We are working very hard to remodel our Motel and upgrade the rooms with modern amenities such as 65inch smart TV’s with streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, new bed frames with BeautyRest Mattresses, Air Purifiers and smart device charging stations compatible with both Android and Apple with the ability to charge smartwatches too, besides that we have remodeled the Deluxe Rooms completely from new drywall, flooring to all new tile. We have been doing the remodel wanting to provide all modern amenities while keeping the vintage motel feel throughout the hotel. We are very proud of the fact that Taos Valley Lodge is a Mot built in the 80’s, therefore, we would never hide that fact. I have looked up your reservation, and it seems that you have gotten a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Room, paying the initial rate of 149 for a standard room. We had hoped you would enjoy this upgrade as we have heard wonderful feedback from all our guests in regards to the new rooms, and we are very disappointed to hear you have not enjoyed your experience.
