffet was as expected - I’m not a fan and we only went to breakfast once. Cafe Delos menu is hit and miss - no salads served with any form of dressing but edible. The food was ok but not great and v limited. The pool bar and animation team were great, lots of activities and very inclusive

The Euro 10 deposit is only put in the reservation and will be only requested in case of loss of the towel or towel card. Towels can be collected at the Spa or at the big indoor pool. For the safe it is the same procedure. The Euro 10 deposit, which is put on the reservation, will be only collected in case of loss of the safe key.All- inclusive is until 11 pm. Water is not replenished, but can be taken to the room from the bars.We are sorry to hear, that our kitchen did not lift up to your expectations. Thank you for your praises for our animation team. Sehr gute Lage und prima Hotel. Der direkte Strandzugang ist sehr cool und die vilen Pools. Essen sowohl Frühstück als auch mittag sind hervorragend.

Adequate for a week away with family. Door keys stopped working every day and some parts are in need of refurbishment but mostly, it is OK. Breakfast time is a zoo and the pool areas are congested but nothing got in the way of our holiday.

We recently came back from a week-long all inclusive break at the Dolmen Hotel. This hotel is fantastic in many different ways - food was good (we tried both the buffet restaurant and the Cafe Delos), service was helpful, hotel rooms were a good size, pools were great, and location was close to a bus station and to the beach. However, having got so many difficult things right, I would say that the Dolmen Hotel should pay attention to the little things that make a difference. This is probably more around house-keeping and maintenance - including things like there not being bathrobes and slippers waiting in our suite when we arrived (we had to request them), the toilet cistern continually filling, issues with the doors, etc. When we raised these with the hotel, they were all dealt with really quickly, so I'm not at all mentioning this to deter anyone - this is a great hotel!! But I wanted to bring the hotel's attention to this, because these are easy things to proactively deal with, to help guests feel like things are running smoothly and easily, without issues. Overall, we were impressed, and are hoping to go back next year! I highly recommend this hotel. Also, we had a family emergency whilst there and had some really great support from most of the staff (except for one Guest Relations Manager who was really not helpful at all). But a special thank you to Darren and Alex/John who really assisted us, as well as a few others (sorry, we didn't get their names!).

When you contacted me to ask, if it would be possible to extend your stay, I checked in our system and confirmed with our Assistant Front Office Manager, that unfortunately we are completely fully booked, so that an extension was not possible. The following day, the persons you mentioned above could offer you an extension, only because of a cancellation.I would have loved to confirm you an extension the day before, but unfortunately that was not possible.We thank you for your recommendations, hope you and your family are well and looking forward to welcome you again in the near future.Regards,Guest Relations ManagerVicky Zammit

Iso ja hyvä hotelli meren rannalla. Superior -huone parvekkeella ja merinäköalalla oli erinomaisen tilava sekä käytännöllinen. Erityisenä plussana huoneessa tilava suihku, paljon säilytystilaa sekä parveke merinäköalalla. Aamiaisbuffet perustasoa. Hotellissa miinuksena kesäsesonkina iso asiakasmäärä. Hotelli on hyvä valinta sellaisille, jotka haluavat all inclusive -kokemuksen. Meillä ei tällaista pakettia ollut, vaan pelkästään bed & breakfast.
