있을 수 없는 일이 발생
메디나 내에 위치해 있어 접근성이 매우 좋았다. 아침식사도 잘 준비해 주었다. 그런데 상상할 수 없는 일이 발생했다. 외출 후 돌아오니 러기지 열쇠가 망가져 있었다. 억지로 열어보려다 키 삽입부분이 뭉그러져 다이얼이 돌지 않았다. 체크아웃 시 추가로 택스를 요구해 지불하였다. 분명 계약서에는 봉사료와 택스가 포함되었는데 모로코에서는 계속 택스를 요구하여 당혹스럽다.

A small, charming riad in the heart of Meknes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice.

Staff did not show us around the property when we checked into our room, we had to ask how to access the rooftop. There was also construction going on in the main floor and the water access in the room was turned off for a few hours which we were not warned about. The room was clean and breakfast in the morning was good.

Attractive traditional riad, but room was very cold and we couldn’t get heater to work. Also the hot water supply only got warm, not hot enough to shower. Our room was on street side and was very noisy with traffic throughout the night.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Riad Yacout. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Meals were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day.

Spacious room in a good location
Riad Yacoud was fine for an overnight visit. Its handy to the Medina and a number of other locations to visit. In my first visit to Morocco the bar was set very high in terms of the quality of the Riads i stayed in in Marrakesh and Fez.

L accueil assuré par meriem a ete excellent. Nous avons eu la chambre de la terrasse pour enfin disposer d une vraie fenetre sur l extérieur. C'était la veille de la demle finale France maroc et nous avons acheté 3 tissus bleu blanc et rouge. Meriem nous a cousu un superbe drapeau. Donc situation top petit déjeuner et diner top et confort top. N hesitez pas

Cute and cozy place.
Very good location, right next to Medina. Street parking, we were able to get spot right next to the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great value.

The Riad is lovely, the reception staff very helpful and so were all the other staff. We had a meal there and was very good also. We also went for a Hammam and it was very good. Recommend this place

Great place, traditional moroccan rihad (house), great stuff and a 2min walk to the main square. They helped us organize a trip to Volubilis and Moulay Idriss with a great taxi driver (Mohammed, spoke only French and Arabic) that made us eat local food with him when we asked him. It was 2 of us and price was reasonable but can fill the car up with four people I believe.

Typique, propre et chaleureux
Je vous invite à pousser la porte de cet établissement à taille humaine. L’accueil est très chaleureux, la chambre modeste mais pour le prix vous en avez pour votre argent. L’endroit est calme, il y a un parking juste devant (20 dirhams la nuit) et la médina a quelques pas. Une petite piscine sur le toit, ainsi qu’un toit terrasse. Si vous venez à Meknes et que vous voulez un endroit typique, rendez-vous au Riad Yacout. Merci pour l’accueil.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel très sympa et accueillant ! Très belles installations Pour le stationnement, Il suffit de se garer devant et juste donner 20 dirhams à la personne qui est sur la place avec un gilet de couleur. La voiture sera surveillée toute la nuit

Horrible. Arrivé sur place je ne trouve personne dans le Ryad je sonne personne répond, j’appelle personne répond, je perd espoir, je me dit où vais-je dormir? C’est là que le gardien du parking d’en face survient est me dit qu’il n’y a personne qui loge dans le Ryad et m’a proposé de m’amener dans un autre Ryad pour logé si je le souhaitai je lui expliqué que j’ai déjà payer la nuit ici et que c’est pas normal qu’il n’y est personne, finalement il a réussi à me débrouiller le numéro du gardien du Ryad Yacout qu’étais sympathique je lui explique ma situation il me dis faute qu’il n’y avais pas réservation les propriétaires l’on prier de rentrer chez lui ( et moi donc ???) finalement il a accepté de venir et m’ouvrir le Ryad mais il n’avait pas de moyen de locomotion donc j’ai dû aller le chercher moi-même chez lui de l’autre côté de la ville. Je n’est jamais vécu une expérience pareil faudrais vraiment se remettre en question

The staff was very gracious and helpful. The location is located near several historical sites, medina, and Lanham Square. The rooms and hotel are in traditional Moroccan style with heating and air conditioning. I enjoyed two dinners there that were excellent.

Great location, but not the best room.
The place overall has seen better days. Our room was small, and it had a musty smell. Not a great divide between bathroom and bedroom. AC worked, but just barely. It took hours to cool the room. It was however in a good location and parking was right outside the Riad. I would not recommend it for more than 1 day.

Plutôt bien même si la déco est un peu triste
Riad bien placé pour visiter la ville. La déco est un peu tristounette mais le personnel est charmant. Très jolie terrasse pour dîner ou petit déjeuner. Jolie vue. Chambre confortable mais la clim est très bruyante. Salle de bain très couleur locale mais fonctionnelle. Bon petit déjeuner et dîner très copieux.

The Riad Yacout is more like a mini-resort than a hotel. From the moment you walk through the main door to check-in, unitl the moment you check-out and leave, this place is wonderfully kept, peaceful and quiet. The room that we stayed in (#10), was spacious and comfortable. The patio on the roof has a small pool to cool off in (it's only about three feet deep but it does the job!). The staff are incredibly kind, helpful and go the extra mile to ensure that you are having a good stay. We would like to offer a special thank you to Fatima for all of her help and guidance. I wish would we could give this place more than 5 stars because it deserves it!

Das Riad ist gut gelegen und kann man weiterempfehlen. Es hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse und einen schönen Innenhof. Der Empfang war gut, aber etwas unpersönlicher und nicht ganz so herzlich, wie wir es aus anderen Riads kennen. Das Personal ist ehr zurück haltend und nicht so offen gegenüber Gästen. Es wird nicht viel gesprochen, gefragt oder gesagt. Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben. Die Bad-Tür ist nur eine halbe Glastür, was in unserem Fall unangenehm werden kann, Unsere Dusche hat nach Abfluss gerochen, das Bad hat keine Lüftung, so verteilt sich der Geruch im Zimmer, was Nachts sehr unangenehm war, da man das Fenster zum Gang nicht unbedingt auflassen will. Für eine Nacht war es aber ok. wlan war ehr schlecht bzw. lief oft gar nicht.

Un Riad magnifique et un accueil exceptionnel
Le Riad El Yacout est absolument magnifique et chose encore plus importante, le personnel y est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité que l'on rencontre rarement lorsqu'on séjourne à l'hôtel. Les chambres sont très bien et le lieu est très calme à 50 mètres à l'intérieur de la Médina (on peut approcher en voiture sans problème). La piscine très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très copieux. Par contre, les repas sont moyens avec des tajines et des couscous quelconques, mais ce n'est pas très grave compte-tenu de l'accueil qu'on reçoit dans ce Riad qui est de très loin le meilleur de tous ceux où l'on a séjourné au Maroc. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter!

Buen sitio para alojarse. Una simple pega, contratamos el masaje por una hora, y no llegó a 40 minutos. Por 40 euros contratamos excursión a Volubilis y Mulay Idris. Deberían cambiar el colchón, no es cómodo. Excelente ubicación.

Hospitality was wonderful, food & service in the dining room very good. We enjoyed the hammam. Only drawbacks: musty smell in one room, A/C not working in another and a large, loud party in the dining room the second night until well after 11 pm, not conducive to rest and relaxation in our rooms just above.

Riad Yacout was a perfectly nice hotel in a great location. The reception and staff were friendly and dinner was delicious although sadly sans alcohol! Our room faced the square which proved to be quite noisy with motorbikes until quite late. There is a Mosque close by and the call to prayer was a pleasant relief.
