The room was clean and affordable. However, there wasn’t daily housekeeping services. When asked for additional facecloths for the room, none were available so additional hand towels were provided instead.

Stay was below average was given one room that we unpacked in and began a cleanliness check per usual we checked the bed for bugs as a routine being a frequent hotel traveler it was clean was happy left the bed unmade and went to grab dinner and drinks returned about 2 hours later to blood drops all over the unmade bed.. asked the desk if the room was entered by staff from the hotel and was told no and to gather my things and go to the front desk to switch rooms. At the front desk I was told they have cameras but cannot check them to see if someone entered my room? Was changed to a room 6 doors down from the original room that had no hotel phone in the room and a leaking shower head and was never told anything about the original incident after I was told management would be notified would not recommend next time will spend an extra 40 per night

Room was ok, spacious room and good bathroom size. The ceiling had stains on it, like it leaked from room upstairs and faucet in the shower was leaking. Balcony is very nice.

We were in a room on the first floor, close to the indoor pool. There are two entrances to the room: one from the hallway, one slider by the pool/atrium. The sliders cannot be secured from outside if the door. If you’d like to have your room secure you cannot exit through the slider. The room was 74° and humid when we got there & it took over 24 hours for the temp to come down. The toilet didn’t work for our entire stay!!! We used the shared, public bathrooms. The restaurant took 2 hours for food to come. It was middle of the road food but very reasonably priced. Everything is close. Stores, restaurants, shopping, coffee were all within 10 minutes or so. The atrium was very pretty and a great use of space: all open & has plenty of seating & tables.

Room was dirty and staff was slow to respond. No toddler bed/ pack n play although told I would have one brought to my room.

Cold room, they kept the heater off probably to save on utility bill. Towels smell bad, sink overflowing- we informed them but they didn’t bother to do any action. Certainly, we will not go again

I was only there for a few hours. The pool area was chilly. There were some stains on the towels in my room, however, overall it’s been my go to hotel for MANY years and I will continue to go back. A little bummed there’s no more jacuzzi.

After switching rooms twice upon check-in, (due to the rooms being at about 55 degrees) we decided to suck it up and make the 2rd room work for us. Ataff was not very knowledgeable.

Home away from home
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When ever we had a problem they fixed it right away. The maid service was awesome they always made sure we had clean towels and bedding since we had a long stay here. The pool area is great for the kids.

Great for families
Great price for the stay. Hotel is a little run-down but nothing major. We had a great time - pool was open late and staff were very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a Junior Suite which included a microwave and mini-fridge. We did notice microwaves in the lobby though for guest use. There was no way to using streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) but we brought a laptop & an HDMI cord so we were able to have a nice movie night.

The bar was opened, but closed too early and all that came to this facility to enjoy a football game, had a hard time with this and we had to bring our own beverage to the lobby to see a game in the screen and interact with other people. The last day there was a blackout and our floor had no emergency lights and the hallway was completely dark. I had to use my cellphone to see way out, thanks God we were heading out, it was almost time for checkout. Some of the staff had no idea about where I was able to charge my e-car and had to Google it and walk to the place. Completely disappointed, and not forgetting that the heater make a horrible sound that woke me up constantly that evening.

Nice, Affordable, Set back location.
Nice, set back location. Rooms are clean, needs updates but beds are very comfortable. Front desk very friendly. Can’t beat the price. My only complaint during my stay was our phone kept ringing at 6am, several times, we assumed it was by mistake and must of been wake up calls. We would have liked to sleep in a little later.
