I feel the pictures are not accurate online, the pool was closed and that was extremely disappointing as it was not clearly stated anywhere noticeable that I would have seen without searching for it. They gave us a room with a window to the dark empty pool. Not a fan, will not stay here again.

We have stayed at a lot of motels but have never had such a good breakfast. The hostess present kept everything so clean and updated.

The property was super clean, and the staff were very prompt, polite and helpful. When my TV was not working, within minutes of calling the front desk, an employee was in my room and fixing it. The hair dryer for my room fell off of the wall. The pillows were fluffy and soft. The pillows were nice and soft.

We picked Best Western over BridgePointe Inn where we stayed last time because their breakfast wasn’t very good. Unfortunately that was the one negative thing about Best Western. I think the food had been sitting in its warmers for waaaay too long. The tater tots were not even chewable and the eggs and sausage patties weren’t good either. Coffee had been sitting in its pot too long and waffle batter was very runny. After we got our food the friendly attendant refilled some with fresh food of which we tried the eggs which were better. She also gave all our children a bag of muffins which was sweet of her. There was LOTS of seating in the dining and lobby including multiple areas with couches or cozy chairs. I loved that all the rooms had vinyl flooring instead of rug. But there was a smell in the room that caused my throat to burn and I had a hard time falling asleep because it made me cough. It could have been because our window was by the swimming pool room? There was also a hair on the pillow and some hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise it was very clean. Pool area looked very nice but we didn’t get a chance to check it in person. I’d def recommend staying in council bluffs over Omaha based on motel reviews alone

Room was clean but the bed needs a new mattress kind of off the beaten path but parking lot was well lit all the doors needed a key card we had a good breakfast in the nicest eating area looked like a restaurant had a good selection only thing that bothered me was there were no biscuits and gravy we will stay there again

Rm146: had ZERO heat in Mid November 2023! And there was quite a cold draft coming in from UNDER the heating unit!! To top it off? Summer blanket. Great shower! Very nice, expansive well lit place-didn’t stick around for breakfast, though!!

Not modern for devices
very tight room very small. desk was hard to work due lackof space. Very few outlets for devices for phones, computer,toothbrushes,etc.

Pretty dumpy old building, right next to the train and truck stop so super loud and the bathrooms don't have fans and the windows don't open so it's unbearably muggy if you try to take a shower and the whole place smells like mildew which is gross.
