I think they are understaffed. There was a wet bathing suit in the closest when I arrived. The toilet didn’t flush properly. I don’t know if room was really cleaned.

We loved the room. Pillows were a big surprise. Bed very comfortable. Told my husband we have to stay thrre again when we visit my daughter in Colchester. Only thing I can think of that would be better is exhaust in bathroom and higher power of shower.

Was extremely hot at the 3 nights I stayed and barely got any sleep the 3rd night. Asked front desk to fix the air and apparently nothing was fixed. Window wouldn’t open far and screen was busted.

As a disabled vet I found the long walk to my room very painful. Also there are hardly any electric outlets and not enough to serve our needs . Service people were above average check in and out.😊

We had a good stay here. Staff was wonderful very pleasant and helpful. Answered all the questions we had about the area and got us anything we needed for the room. Unfortunately we came while it was under construction and remodeling so access to some areas were blocked by workers and had to go out and around the building to get to a separate access. And there was construction supplies that you had to walk around but over all a very enjoyable decent stay..

The room was very clean and modern looking. I did notice the emergency shower sprinklers heads were all rusty and did not look very attractive so they should be replaced

A bit expensive for the quality and price! Bathroom supplies were not properly planned and attended to before our arrival. Body lotion got over in less than a day! Insufficient Bath towels kept. Had to ask for more. There seemed to be dusty air in the hallways. Carpet looks old. Had a hard time finding a table for breakfast!

The rooms were very cool, especially with the dormer windows. Staff was very friendly and polite. Very close to the highway and other places in VT. And the restaurant next door is also really good. It was a really good experience.

Toilet leaked in first room, so had to switch rooms. Bathroom floor in second room wasn't entirely clean. There were lint and other debris on the floor. Not terrible, but more than there should be in a clean room.

The hotel room was clean but the bathroom was another story. found hair in the drain and there was not shampoo, soap or conditioner in our room which was incredibly annoying. The bottles weren’t refilled so spent way too much time trying to get something out of it.. beds were clean. Breakfast was really good, most of the workers were super sweet, but our check out experience left something to be desired.. Would return just make sure to ask them before checking in that all the room was cleaned and remade for the next guest

L’accueil était chaleureux et efficace. Par contre il y avait beaucoup d’irritants techniques. Tout d’abord l’ascenseur était défectueux, pas de pression dans la douche, la thermopompe était très bruyante, il a fallu l’arrêter. Enfin le signal wifi était pratiquement inexistant. Bref un hôtel en-dessous de nos attentes.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Rooms very nice and clean. The only minor issue was that there was only one elevator and it worked about half the time. We were able to trek our luggage up and down the stairs but it may present a problem for others. Hope they fix this soon. I would definitely stay again though.

It was mentioned that the room sleeps 5people. But actually it is 2 double beds only. You have to pay extra 20$ to add a bed

I liked our room. Except. The sofa bed was in poor condition. Ripped cushions and sofa bed had no sheets or pillows. Breakfast was great. Delicious even. Pool hours were inaccurate. Connecting room doors had old rusty looking locks which made me feel unsafe. My bed had crumbs and hair on it which made me feel they were not clean. But no stains or bad smells or visible unclean areas so that was good.

Nice hotel and convenient location. We weren't happy though that the pool was closed Sunday morning for maintenance. The kids were disappointed that they could not go in a final time before check-out.
