The best of the best
It was easy to reach the guesthouse, just by walking a few minutes from the railway station. The staff were very nice, kind and helpful. The check-in went very smoothly, and I was provided with sufficient information regarding the stay as well as the city, Firenze. The room was clean and neat, with no bedbug. The bathroom was also great, with enough hot water. The guesthouse offered some free snacks and cookies at the public dining room, which was very pleasant. The overall stay was literally perfect, with no such problem at all. I would definitely stay at this guesthouse once I get a chance to visit Firenze again.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Relais Cavalcanti. Anna, Francesca and the young woman who met us when we arrived were delightful. Our room -Donatello-was lovely with a view of Palazzo Signoria. The location was excellent. Walking distance of most everything we wanted and many restaurants in the area. We would stay here again1

部屋は広くて清潔でした。スタッフのアンナさんから頂いたマップにはレストランやスーパー等の情報がたくさん書き込まれていて滞在中の助けになりました。またマルゲリータさんから教えて頂いた地元のドルチェも美味しかったです。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂き、出発の時間まで 有効に過ごすことが出来ました。また機会があればこちらに泊まりたいです。

The service was friendly. The stairs can be onerous if you have heavy luggage. The dining room was clean and you could make coffee at any time of the day or night.

Excellence all around
I could not be happier with my stay here. I contacted them via email several weeks before my stay to ask if they would be willing to reserve restaurants for me ahead of time and they were absolutely wonderful about it and booked over 7 restaurants for me. Check in was very friendly, they provided a map of the area wifh recommendations. Cleaned the room every day which was great, cold water in the mini fridge on arrival. Location was excellent in central florence, only 15 min walk from train station and 5 to the Duomo. When my flight got cancelled and i was delayed by a day, they kindly adjusted my reservation so I didn't pay for an extra day even last minute. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Relais Cavalcanti! Francesca is a super nice host, I liked her a lot. The room was very nice and comfortable, it felt really „italian“. I also liked the view from the window. The showerhead didn‘t work excellent, but it was okay, as long as you don‘t wish to take a hour-long shower. Also the entrance door down the street was super hard to open, I always had to ask people to help me - but maybe it was just me or just my key that didn‘t work that well. All in all I loved my stay and it felt almost like home to me. Would absolutely recommend!

This Guest House is in very central florence closed to Uffizi Galary as described. Anna is very helpful. She assists to call taxi for us on the departure day to the airport. It's nice to have some coffee, biscuits and some fruits in the morning. There are eggs as well although they are not hot. Overall I really recommend this place for its perfect location.

Fantastic location! I'm not sure you could even ask for better. Only downside (if it even counts) is that it's so centrally located that all the restaurant nearby are very touristy, but the staff provided a map highlighting areas to walk to for more local food. Rooms were clean and the shower had hot water that you could crank up to scalding ;)

Very good location and friendly host. The room and bathroom were spacious. The dining room was also comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The only negative was the noisy market just outside our room.

It is the personal one on one with the two owners Anna and Francesca that made iur stay so memorable. What other hotels do you know that already have the local maps prepared with out od the area coffee shops and restaurants.

Must stay here
This hotel is a must when staying in florence - location, location, location is just the beginning. Right in the heart of Florence and minutes away from Ponte Vecchio, what more could you ask for? Exceptional service - Anna went above and beyond to assist us with planning our holiday and I cannot thank her enough. She was amazing and her passion is what makes this hotel so beautiful, each of the rooms has so much thought and love and have been thought through for what travellers need. Thank you Anna and the team for making our stay in florence so perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location!!
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great location to everything in Florence. Francesca and Anna were very helpful and accommodating hosts. It was very clean. The breakfast was tasty with many snacks available throughout the day. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Relais Cavalcante 10 years ago with our daughters and didn't even consider another place to stay in Florence. Anna and her staff are amazing and offer impeccable service. They arranged breakfast for us when we left early one day for a tour. They stock a breakfast room with snacks and beverages at any hour. We love this establishment and highly recommend!

We had a great time at this place. Excellent location. The owner was very helpful And truly committed to making sure We were comfortable in Florence. She sent me to the leather school to buy a great bag rather than the junk that’s on the streets which is made in China. Nice breakfast. Super big room. 1 flight up to the lift.

AMAZING!
Our stay at Relais Cavalcanti was nothing short of amazing!! Our host, Francesca was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our every need. The location is great, close to all many main attractions, shops & restaurants. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings but it can be expected if you want to be in the centre of the city. Room was clean & spacious and the B&B is very tastefully decorated. Would definitely, without hesitation recommend it!!

This is, quite honestly, one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It is totally Italy. And the rooms are lovely. It is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is fantastic. I am still not over fresh juice from blood oranges. Our hostesses, Anna and Francesca were simply wonderful. So welcoming. So personable. If I have the opportunity to return to Florence, I will be looking to stay right here.

