Very clean and friendly staff. Pool towels were a little substandard, but all in all a nice place to stay.

The front lady didn’t really understand that hotels.com has a different price (Lower) than what she was going to charge us for our reservation… but others than that the cafe they have for breakfast was a good experience

Great place to stay
Easy check in, comfy and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay. Cafe next door is good. Highly recommend staying here.

We stay here every year during our annual cross country driving trip. Became a favorite following my son's graduation from Fort Knox Army. Excellent stay. Wish though they still provided breakfast,

They were super helpful and allowed me to check in early! I was only there for one night to see my husband graduate from Fort Knox and they were super friendly and welcoming!

When I first checked in, the front desk lady was extremely pleasant and all was good. However, the TV was not working properly and she basically told me sorry. She did not know how to fix it, wanted to change the batteries when I knew it wasn't the batteries as the TV turned on and off, told me there were no more rooms and no one was available to help me. I ended up calling my husband who helped me fix the issue over the phone. She was very rude and unpleasant when there was an issue.

The plugs in the wall wouldn't hold our plugs it would fell out and the toilet seat was broken. We stayed there for 2 days and they never did clean our room. We had to go up to the front and get clean towels. Overall, the place was nice. The workers at the front desk was really nice. Love the restaurant hook to it was really delicious. The indoor pool and the Jacuzzi was great.

Beware - the dark haired woman at the front desk is absolutely rude. The place only "accepts major credit cards" but they can't comprehend that a mastercard credit/debit card is still capable of being run as credit. While attempting to explain this the woman didn't even bother to look up from what she was doing. We chose this hotel that was WAY out of the way of where we were going based off the reviews about how nice the area/workers are. The area was trashy, and only one of the ladies at the desk was polite. We were left with no room to stay in after driving 3.5 hours on a Friday night at 630 PM - if you can imagine what kind of places had rooms left. Right by the hotel is a sex shop where you can rent a booth..if you get what I am saying - sign says this right out front. Great location to bring the family! Two miles from the hotel is a big nasty coal powered plant.

The brand new natural gas power plant is 12 miles from us, we have no sex store next to us, there is one at the end of town, which has no bearing on us. beside us is a gas station on one side and a bank, on the other side is houses, across the road is the Fort Know Army reservation. You received a message from us regarding payment within 30 minutes of making your reservation.

Nice Hotel not located directly in Louisville. Property could use a few updates but is in otherwise good condition. Room was rather large. Channel selection was lacking but we brought a Roku. WiFi was strong and fairly fast. A pretty nice hotel for the price. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Louisville area. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Indoor pool was nice and so was the hot tub.

Good, clean hotel.
Good, clean hotel. Friendly, good service. Room needed some updating/repairs-- electrical receptacles didn't hold plugs tightly, toilet seat was peeling. Otherwise, overall, a good, decent hotel-- would stay there again if in the area.

Very nice hotel for the price
The lady at the desk was sweet and very helpful. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It was clean. I loved this place and will come back. The restaurant was very good. Janet served us and she was very sweet. The food was very good.

not enough lighting in room some lamps were not working. front clerk was very rude wanted us to pay cash instead of using the same card we had used on previous visits to this establishment we explained upon arrival that we were in town for a funeral.

This is a very nice property. I’m Here once a month. They have and indoor and outdoor pool. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are very comfortable.

Oldie but a goodie
Everything is VERY old and worn. I remembered looking at the floor to see if it had carpeting. It sadly did. Things were as clean as old can be. Everything worked, the heat was great it did not dry you out or overheat. Pool was clean, open to 11 PM and the sauna was relaxing. I would go back for that.

My room was close to the entrance and the road but i never heard any traffic. The sheets and pillow cases where bright white. The bed and pillows where very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly.
