편리한 교통
건물자체는 오래되서 현대적 감각은 떨어져요. 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 이동하기에는 불편합니다. 계단도 좁고 나이 드신분들은 비추합니다. 단 꽃시장이 바로 앞에 있고 트램정류장이 호텔 바로앞에 있어서 암스 중앙역이나 시내 관광하기에는 좋습니다.

가격과 비슷 또는 약간 모자라는 숙소
위치는 매우 좋다. 하지만, 시설은 매우 노후되었다. 냉장고가 없고, 와이파이는 매우 느리다. 객실은 매일 정리를 해 주지만 바닥은 3일 동안 한번도 청소가 되지 않은 것 같다. 가격이 비교적 저렴하니 여행 경비를 줄이면서 좋은 위치에서 잠만 자기 위해서는 적당한 숙소이다.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. There are three bags of someone’s old jeans in the closet and the carpets/beds are stained. My wife and I are sitting in the room at 2a, listening to the loud bass from a basement bar and deciding whether or not to go to the airport 8 hrs early

Fantastiskt läge precis vid blomstermarknaden och oväntat bra och god frukost. Helt okej rum, men hemsk/smutsig heltäckningsmatta. Städningen skulle ske dagligen men vi fick själva hämta nya lakan och handdukar för att bädda om på egen hand. Värst var att det låg en bar precis utanför rummet. Inte mycket till sömn då denna stängde kl.03,00...

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a una calle del mercado de las flores y de la plaza Spui. Se puede ir caminando a la plaza Dam o a la de los museos haciendo un paseo y disfrutando de la ciudad, pero si se prefiere no caminar, hay una parada de tram justo en la esquina. Tanto la habitación como el hotel necesitarían invertir en mobiliario nuevo, ya que la cama era algo incomoda pero pasable y el armario no se podía tocar, se rompía seguro. Además, yo personalmente le quitaba la moqueta y lo pintaría. Lo bueno de la habitación es que tenia baño privado y estaba limpio. El desayuno también muy bien, variado y bueno . La recepción casi siempre estaba sola por las mañanas, así que pasábamos a desayunar sin la atención de nadie. Eso si, tuvimos suerte a la hora de la llegada e ida y pudimos dejar las maletas en recepción para poder aprovechar el día. En resumen, no esta mal para pasar un par de días y ver la ciudad.

Hotel is running down, dirty carpet, old furniture, Tv was broken, they also have the patio rent to bar and the noise goes until 12:00 am, I don’t recommend this hotel, The only good thing is the location.

Bon accueil à l'hôtel, Petit déjeuner copieux et c'est tout ce qu'il y a de positif. Pource qui concerne l'état général du bâtiment c'est vétuste et sale, les peintures s'écaillent, la moquette tant dans les chambres que dans la salle à manger sont pleines de tâches. L'aspirateur ne doit pas être passé souvent, on a retrouvé des pièces de monnaie sous le lit! La rambarde de l'escalier ne tient plus au mur et vue la raideur des escaliers, c'est même dangereux. Les fenêtres ferment mal ou ne s'ouvrent pas! Porte manquante dans le bac à douche.

Best thing about this hotel Is the location.
The location is great. Central, close to everything, beautiful view, close to grocery store. Kind staff and helpful. Good breakfast that is included. Comfortable beds. Things to be improved on: cleanliness, dusty rooms. stairs were not cleaned. Room had holes in the doors and walls needed painting. There is a very loud nightclub next door - very loud all through the night on a Monday night.

Отличный отель, который привлекает внимание серей ценой и качеством. Шикарное место расположение, удобно для проживания и осмотра достопримечательностей. Отель расположен на канале, если взять номер с видом на канал, вы будуте в восторге. Рядом с отель общественный транспорт, что также очень удобно. Номер был очень просторный, отличный завтрак. Очень рекомендую для поездки в Амстердам этот отель, так как цена его и качество отличное. Обязательно вернусь в этот отель.

The hotel is in a nice area near the flower market. This hotel has a lot of potential but needs an upgrade. Some new carpets etc would do wonders. There is a lot of dirt under the cupboard which clearly has not been cleaned for many years.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima e comoda per visitare Amsterdam a piedi. La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato era carina, pulita e con una bella vista sul canale, anche se un po' datata. La colazione a buffet dolce e salata era buona ed abbondante. In generale una buona esperienza.

