I am concerned however to hear that our receptionist came across as unfriendly. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this. Our reception team work hard to create a welcoming atmosphere but I regret that this was not reflected in your experience. I have reported this to the Reception Manager. Our Royal Garden apartments are more central than these apartments and may be more to your liking if you are ever looking to return to Edinburgh.
