Das Hotel hat den Charme eines alten Herrenhauses und ist sehr zentral in der historischen Altstadt gelegen. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert.

No justifica el precio
Muy caro, además con una diferencia extrema entre jueves y viernes. La habitación era grande aunque muy básica ( muebles, camas, puertas finas y ruidosas…). En general muy ruidosa con ruido tanto de la calle como de otras habitaciones, pero lo peor llegó a las 8 de la mañana, con un ruido comparable a una sirena de la policía procedente de las tuberías. Duró más de cinco minutos y, según la persona de recepción, era normal

A perfect respite
This was a very nice respite from the crowds in the bigger cities. I we were greeted by a very nice lady, who appeared to be in charge of the whole thing, very nice, very helpful, very friendly. The hotel is quirky as a very old building can be, and was really beautiful. our room overlooking the rooftops of the village was very comfortable and quiet. Everything about our stay, was perfect, including having an excellent restaurant just a few blocks away.

A éviter
Odeur de canalisation horrible en entrant dans la chambre, une isolation sonore catastrophique, une fenêtre qui donne sur le patio de l’hôtel mais également sur les chambres en face et donc aucune intimité, mais une hôtesse d’accueuil très aimable et serviable, ce qui sauve l’hôtel d’un 0 pointé.

Nos quedamos en hotel para nuestra noche de bodas. El staff fue genial y nos permitieron entrar a la habitación antes de la hora para poder preparar todo ya que nos íbamos hacer una sesión de fotos en la habitación. Todo muy limpio y bonito.

Individual boutique hotel
Gorgeous individual hotel with great character. Room was snall but had everything you needed. Pool small and cold with limited seating when it was busuer in the evening. Staff were happy to help and walk to main plaza was 5 minutes away.

Hotel en Baeza recomendable 100%
Hotel muy bonito y totalmente recomendable. A nuestra llegada la chica de recepción fue super amable y útil así como el resto del equipo. Si hay que poner alguna pega sería, un poco más de potencia en el aire acondicionado y enchufes al lado de la cama para teléfonos y electrónica en general. Y digo esto desde una crítica positiva y que no le quita al hotel ni un ápice de continuar siendo una opción muy recomendable para visitar Baeza. La situación muy buena para visitar Baeza.

After a very warm welcome we checked in our cosy street side hotel room 8/10. It was a chilly 2 days, the hotel pool was closed. We thought this beautiful sleepy UNESCO village on a rainy day would offer us a quiet night rest… unfortunately we were woken up several times, by passing cars, people, a barking dog as well as inside this charming hotel the wooden floors and walls aren’t really sound proof, it’s part of the historic value this hotel offers. Not sure if the single glass windows could be replaced by double glass to cut out some of the street noise. For light sleepers as us, bring good ear plugs. Despite this the staff was very friendly and serviceable. Breakfast was 6/10, Nescafé as no real coffee was offered. We were offered eggs, I chose scrambled and they had no taste

La suite 105 es preciosa, la cama comodisima y de 2,00 mts. Las chicas de recepcion super amables. El desayuno es mejorable, pero es verdad que soy celiaca y no esta integrado como algo normal en la alimentacion. La estancia maravillosa.

On a dû annuler ce voyage en raison de restrictions dus au COVID-19. Cet hôtel a dû fermer également. On n'a reçu aucune réponse à nos messages concernant l'annulation ou la modification des dates. Ils ont encaissé le paiement et disparu dans le nature...

