Reasonable Price and Comfortable Stay
As already presented in the subject of review, it was a nice place to stay with a cheaper price. If your purpose of stay is to take a sleep only during the trip, we recommened this hotel. Also it was located in a safe area. However, if you want to enjoy a speical hotel service such as swimming and nice breakfast, you should find out another hotel.

I wouldn't wish my experience at this motel on anyone. From the messy reception area, and the receptionist to the bug bed that woke me up (let's see if I can upload the photos). I will not be able to easily forget the image of this person with an innocent girl smoking marijuana sitting on the stairs.

The property was very clean, the room was spacious and front desk was very polite and straight forward. One thing I recommend for this place to go above and beyond is to add Roku remotes for YouTube, Netflix and other streaming service access for guests & upgrade the internet speed, I found some things wouldn’t load due to a poor connection. Would stay here again if I was in the area!

Bed bugs No breakfast Even though the property was decent and clean but I always book the property with breakfast included and there was no breakfast The other thing is I had to cut my trip short because bed bugs ate me up and the medication I took made me very sleepy I called the owner and I told him about the room I stayed in, he panicked and he said he's going to do everything he can to make sure doesn't happen again to someone else.

The tub looked crazy looked liked weird permanent stains on them. There were sounds of pipes cracking through the walls all night. I will not come back. In the pictures it showed they have breakfast and they really don't serve any. But the bed was soft.

Overall it was a great stay! I really enjoyed how friendly staff was and how comfortable the bed and sofa was. The toilet in my room was not balanced so it will tilt a bit. My issue was with the ac since it started when it wanted to. So it was very hot at night and the ac didn’t start.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet part of town, great restaurants nearby, Costco right down the street, staff was very nice. Perfect if you’re just looking for a place to crash at night.

Spend the Extra Money - Go Anywhere Else But Here
The gentleman at the front desk seemed nice - But, unfortunately, the room was shabby, dirty, run down, the bed was uncomfortable and there was mold in the bathroom. When I entered the room I instantly regretted the purchase. There’s a heat wave and the air conditioner kept turning off and I had to call the front desk on my cell phone (the room phone wasn’t working) to fix it. Staff responded quickly, fiddled with the controls and it started back up. However, it kept turning off and I had to get up in the middle of the night and repeatedly turn it on again. Granted, it was a relatively inexpensive room- you get what you pay for- I suggest spending more money and lodging elsewhere! I feel bad for the staff and wish them well, but don’t waste your money. I wouldn’t stay here again -

We assure you that we do care about the upkeep of our property and we have a dedicated team that works hard to ensure that all fixtures and amenities are in good working condition. We're also sorry for the housekeeping issues that you encountered during your stay. It is through feedback like yours that we are able to quickly address maintenance and housekeeping issues that would allow such a situation to occur. These are certainly not the standards that we set for ourselves, and we will take immediate action to address these concerns. Once again, we thank you for bringing these matters to our attention with constructive criticism and we hope you'll return someday to enjoy a five star experience.

Great value, nice clean room, quiet.
The room was very clean and the area was nice and quiet. Room seemed to have been updated fairly recently. Had a couch, tables, office chair, fridge and microwave, all nice and working well. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was and it was inexpensive. Definitely will stay there again when we're back in the area. Office guy was very nice and helpful and the grounds seemed well taken care of.