シャワーとトイレの仕切りが半分ほどしかなかったので、トイレの方の床が結構濡れました。部屋によって違うかも。 エレベーターがないので、荷物が重いと大変。でも朝食は質素でしたが、パンは美味しかったです。

Just one night, but excellent hotel
The hotel is near the Central Station and the rooms are newly renovated. The price is reasonable considering breakfast was not included but that was never a problem because of the great location

Anfahrt ins Stadtzentrum sehr kompliziert . Keine Parkplätze am Hotel . Entweder Parken an der Straße: 5 Euro / Std. , Parkhaus: 50 Euro / Tag oder Hol- und Bringeservice : 36 Euro . Hotel ist alt und abgewohnt. Fenster sind undicht daher sehr laut . Betten sind durchgelegen. Bad war in Ordnung . Frühstück war auch o.k. . Kein Fahrstuhl , sehr steileTreppen , mit großen Koffer sehr anstrengend. Würden das Hotel kein zweites Mal buchen .

Hvis man liker mus som springer over gulvet og langs vegger og under møbler i frokostrestauranten mens man inntak sin frokost, og sterk musikk og bråk fra nabohuset til kl 5 om morgenen, natt etter natt, så kan vi befale dette hotellet. Da vi sa i fra om musene fikk vi til svar at det var helt vanlig ved kanalene i Amsterdam, at de anså musene som sine venner. Rommet var utstyrt med én dyne og ett håndkle til 2 personer.

I was kept up all night by mosquitoes. I stayed in another location within Amsterdam a few days earlier without this problem, and did not have an issue walking around, so this should not be written off as an Amsterdam problem this time of year. The location is very good.

Terrible hotel
Everything about the hotel (with the exception of the neighborhood) is bad. Dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, loud restaurant/bar next door, mosquitos in the room, awful breakfast, ugliest shower, 50 year old tv in the room.. are a few bad things about this hotel. Some of it is really not hard to fix but looks like they don't care! Like how hard is it to buy new showe curtains so they don't look that bad. Or how expensive is a brand new tv? How about a paint job in the rooms? I will never come back.

Très décevant!
Le point fort de cet hotel : son emplacement géographique! Tout le centre est accessible à pieds. Le reste est plutôt négatif: - Hotêl situé en mitoyenneté avec un club donc nous avons eu la musique assez forte 2 nuits sur 3 (jusqu'à 1-2h environ) que nous avons passées à l'hotel. Bruit d'autant plus audible que l'hotel possède des fenêtres en bois simple vitrage vétustes. - personnel sympathique mais ne parlant pas le français (hors indiqué dans la fiche de description) et pas très de bons conseils (conseils donnés pour le parking incorrects). - l'hotel est resté dans les années 80 et aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation: Dans la chambre: mobiliers vétustes, moquettes et peinture défraichies/tachees, rideaux ne ferment pas totalement (pas de volet, donc obligée de faire au mieux), fermeture fenêtre en partie cassée, sèche-cheveux de l'antiquité, lavabo fissuré, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, coffre-fort qui ne ferme pas... de plus, nous avions une chambre avec vue sur cour et avions beaucoup de vias à vis avec d'autres chambres - nous étions obligés d'avoir les rideaux fermés (comme on pouvait) dès qu'on etait dans la chambre. - Dans les parties communes: trou dans le couloir, rampe d'escalier cassée, mobiliers vétustes, moquettes et peintures défraichies/tachées... - Le ménage est moyen: poubelles non vidées, rideaux et moquettes très poussiéreux - Le petit déjeuner est correct....(il n'y a juste pas de chocolat chaud ;) )

Jag var livrädd efter att ha läst recensionerna om de här hotellet. Men faktum är att det är ett fullt dugligt hotell. Läget är dessutom kanon. Frukosten var riktigt bra.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre d'Amsterdam, proche du tramway mais tout est possible à pied ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant mais la literie est bonne et le petit déjeuné top !

Hotellet hade ett perfekt läge, det var nog det enda som var positivt. Kändes ofräscht i stort tror att läget gjorde att man får gäster utan att behöva bry sig om hur det ser ut. Hotellet hade behövt ett ordentlig uppfräschning då hade priset på rummet inte känts relevant.

Ingen bra standard - man får vad man betalar för och i många fall räcker det när man bara sover där. Får man som vi, fönstret mot bakgården finns där en bar som är välbesökt på kvällar-nätter - mycket högljutt. Trots det är vi ganska nöjda men skulle inte bo där igen.

