위치가 좋습니다.
역에서 걸어올 수 있는 정도로 위치가 좋았습니다. 조식도 적당했습니다. 와이파이가 좀 느렸고 에어컨도 약해서 좀 방이 더웠네요. 전반적으로 추천합니다.

nice hotel with wonderful location
nice and friendly staffs, small breakfast area but good variety with eggs, hams, breads, fruits etc. Rooms are vintage style, for me very good but may not suitable for some people.

The hotel told us they didn’t receive our reservation through Expedia, even though they did eventually found out that Expedia has sent the reservation into their email. We booked for five nights, and they only have one night available. The staff told us she was sorry about the situation, and we can drink the water in the mini bar for free. Then the next morning, another staff came over and charged quite a bit for the drinks. The room had a very high ceiling and the ac was barely working, it can’t cool off the room at all… It is a very dishonest place….. will never book it again.

Good morning,as already mentioned, it was an error on our part and on expedia's part, as the communication between lor and our channel manager did not work when you made your booking. We had told you that we were offering you the bottles of water you had in the minibar and instead you took advantage of it and practically emptied our fridge... having said that we are sorry for the situation but when you came here you didn't show all this annoyance

Værelset var ekstremt lille og meget slidt Sengen var meget hård, kunne ikke sove på den Airconditionkasse stod på gulv ved siden af seng - larmede! Havde betalt for to nætter, men tjekkede ud efter den første.

Amazing stay; comfort and peaceful atmosphere, as well as beautiful renaissance style of the room will surely get under your skin! Staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to share recommendations on travelling around and out of Florence and provided simple yet rich breakfast with everything you need for your day exploring. Location was excellent, super central and close to all sites we wanted to visit. Thank you for your hospitality, we loved it here!

Zentral in Florenz für eine Nacht
Die Einzelzimmer sind nicht, welche auf den Fotos dargestellt werden und man wird etwas in den Hinterhof verfrachtet. Allerdings alles sauber dafür eher die abgesteckte Version. Der Hotelier war aber sehr freundlich und bleibt positiv in Erinnerung. Super zentrale Lage und Parkhaus direkt daneben.

El hotel está muy bien situado, a dos pasos de la estación y muy cerca del Duomo. Las habitaciones son grandes y el personal muy amable. El único inconveniente es el ruido externo. No hay insonorización, se oye cualquier ruido de la calle. Las obras que empiezan a las 5 de la malana, los carros por el empedrado, las personas hablando...dormí muy poco

Residenza Castiglioni was a great place to stay for me as a solo traveler. Its location is amazing and they have great breakfasts from 8-10AM. The only issue for me was figuring out how to get past the giant iron gated door to actually enter the building. There is no indication of what to do to get in until you get your keys from the lobby on the 2nd floor of the building. I almost had a mini panic attack from worry that I would have to sleep on the streets ! And no one answered the phone when I tried to call the hotel to ask for help. But aside from that situation, the room itself was very nice, kept very clean, and was perfect for my 4 night trip.

Hier ist einiges verbesserungswürdig
Positiv: liegt sehr zentral, man ist überall schnell hingelaufen optisch schönes Zimmer Auswahl insgesamt beim Frühstück Negativ: Leider waren überall im Bett, an dern Handtüchern und auf dem Boden schwarze Haare zu finden. Die Zimmer liegen hinter der Rezeption, leider ist keine Schalldämmung vorhanden, sodass man jedes Geräusch hört, als wären die Wände aus Papier. Das Gleiche mit den Fenstern, die alle Geräusche von der Strasse herein lassen. Ohne Ohrenstöpsel ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Beim Frühstück nur Toastbrot. Wie einfach wäre es Toskanisches Brot anzubieten und noch schlimmer, der Espresso kommt aus der Kapselmaschiene und der Kaffee wird aus Instantpulver gemacht. Und das in Italien....dementsprechend widerlich hat er geschmeckt. Hier würde ich nicht mehr übernachten.

Romantic place to stay, close to all major sites
Cosy little single room, had everything I needed and was a very nice place to come back too after a day out in Florence exploring. Close to all sights and also close to the station - walking distance from everything. Breakfast was lovely - boiled eggs, not scrambled, but still the pastries and the cheese, meats were devine and brown bread options My soy milk request was also met without hesitation.

Great City location, uninterested managers
Location in city is perfect . Within walking distance to most all cultural venues. BUT personell at the hotel made no effort to extend help on getting around town. Had 'attitude ' when checking in and when asking other questions. Seemed to be 'bothered ' . Been to other hotels in Florence and Milan that I would return to, not this hotel because of lack of hospitality.

Very convenient location. Easy walking distance to the train station and attractions. Staff accommodating and helpful, including holding our bags after check-out. Our room was larger than expected. Had some of the feel of staying in an old palazzo, with antique furniture, high ceiling and exposed beams. Room was clean and well-kept, as was the bathroom. Housekeeping attended to it daily. Breakfast was extensive considering that the property only has 6 rooms. Some very good restaurants close by, as well as some shopping. Also very close to the Mercato Centrale and Mercato San Lorenzo. We were very happy with the property and would recommend it to travelers looking for something a little different than the average hotel room.

Excellent location and pleasant experience
This room was quite large, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and prepared. Breakfast as well was a bit cramped, but well prepared and staff were prompt in making room for guests as quickly as possible. The location was PERFECT. Within easy walking distance of all the historical sights we wanted to visit. Parking as well was a breeze. I would be happy to stay again and encourage you to try it out.
