Even though when we arrived earlier of the usual 3pm check in we were advised by the front desk clerk that she cannot check in any earlier than 3pm because they are under staff. We were given a room right away soon after 3pm. Room was modern, clean and good. Love their breakfast lay out and options. Location is close to everything, shopping, foods, main highways.

It was a lovely setting, clean, and friendly staff. Special mention goes out to Dawn who kept the breakfast area well supplied, tidy, and blessed us with her warm greetings each day.

Hotel was average. After checking in we noticed the room smelled a bit damp and musty. After 20 min we noticed some condensation and small water pools on the floor. Went to front desk and he gladly swapped our rooms. Next room was good but overall experience was average. A solid 3/5 place

Out room's bathroom had a toilet that was not working properly, a clogged sink, and the floor was not fully cleaned. There are no towel bars in the bathroom.

This is a nice hotel. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was nice. Facilities need a bit of updating. The bathrooms weren’t in the best conditions but were fair enough for the weekend we stayed there.

Service desk took his time assigning rooms and then when we had to leave a day earlier he was rude and no refunds. It’s your fault for leaving and I won’t give a refund. I understand the policy but his attitude and etiquette could be way more professional.

Robert, I am so sorry to hear that your experience with our front desk was unsatisfactory. I have brought up your issue of sounding rude with our front desk and I am sorry. Sometimes simply stating policy can sound rude and I understand that. Please note however, if you had purchased your reservation through us instead of the third party we would have gladly immediatly refunded you. Unfortunately, when you purchase through a third party we have nothing to do with their refund policy and I would suggest again speaking directly with them, the party you purchased your stay from, rather than us. I am sure that in some way shape or form that is the crux of the issue here.

The staff was great and the breakfast was good. The room was nice. The room we stayed in there was a parking lot light that was super bright for the most part the curtains covered it up, but could use a little more. Also, the toilet ran all night.

I honestly didn’t like anything about the property , I can not believe this property was recommended by pirate city for incoming families . Rooms are dirty/ have multiple people on drugs staying at the facility and staff members know and do not do anything.

Hotel from Hell
We made reservations over a month in advance and was placed right next to elevator. Which by the sound we heard all day and night it must over 100 years old. The air conditioner was so loud every time it turned on the tv volume had to increase 4 to 5 levels and back down when it turned off. The beds weren’t very comfortable, lighting in bedroom was impossible for reading. The bathroom sink was not draining properly and the toilet was a hit or miss when flushing. Radisson should be ashamed. A remodel is not what this hotel needed. Knock it down and start over. Oh yes breakfast was nasty.
