The hotel is in a convenient location near Family. However, it leaves a lot to be desired. I have been coming and staying at this hotel for sometime due to a grave illness in my family in the area. The staff is not very friendly except for a couple of guys in the evening. They were several times on this most recent trip and past trips where I stand for 10 or 15 minutes and the agents in the back office are sitting there talking about personal stuff, ignoring me, when I asked for housekeeping service after three days, I was treated as if I was asking for the impossible. Their rooms are getting a bit dated with mold in the showers and behind the sink in the bathroom. There’s no desk to work at which is important as my most recent trips are combined with family and I need to be able to work while I’m there. I can’t do conference calls while I’m sitting on the bed. The rates combined with the resort fee are a joke, especially in the winter time. Granted, there are not a lot of hotels in immediate area that are convenient and I get that. But is a Hilton Diamond member I am used to quality service and loyalty and do not receive that staying at this property. I am a road warrior who is on the road almost every week for business, and rarely feel acknowledged when I am staying at this hotel. I couldn’t get a consistent answer about the breakfast vouchers on this most recent trip. I did not use them on this most recent trip and lost out on $80 in credit.