Relais Cavalcanti was centrally located in Florence. it was like staying in a lovely home. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Air-conditioning was a plus in August. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Um lugar retrô no coração de Florença
A localização do Relais Cavalcanti Guest House é maravilhosa! No coração de Florença, perto de muitas praças e museus. O quarto tem um isolamento acústico muito bom, pois como os apartamentos ficam em um prédio onde embaixo funcionam um pub e logo na frente existe um restaurante há muito barulho e movimentação durante a noite que não nos incomodou em nada com os vidros das janelas fechados. A decoração é vintage, com armários desenhados, peças retrôs, bem diferente. O wi-fi oscilava bastante, muitas vezes ficamos sem internet para baixar um mapa ou enviar um e-mail. O ar condicionado funciona bem e o chuveiro tem uma oscilação de pressão da água que incomoda um pouco, pois a temperatura da água oscila junto. O quarto que nos hospedamos era bastante espaçoso e a troca das toalhas e limpeza eram feitas todos os dias. A área do café da manhã fica disponível durante todo dia para podermos tomar uma bebida quente, pegar um bolinho, biscoito ou fruta. As pessoas na recepção foram bem solícitas.

hôtel relais placé stratégiquement à 2 pas de la Galleria Uffizi et du Duomo. à 15 minutes à pieds de la Gare Santa Maria Novella. ATTENTION: le centre historique est bruyant jour et nuit. loger en centre historique au calme est une pure illusion. ce n'est pas le problème de cet hôtel mais tous ceux qui se trouvent dans la même situation. nous dormions avec nos boules quies. Florence est une ville qui ne dort jamais. le bruit des cafés et restaurants se calme seulement entre 5h et 6h du matin. Il s'agit de 2 grands appartements situés sur 2 étages dans un vieux bâtiment. faut emprunter 22 marches avant d'arriver à l'ascenseur. chambre: très propre avec wc et douche. équipée d'un mini frigo. une armoire et un sèche cheveux. très bonne literie. double vitrage. clim. serviettes changées tous les jours. mais les draps de lit, une ou deux fois par semaine. je n'y ai pas prêté grande attention. Cuisine commune à l'usage de tous les clients. entièrement équipée sauf d'un frigo.on vous laisse une coupe de fruits frais (de base), et des coupes de biscuits sucrés et biscuits apéritifs ainsi que du pain. vous pouvez dîner à la cuisine tranquillement un de ces soirs. ceci dit, vous pouvez ne pas être les seuls. Vu la taille de l'hôtel il n'y a que 12 chaises dans la cuisine. mais ça se passe bien. le tarif est raisonnable (1300 pour 9 nuits petits déj inclus). Anna Francesca et Aiko sont adorables et vous filent de bons tuyaux. note générale: 14/20. nous recommandons.

Recomended place to stay
We stayed here during a week of Easter in Firenze. It was important for us to live in the center of Firenze to ensure access of sight seeing by foot. This was the perfect place to stay, and the sisters in charge of the place took good care of us. Day one we came too early for check in, but still they were awaiting us and had preparred a map with all locations worth to see, recommended restaurants, shopping etc. The room and bath was nice and clean in nice Italian style, and there were access to the breakfast area on all times of the day for a cup of coffee. The place had stairs to first floor and elevator the rest of the way. We can truly recommend this place.

Posizione centralissima , comodo, confortevole , silenzioso , pulito. Prima volta per me come relais. Quando tornerò a Firenze, tornerò ancora qui. Se posso suggerire , metterei uno scaldabagno per maggiore confort e metterei un gancio bloccareti per unire meglio le due reti singole . Per il resto, tutto perfetto!!!

Run don't walk to get there !
One of the nicest places we stayed. Immaculately clean. Comfortable. A wonder array of food in the breakfast room. Anna helped us with everything. She was funny and delightful. We wanted to stay longer The other guests were also very nice and good conversation was had by all. The location was perfect. Nothing was more then a 10 minute walk I can't wait to return there next year. Thumbs up a real find !!!!!

If you are looking for a guesthouse experience in the heart of Florence this is it. 12 rooms international clientele. Anna was amazingly helpful with personalized maps and good cheer.

Superb location
Superb location and good value. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Minor negatives included there being not much storage space in our standard room (a chest of drawers would have been useful), some corridor noise early in the mornings (doors banging and the doorbell) and there was no bathroom hot water on our last morning. Overall we would definitely stay again and reccomend due to the location.

フィレンツェらしい古い建物の3階にゲストハウスはあります。自室以外に共有のダイニングキッチンやリビングがあり、どの部屋もクラッシックでヨーロッパ的な内装が美しく、いつも綺麗に掃除されていました。滞在は快適で、私の欲しいもの(無料WIFI、ハイパワーなヘアドライヤー、冷蔵庫)が部屋に完備され、私は不要なもの(毎日同じたっぷりの朝食、24時間フロント)の代わりにキッチンが使えて、セルフのコーヒー、エスプレッソやお菓子が置いてあり、日本語でのチェックインと施設の説明がありました。本当に良く考えられていると思います。時々フロントにいる日本人スタッフのaikoさんにはいろいろお世話になりました。日本語で旅の情報が得られて心強かったです。
