But what is certainly so, is that the room they were given, is what they had reserved. Keep in mind on the other hand, that each room, even within the same category, are all different in their structure and decoration. About the price, and breakfast, considering that it is something that is totally clear when you are going to make the reservation, and there are many options to book, we do not understand that you criticize something, that is clearly specified: we do not give breakfast service . About the price, and as you indicate, you no longer only pay for the room, but also for the location, you can just compare and see what we have nearby... On the maintenance of the facilities, yes ... things can be damaged, as everywhere else, more in establishments where users do not pay special attention to their care. But in any case, we try to fix it as soon as possible. But it is clear that there is always something to repair, and in that we are as soon as possible. In any case we wish you a happy day.

Dear customer, what seems to us, is a shame, as a person, who arrives late in the morning, requesting a room with the wrong name, and without identification or reference of the reservation. Even more when at that time, the reception was already closed, as indicated in our profile when the reservation is made. The non-identification led to a NO SHOW the next day, but the amount was refunded upon understanding what had happened. It seems to us on the other hand a lack of respect, in your comments, considering that part of the fault also came from your friends side. In any case, we regret what happened.

Apreciado cliente, sí por supuesto al lado hay varias opciones, pero le recomendamos encarecidamente que mire los precios. Hay Hoteles de 5 estrellas gran lujo justo al lado, quizá debería ser su próxima opción, la próxima vez que venga a Barcelona, pero desde luego por nuestro precio, esa habitación y en esta zona... imposible. buen día!

Dear guest, good morning! Even as Anonymous, we know who you are, as charging 35Euros per extra person, is not that common. Please remember, you booked a Single Room, in single use, not double. We have explained in our conditions, when doing your booking, and in your room in the door and in the Indications inside, that guests/ visitors are not allowed at any time. And will mean an extra cost of 35Euros per person per night occupaying existing beds. So it was more than explained during your reservation, and during your stay, but more importantly, in any case, you booked a single room for single use, and not a single room for two people. Apreciado cliente, lamentamos su experiencia, y nos gustaría conocer un poco mejor, qué entiende usted como "grosero el atendimiento". Sobre el cuarto minúsculo, tenga en cuenta que las imagenes son exactamente las habitaciones que tenemos, y ustedes reservaron una doble económica (no superior). Por otro lado, para haber pasado calor, pidieron mantas a recepción, con lo que no entendemos si su comentario es puramente querer dañar la imagen, o por diversión.