Si j'avais été en France, pour un week-end en amoureux, pour me reposer, OUI j'aurais mis "horrible". Oui la chambre à besoin d'un gros coup de jeune, oui au dessus du bar extérieur il y a un peu de bruit, oui il y a des escaliers raide, des bruits dans le couloirs, oui le buffet petit-déjeuner n'est pas fabulous ... Mais sérieusement ? La situation de l'hôtel est juste TOP, le personnel est sympa, 185e pour 3 nuits en plein centre d'Amsterdam je trouve cela carrément pas cher ! Certes le ménage n'est pas fait à fond, mais les draps sont propres, la salle de bain également, les serviettes etc ... rien à redire la dessus. Même si le petit-déjeuner n'est pas super niveau choix, au moins il y en a un et il est compris dans le tarif de la chambre ! Ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. Honnêtement, le soir on entend vraiment faiblement le bruit des personnes dans la cours intérieur, et de plus à 1h c'est fini. Gros point positif c'est que le jour du départ, même si il faut laisser la chambre entre 10 et 11h, on a la possibilité de laisser à l'hôtel nos bagages et faire notre journée tranquil. Avec tous les mauvais commentaires, j'avais carrément une angoisse d'aller dans cet hôtel, et au final j'en suis ravie :)

Great location! Valet parking was a little difficult but they had our car ready when we needed it. Breakfast was traditional European style. Rooms need major updating, carpets and floors could use a makeover.

値段相応です。市内中心部とハイネケンエクスペリエンスのちょうど真ん中くらいにあり、個人的には使いやすい場所でした。部屋は清潔でしたが古く、窓の立て付けが悪いのか閉めても外の音が丸聞こえで、深夜までうるさかったです。

Bien pero no volvería a quedarme ahí
yo busqué específicamente que el hotel tuviera baño privado y resulta que se supone era privado pero había que salir al pasillo y la llave se des programó en medio de la noche...osea no me agradó nada esto y menos por que yo fui muy clara con mi búsqueda.

The hotel was creepy and noisy. There's a club right next door, so it was loud until 6am (given it was a Friday night). The room was clean, but it was not nice. It's in serious needs of renovation. The door doesn't work well. We had to shove it open and closed. The shower head didn't work either, and the walls have big vertical cracks. However, there was a free, good breakfast; it was clean, and it had shampoo and body wash.

Hotel is next door to a super-club nightclub. Walls vibrating with loud music on a Thursday night until 5am. Walls very thin so could hear neighbors very clearly. Breakfast very basic. Hotel is good central location. No parking. Street parking is 45euro for 1 night.

Vi blev meget skuffede over hotellet. Det var beskidt, manglede varmt vand i bruseren, huller i væggene, beskidt, elendig morgenmadsbuffet. Beliggenheden er det eneste positive at sige om hotellet. Ekstremt dyrt ift hvad man fik for prisen.

Oldies Style motelito in the Heart of Amsterdam
The Hotel is in the heart of the Amsterdam: everything is around you: bars, cafes, museums, tram stop is right there too. The breakfast is very good and it was included - that's a plus. The building itself is very (VERY) old and outdated. But that's like the most of the buildings in Amsterdam. It has a small, narrow, squeaky stairway. So if you have problems with climbing up steep stairs (with luggage in your hands) - it can be difficult, since there are no elevators. Rooms are supper-small and very outdated. Barely room for bed and a small table. It's like a trow-back in 80s or even 70s but maybe that's a part of the experience. Also if you visit doing the summer: rooms have no Air conditioners. Another minus: it's next (sharing the same wall) to the nightclub. So if the night club is open (I think Wed-Sun) - you will hear boom boom base noise till 3am. The bed was very old and hard, carpet old and scary. Bathroom was small but clean, hot water and clean towels every day. WiFi poor, was disconnecting a lot. But the staff is very friendly and helpful - that helps a lot:)

Great location. Room was not clean, full of mosquitos and left with lasting memories (bites) from stay. Happy Zika virus not here yet. Front desk unorganized, but man was pleasant. Breakfast was average. Room not very clean and mattress was on floor. Has to be better in AMS for this price.

The hotel was a little dated, but in comparison to everything else in the price range it was great. The location is why I chose to stay here. Right next to the flower market, 5 mins from the main shopping street, 20+ mins from the station, 15+ mins from the red light district.. Other places in this price range were further out with smaller rooms and shared bathrooms. I had a big room with my own shower/toilet, it was exactly what I was after
