Very basic room, hotel is on the quiet street, 20 min walk to the train station. Breakfast is pretty basic and was the same every day of our stay. Personnel was very helpful in providing directions, bus/train routs etch. Would use again.

Good budget base to visit Florence
Charming hotel with old world feel tucked down an alleyway. Very quiet and sequestered from the road noise. Not fancy or pretentious, but comfortable and clean. The staff was gracious and saw to our needs well. The breakfast is a basic European style spread, with cereal, yogurt, toast and the like. And great coffee. There is no lift. The shower is a bit small but manageble. It is located a brisk 15 minute walk from the main train station. The taxi to the hotel was 8 euro, but almost twice that going back. There are really no cafes and shops close by, so do your shopping before walking back.

Sin limpieza y mal atendido
Mal, me quisieron dar una habitacion con el baño afuera, como dije que no me quedaba me dieron con baño, ademas no limpiaron la habitacion al dia siguiente, ni cambiaron las toallas.

Buenos días, Nos dio una habitación con baño compartido ya que había reservado y eligió este tipo de habitación, por favor preste atención al hacer la reserva. No cambiamos las toallas al día siguiente porque como se especifica en la regulación o prácticas de los B & B las toallas se cambian cada tres días gracias

Basic but would stay there again
On arrival there is a metal gate in which you buzz in and it took a few attempts before anyone answered. When we were inside we were shown to our room and the staff were very friendly and welcoming ( provided us plugs when our general European plugs didn't work- you need 3 prong Italian plugs). The double bed was a double Matress on 2 single beds making a ridge in the middle and there was no TV in room (there is one down in the communal lounge). There was a safe. Other than this the room was lovely in a large house just off the rods surrounded by a car park and garden with outdoor seating. Breakfast was basic- croissants, corn flakes, cake, toast, juice and tea/coffee. If you ask for a hair dryer they will give you one at no extra cost but none in the rooms. About 20-25 mins walk to train station and town and a 20 min walk to the swimming pool in cascine park as you cannot cross the railway without walking further down (nice addition to our trip as no pool in the hotel)

Dichtbij het centrum (loopafstand) & Parkeerplaats
Casa Toselli is een absolute aanrader! Op het allerlaatste moment toch een betaalbaar verblijf gevonden met parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. Vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt en Florence centrum op 15/20 minuten lopen. Schone kamers, niet te druk in de stad en mooi huis. Prima voor een paar dagen.

Nice, peaceful stay in Firenze
We were there for three nights. The hotel was very quiet, being on a side street. Staff was attentive, breakfast mediocre. We like to walk so we didnt mind the time it took to walk to Centro.

tra le dotazione delle camere segnalate su Expedia non vi è ne la tv ne il frigo in camera,si consiglia di prestare attenzione al momento della prenotazione in base alle proprie esigenze.gli asciugacapelli non sono nelle camere ma vengono dati agli ospiti su richiesta.

Really just an overnight before we moved on.
Staff were very thoughtful and helpful; took care of our bags, checked us in early, took us to airport. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Just what we were looking for.

Locating this place was simple if you have a GPS. No signs and it is located through a back alley. There is no television and the room locks were very flimsy. It felt like staying in a Monetary. The breakfast was less than simple. WIFI was good in the room. Would not stay in Florence again.

Fine settimana a firenze in un grazioso hotel !!!!
Consiglio questo hotel a chi vuole visitare Firenze in pochi minuti di autobus si può essere in centro lasciano l'auto nel grazioso giardino dell'hotel. La persona che vi accoglie e gentile e molto riservata, le camere sono in stile con la casa fresche e pulite.

Bestilte feil hotell. Men når vi først endte opp på dette B&B hotellet så var det ingen problemer å bo der. Hyggelig betjening. Frokosten var så som så. Enkelt å finne veien fra hotellet til sentrum. Den gikk rett frem hele tiden. Akkurat passe gangavstand. Tror ikke jeg velger dette stedet neste gang, men er ikke redd for å anbafale det til de som ikke vil bruke mye penger på overnatting.

Friendly hosts, nice coffee - 20 min walk to the main train station, but busses run every 8 minutes nearby. Smashed mosqitoes on walls and ceiling. If planning to do any major shopping we would recommend picking something closer to the center of Florence.

Gjennom portalen bestilte vi et firestjerners hotell. Når vi ankom viste det seg å være et Bed&Breakefast overnattingssted med do og bad på gangen. Personalet stilte seg uforstaende til at det hadde fire stjerner. De sa uforstående "no stars."

Nice B&B in Florence
This B&B is a short (15 minutes) walk to the train station and the center of town. We had 4 people in the room and it was comfortable. The staff was very nice and the location was quiet. They also offer a very reasonable rate to take you to the train station and will store bags for you.

bei Expedia habe ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, da ich zum Messebesuch in Florenz war. Angekommen im Hotel, sagte man mir, es sei ein Doppelzimmer gebucht.....ich hatte keinen Nerv auf Diskussionen. Musste ein Doppelzimmer bezahlen. Der Weg in die Stadt, z.B. Santa Maria Novella dauert 25 Min., was mir persönlich für einen Städtetripp zu weit ist. Kein Fernseher, kein Telefon, spartanisches Frühstück. Muss nicht sein.....

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Een verrassend rustig plekje, ondanks de nabije drukke weg. Ontbijt op het terras onder de bomen is was een ideaal begin van de dag. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lopend vanaf het centrum is net iets te ver, na een lange dag rondslenteren in Florence. Gelukkig gaan er overdag genoeg bussen (laatste rond middernacht) die je voor de deur van de B&B afzetten.

Loved our stay here.
Absolutely loved our stay here. Felt like we were in Italy and not some chain hotel where we could have been anywhere. Private garden was a bonus for breakfast and sitting about after a busy day sightseeing. Laundromat, supermarket (small), restaurants and bus stop all within 5 mins walk. The B&B is located in a residential area which was fine for us but if you want to be in the middle of Florence, then this may not be for you. A 10 minute bus ride into Florence suited us well. Staff friendly and we felt very welcome. For the price, an absolute gem and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Florence.

Il b&b è discreto, ma silenzioso, tranquillo, abbastanza centrale ed economico. Basterebbero pochi accorgimenti e qualche attenzione in più per renderlo speciale. Le finestrelle bifore delle camere meritano un accenno particolare.

Great value and quiet
Finding a reasonably priced hotel in Florence is a challenge. I found this place and noticed that the major complaint was that it was a 20 minute walk from the major sites. This was fine with us as we love to walk. In addition, the hotel is located off the street down a short driveway, so street noise was minimal Street noise can be significant in Florence. The room was large and had a lovely window looking out over the garden. It was raining while we were there, but it was nice to have a connection to nature in the middle of this very urban area. There was a small safe right in the room so we could lock up our passports and other valuables. We had free wifi right in the room. The breakfast was not quite as nice as some, but for the price, the fact that breakfast was included was a plus and the coffee was good. The staff was very helpful. We received an email the day before our arrival asking about our approximate arrival time. This was reassuring. When we arrived they helped us carry our luggage upstairs, suggested local restaurants, provided a map of Florence, explained where to catch the bus into town, and arranged for a taxi to the airport.
