비가 많이오는날 귀국일정으로 대중교통이 난감한 상황에서 직원분들의 도움으로 무사히 귀국할수있었고, 대부분의 직원이 영어를 전혀 모르지만, 매니저급 분들과는 의사소통이 가능했습니다. 시설은 깔끔했으며, 서비스도 매우 만족합니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

힘든 출장일정이었는데 방이 청결하고 베딩도 너무 깔끔하고 편해서 피로를 잘 풀수 있었습니다. 또 메니저님이 과일과 스파쿠폰도 따로 챙겨주셔서 너무 좋았습니다.

시내에서 가까운 럭셔리한 호텔
평소 불면증이 있어 잠자리가 바뀌면 매우 예민한 상태인데, 리츠칼튼(심천)의 호텔 침대가 매우 편하므로 숙면을 취할 수 있어 다음날에도 맑은 정신으로 미팅을 할 수 있었다.

Varattiin hotelli nimenomaan uima-altaan takia, no tietysti se oli juuri silloin remontissa kun yövyimme hotellissa. Siisti hotelli, loistava palvelu, kiva tunnelmallinen aulabaari jossa livejazzia joka ilta. Aamiainen runsas ja monipuolinen. Hiljainen. Hyvä sänky ja upea näkymä kaupungin siluettiin ylhäältä.

Great lobby, helpful staff, but dated rooms.
Excellent customer services, however it’s a shame that the room had a couple of issues. Squeaky bathroom door, faulty TV remote control, the room was dated and the furnitures have seen better days. It would be okay if we were staying at a 3 or 4* hotel but given it was Ritz Carlton, it had really failed to meet our expectations.

Lovely hotel in a good location
We got an upgrade to the club floor for the premier corner room which we booked was not available even at 5pm. It’s a lovely hotel in good location but the facilities is a bit dated and not maintained properly. Restaurant is not big enough for an upscale hotel like this. It cannot accommodate all the guests who came down for breakfast. We had to wait about 15 minutes before we could get a table. Staff are friendly and helpful.

サービスについてはさすがリッツと思います。 立地も地下鉄駅の真上で展示会場も目の前ということで、出張には良かったです。ただ設備がやや残念、天井の電球が切れているところが2か所、ベッドサイドのテーブルが破損していました。

The package includes lunch and dinner, it provides lounge access instead with snacks and desserts. It’s tricky and I feel cheated. The blame falls on both Expedia and Ritz Carlton.