Do not use this hotel.
The hotel says on its website they are very good. Guests receive a letter from the manager (La Direction) where his/her message is that the guests stay will be an unforgettable experience. Don't trust the hotel. It's not true! The hotel has rooms that are not located outside the house. These rooms are facing to an open area with a glass roof inside the house and have a door/window to this open area. The view from this door/window is the hotel corridors and the restaurant. There is no ventilation. The room is very warm. The reception staff says that the only possibility to reduce the temperature is to open the door/window to the open area. We had it open the whole stay. This meant that other guests looked into our room! The room price is the same as other much better ”normal” rooms. The reception staff did not want to discuss a lower price, but promised that the manager would contact us via mail. He/she did not and no one aswered mail to the hotel. Don't use this very bad hotel!

treniamos reservada un a habitacion triple y solo habia 1 cama grande!!!!!!! no hubo manera de que consiguieran al menos, una supletoria. LA CALEFACCION ES PENOSA -El baño NO tiene ni radiador y hacia un frio considerable -LA HABITACION era bonita pero fria y como lo sabian, nos dejan un radiador de aceite ES UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS pero * LA UNICA INTERLOCUTORA ERA LA PERSONA DE RECEPCION, sin capacidad de solucionar problemas *la puerta se cierra por la noche y hay que entrar con claves y aunque dijeron que habia un vigilante, nunca lo vimos REGRESAMNOS A MADRID UN DIA ANTES DE LO PREVISTO...nos fastidiaron el puente y habiamos pagado por adelantado 150 euros/noche !!!!!! NO VOLVERIA JAMAS

Encantador hotel. Situado dentro del casco antiguo de Baeza, cercano a restos de la muralla en la cual queda un arco. En calle tranquila (evocador acceder a ella bajo el citado arco) y muy cerca, dando un pequeño paseo, de los monumentos principales de la ciudad. Lo más destacable, a nuestro juicio, la recoleta piscina a cielo abierto de que dispone, un auténtico lujo para un establecimiento en una casona dentro de la trama urbana consolidada de la ciudad; suelo rústico, paredes encaladas, entrada cubierta con vegetación, cuatro tumbonas (quizá algo mejorables). Salón de uso común muy agradable: grande y bien decorado, con revistas y libros. Habitación grande (si bien con pequeña parte de cubierta inclinada en 2º piso en la que hay cabezada) y cómoda, así como la cama; servicio higiénico con azulejos artesanales. Entrada al hotel con bello artesonado en el techo. Personal correcto y atento. Ambiente muy tranquilo.Nos sentimos como en casa. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt in einem älteren Gebäude. Die Zimmer sind auf dem neuesten und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Angenehmes Ambiente. Freundliches und zuvorkommende Personal. Es verfügt über einen kleinen Pool. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Delightful small, charming hotel in a lovely town.
We were very impressed by this hotel. Our room was small, but well-appointed (loved the olive-based toiletries). Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We DO want to return. Baeza is a lovely little town and this hotel is a gem.

Confort et tradition
Hotel chaleureux, offrant toutes commodités (piscine (en saison), spa (en supplément), 2 salons de repos. Les seuls bémols: - parquet neuf qui amplifie les bruits de pas dans le couloir - musique d'ambiance à la réception...qui se propage dans les étages jusque tard Et surtout, sur les recommandations de la réceptionniste, nous avons diné au Torreon, troquet typique juste en face de la rue de l'hotel, ...où on nous a pris pour des vrais touristes (= pigeons!) : 45 euros pour 2 plats et 2 cocas (dont 1 resservi sans que nous l'ayons demandé), malgré les 2 chupitos offerts à la fin du repas, nous avons eu du mal à le digérer!!!

Granada by er stor og for en fremmed ikke helt let at finde rundt i. Hotellet er let at finde frem til selv når man ikke har en GPS. Man skal blot "sigte" efter Alhambra hvortil der er skiltet mange steder i byen. Hotellet er beliggende lige ved siden af P-pladsen til Alhambra.

Au centre de la ville pour tout visiter à pied
hotel vraiment parfait, raffiné etc... pour un prix très correct accueil chaleureux en français s'il fallait faire une seule critique : pas de garage ou de parking mais en juin nous n'avons eu aucun probléme de stationnement dans les rues proches de l'hotel

Charming town, nice hotel
This is a typical older EU hotel that has been redone. Rooms are smallish but comfortable and clean. Nice pool area for relaxing. The town center is two blocks away and is great for tapas or dinner.
