So glad we stayed. Lovely room, not super fancy but very comfortable and spacious and everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again.

Nice new bathroom, but toilet too close to the wall. Sheets on bed up to high so both top and bottom sheet did not go to foot end of bed not good for tall people

We are never disappointed when we stay here. Check-in is always easy and very friendly, the beds were super-comfortable, and the room was more than adequate for our needs. Thank you!

Room was lovely. Beds comfy. We were on the second floor. Steps were a little hard on mum. Bathroom spacious and modern. Big tv. Walking distance to some pubs and shopping. Close to Goldfields. Parking was a little awkward but safe.

Great low cost option for a stay in Ballarat. Close to the centre of town and easy to get to. The property is a little dated and aging, but is clean and provided us with a good base.

For what we wanted it was perfect, a bit noisy at times with traffic and it was a bit dated but I got what I paid for.

It’s central and walking distance to shops and restaurants, clean, could do with an update it is a bit dark and bathroom bit old but functional. Great for a short stay. Bed was firm but comfortable. Overall okay. Staff pleasant and friendly.

I realise it is hard to keep track of battery life but...the remote batteries for the a/c-heater and tv needed attention. i.e. replaing.

The location pf this property is fine - close to shopping centre, and some fast food outlets. The building which has good sized rooms is dated, and bathroom in particular is not in a good condition. Having a shower over the bath can be challenging for some people. Overall, not the standard that we expect, even at that price.

Have now stayed in multiple rooms. Beds are comfortable, shower has great pressure, check in always simple. Car park is a bit tight in larger cars when full, but manageable.

The Motel served it’s purpose. Needed to stay one night in Ballarat. Room was large, bed wasn’t great, pillows were horrible but we made do. Bathroom was old, but shower (over bath) had decent pressure. It there was less road noise and less noise from other rooms Id rate higher. Alas - $140ish got me what I expected.

The room was lovely. Comfortable bed. Very clean. The only criticsm was the slightly steep driveway and entry into parking site. Will stay again.

Room was nice and well appointed for the price. Double glazed windows on the room would go a long way to reduce the noise ftom the street. Excellent location though.

The property is conveniently located. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but showing long term mould problems in the shower stall. Parking was very awkward due to limited space to turn vehicles.

Good nights sleep
The grounds need some attention and the outside of the building needs cleaning but our room was clean and had a new bed with clean linen and was very comfortable despite being quite dated. Shower was very good.

Beds are among the most comfortable I've had at hotels. Water pressure in showers is amazing. Street noise (council sweeping etc) can be a bit loud, but not the motels fault and it's generally quiet inside.
