maybe it could have been just me. But staff could have been a little bit more friendlier. Housekeepers were awesome and extremely friendly. The room was pretty nice. I would say The room needed to be mop up more Often the floors were really dirty. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back.

We stayed in the biggest nicest room possible. The room was great but the rate was pretty insane. Would recommend!

Front desk staff was very unfriendly and unconcerned about any issues you might have. Room was very nice and clean but bed/mattress was very noisy if you even turned over. We had a room with an adjoining door and you could hear everything going on next door. The family there yelled at each other all day and slammed their doors the whole time. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault but I wouldn’t stay in a room with an adjoining door again.

It is an outside corridor to access the rooms. Rooms are clean and updated. Wierd wall switch controlled all lights and electricity. If overhead light is off all of the room lights are off. Hmm. Couldn't charge phones at night table plug due to that.

Kids loved the indoor pool! Breakfast was pretty good! Rooms were very clean & nice. Suggestion; would be nice to have "room #'s on parking spaces " After our outing, we had to park near the office because others had taken all spots near our room. It was on Friday night, so there were probably visitors taking the spots. Shouldn't have to hunt for a parking space away from your room, especially carrying luggage. Also, when getting a room on the 3rd floor, you may want to ask if the elevator is near your room if you have an eldery person, or someone with you that can't use stairs. Just something to consider. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our choice & loved our trip♡ we will definitely stay here again on future trips. One more point, Golden Corral was by far the best, & most economical place to eat. Spent $75 @ Shoney's for 4 but $58 @ Golden Corral. Much better food too!

Within walking distance to shops and Dolly’s Stampede.. Kids loved the pool. Beds where comfortable. A little noisy kids running around going to and from pool at night making noise but other than that no complaints… will stay again

The room was clean, however there were little bugs ( not roaches or bed bugs) all over in the bathroom and around the water. The pool/ hot tub was so full I couldn't even fit in. Parking was terrible. Free... yes... but we couldn't park by our door. We parked very far away because everything was full. The breakfast was decent for free breakfast, however there was only one waffle maker and a long line to use the only one waffle maker. It was also so crowded in the dining area you had nowhere to sit. Out side our hotel room was very loud at night from other guests outside. Overall I wouldn't pay more than $100 for a room if I went back. It wasn't the worst hotel ever...just meh

The water in the inside swim area wasn’t warm at all, The shower water didn’t stay hot you had to take a Luke warm shower. The rooms need to be upgraded and the staff could have been a lil nice and friendly

Our room smelled of cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking room. Staff seemed bothered to switch our room. Guest running up and down hallway until 3 am.

The BW is a solid hotel. It's nothing fancy but gets the job done. On the parkway but also has an enterence on the river side which is nice to avoid traffic. Good breakfast area and indoor pool for the kids. The tv is prob a 32 inch which seems small for a hotel and bathroom could be better but it's the BW not the Ritz Carlton so no complaints.

Everything was good except the carbon monoxide monitor alarm going off two nights in a row at 2am. Thankfully one of the maintenance crew did finally change it and it no longer did that. Other than that, great stay.

Sign in had no problems the office people were real nice and friendly. The property is starting to show it age the outside pool hot tub was getting repaired. The Maid service was spotty some days did not get anything and other days full service, Breakfast was good and check out was not a problem The rooms at the hotel could need to be updated showing age.

The room and facilities were okay, and the location was nice. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Beds were decent. The floors were dirty in the room and clearly had not been swept or mopped, and the refrigerator leaked water. The indoor pool and hot tub were small for such a large hotel, and both outdoor hot tubs were not working. The breakfast area was also small for a large hotel. Simple improvements could have made things more accessible.
