I was very impressed with our stay here. I was not too sure based on reviews. More than met our expectations- girl at front reception very friendly. Place smelled clean and it is obvious they try their best. Maybe hallway carpets need to be changed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. So happy that the gym facility was access to the Fit 4 Less right beside the building, this was much more than I expected. Yes both my husband and I actually look forward to working out while we are away and this provided more than we had even hoped for. Breakfast was more like a small brunch, lots to choose from and again the staff went above and beyond when we needed anything. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was well maintained, the breakfast was very good. All the staff were kind and courteous especially Emily who should be afforded the opportunity to pursue a career in hotel management within the Quality brand of properties if she is interested. She was very informative about the area and had a genuine kindness to everyone she encountered.

The staff was amazing with us from check in to check out, the accomidations for my injured friend, they were absolutely fantastic with my toddler. The bathroom cleanliness could use some work and the breakfast was a bit disappointing. We will be back though based off customer service alone

We had a good stay while visiting family in Woodstock. Back in the day this hotel was the best in the area, it was still good but of course it’s an older building now. The staff was great, room was quiet and clean with more than everything you needed. Only complaint was we didn’t have very hot water for a couple of days, but the last day we did and it was great! We will for sure stay here again when we come back to see family.

Great Place to stay
Everything was excellent Will come again for sure. The girl at front desk could have been a bit friendlier but it was late when we got in and she looked tired. Breakfast was the BEST
