good location but too small
I was happy with its location near one of the big station in Paris, Saint Lazar, which has various stores including carrefour. It also has lots of trains starting the journey from this station to some valuable tour spots. Best things to have in this hotel: nice air conditioner & room cleaning service. Since I stayed in very hot summer season, the quallity of air conditioner was really important. If you have concern about hot weather in Paris, this hotel will be a good choice. However, I couldn't just enjoy this hotel due to the small size of room. Maybe it is a common problem of almost of hotels in Paris under 3 star. I checked and compared with some other hotels and then finally choose this hotel though, it was really small for even skinny asian. Especially, bathroom was too small to strech my leg while taking a shower.

This is a small, quaint hotel in a great location right across from the Saint Lazare train station. The rooms are very small, but that is to be expected. The breakfast room is also pretty small so go early or you may have to wait for a table. The staff was very helpful.

Excelente ubicación
Excelente ubicación, junto a paradas de autobús y metro, en una zona concurrida y segura. La habitación era algo pequeña, pero suficiente. El baño nuevo y buen nivel de limpieza. El desayuno bien, para lo que yo suelo tomar, de sobra tanto en cantidad como variedad, si bien el comedor es pequeño y uno de los días tuvimos que esperar un poco para sentarnos. Nos ofrecieron subir el desayuno a la habitación,bpero preferimos esperar. Personal muy amable. Sin duda, se puede repetir.

Reasonably priced well located hotel
We used this hotel for our last night in France as it was close to the train station and would make getting to the airport easier. The rooms were modest in size but that was not an issue for us as we were there for just 1 night. It was perfect for what we needed and reasonably priced.

Lokalt, rent, roligt hotel
Hotellet ligger perfekt i gåafstand fra Paris' mange seværdigheder. Roligt, rent og meget venligt personale. God varieret morgenmad. Små værelser, så derfor ikke de store armbevægelser, men ideelt til en forlænget weekend i storbyen.

Idéalement situé et bon rapport qualité /prix
Réservation au hasard pour être proche de la gare avec un train pour Rouen tôt le matin. Accueil sympa, chambre propre et certainement refaite depuis peu, petit déjeuner classique avec un café excellent.

Bonjour Madame, Monsieur, Ces avis sont très importants pour nous, ils nous permettent de connaitre nos défauts afin de nous améliorer. Malheureusement toutes nos chambres ne sont pas très grandes, c’est comme dans beaucoup d’hôtel à Paris. Si nous pouvons, nous faisons tout notre possible pour changer de chambre, pour une plus grande. Il ne faut pas hésiter à le demander à la réception. Nous avons une petite salle de petits déjeuners en sous-sol en pierre apparente, climatisée, avec un buffet varié. Nous proposons du jus d'orange, jus de pomme, dans une machine réfrigérée, idem pour le café qui est présenté en grain et moulu à la demande. Au choix chocolat, thé, lait service par une machine automatique, divers types de thés, croissant, pain, petite viennoiserie, fromages divers au choix, yogourt fruits et nature, compote, charcuterie, biscottes, madeleine, cake, œufs dures, corn-flakes, confiture, miel, pâte à tartiner, …. BEAUCOUP DE CHOIX Pour le prix que vous trouvez élevé, malheureusement c'est à cause de la période très chargée. Les prix varient en fonctions de la période dans l’année et des évènements dans Paris. Si vous avez choisi notre hôtel, c'est que probablement nous étions moins chère que les autres hôtels dans le quartier. Great location and better price
This hotel is nothing fancy, and yet it had everything I require: a clean and comfortable room, air conditioning, friendly staff, a good neighborhood, and very close proximity to Gare St Lazare, one of the main transport hubs in Paris. On days when I wanted to explore, I could get anywhere I wished to go; on a day when I was exhausted, I just went to nearby coffee shops and restaurants and hung out. The only drawback was limited storage space—I had room enough for my stuff, because I was traveling alone for work, but it might be challenging for heavy packers. For the price, though, this hotel is truly a steal.

My room was a single, but it was a little jewel. It was immaculately clean, had more convenient power plugs than I could possibly use, and had amenities such as expensive hangars. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was exceedingly helpful. I would stay there again, and I am picky about hotels. Oh yes, it has a small lift and the windows block all street noise.

パリではいつも予約できればここを使います。ノルマンディー方面へ行くことが多いのでサンラザール駅に近いことが第一なのと部屋が清潔で快適なところが気に入っています。

Tres bon hôtel, bien situé, en très bon etat et avec un personnel didponible, souriant et efficace ! Je recommande cet hotel ou je reviendrai en priorité dans ce secteur ! (Mon seul souci fut l'étroitesse de la cabine de douche pour les gabarits costauds)

ロケーションは最高。部屋はやや狭目
部屋が少し狭いのは仕方ないかなと思いますがサンラザール駅の真横でオペラ周辺まですぐなので場所は最高です。全体に感じも良かったです。

Perfectly located across a side street from the St. Lazare train station, the hotel is staffed by very welcoming, English-speaking staff. Rooms are compact but have all necessary amenities. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Only problem was the room air conditioner wasn't functioning one night, meaning the room was too warm for my comfort (but I like to sleep in a cool room). I opened the window to cool off the room, but this resulted in hearing excessive street noise. Of the 3 nights I stayed, only one night was without airconditioning -- the other two were perfect and I slept very well.

Hotel ben posizionato, stanze piccole ma tutto ben funzionante. Unico ma grande problema noi siamo in 4, con due bambini, e nessuno ci aveva detto in fase di prenotazione che le stanze sarebbero state due, con tutti i problemi che ne derivano

Estadia muito boa,, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, café da manhã muito bom com bastante variedade, pessoal atenciosos se esforçaram para atender e orientar tudo que precisei, localização a 20m de estação do metro e trem, que facilitou o deslocamento para todas as atrações, comercio e restaurantes fartos.
