조용하고 예쁜 호텔.
오래된 건물이지만 최근에 리노베이션한 것처럼 깔끔하게 잘 관리된 호텔입니다. 이때문에 현대적인 호텔보다 아늑한 분위기입니다. 시설이나 어메니티도 좋았고 무엇보다 아침식사가 맛있었어요. 주요 관광지와도 멀지않고 오며가며 큰 가로수가 우거진 넓은 리베르다드 거리를 산책하는 즐거움도 빼놓을 수 없네요. 체크인할때 방을 업그레이드 해줘서 넓은 방에서 잘 머물다 왔습니다.

Very charming hotel with character. Room was big enough, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Great location-- close to Rossio Square but not right in the thick of it where it's too loud and crowded at night. Right near Avenida da Liberdade- scenic, tree lined avenue.

Lovely boutique hotel on a quiet square just off the main shopping area. Wonderful food options right out your front door. Our room looked out on the beautiful park. Breakfast was exceptional each day. The staff was caring and helpful. So accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when in Lisbon

Close to everything. One street away from the main thoroughfare, Av. Liberdade, so lovely and quiet. Not near nightlife, but absolutely close enough to walk. Wonderful restaurants near by. Park across the street is lovely. Rooms are charming and inviting. Breakfast is delightful in their dining area.

The beautiful property is conveniently located very close to Avenida Liberdade where numerous restaurants and upscale stores are. It is also walking distance to Rossio Square where tours leave from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel!!
The staff was amazing; the food both at breakfast and lunch and at the kiosk across the street in the park were all excellent. It was in a convenient area for walking. The staff took care of arranging everything we wished for, including a private tour.

The staff were lovely and really helpful .our room was big and very comfortable . Breakfast was lovely . It was an easy walk to restaurents and bars and central for other locations . All in all brilliant ..will definately stay there again

Loved this boutique hotel! Everyone was so nice & helpful, especially Inez at front desk! Breakfast was outstanding with so many delicious choices! Nice room, comfortable King size bed, & perfect location! So many restaurants, pubs, & shops within walking distance! Highly recommend!

Gem or a hotel in the best location
This hotel is such a great base to explore Lisbon. The service was of the highest standard without being overly stuffy. Everyone was so nice. There is a little park where they have a separate drinks counter and to sit there in the evening and have a drink was wonderful. The rooms all have there little quirks and are so clean. I highly recommend this hotel

We really couldn’t have been happier with this hotel. Staff are superb and really spend time helping. Friendly and polite. Room was beautiful- overlooked park across the street. This is the best hotel! If I go back to Lisbon I will stay here. Wonderful breakfast, easy to get downtown, a beautiful park just outside the door, great staff. The rooms are clean and modern. Lovely dining room, can’t say enough nice things. A great hotel!

Old world charm and modern convenience in a walkable neighborhood. We were close to Metro and Rossio Station for a day trip to Sintra and the Gloria Funicular to the spectacular views from Bairro Alto. Easy walk to waterfront attractions and transportation to Belém and the Tile Museum. Across the street is Praça Alegría with a small cafe, weekend music and picturesque fountain. Enjoyed the intimate, family restaurants located nearby and strolling down the upscale Avenida da Libertade to Restauradores Square. Perfect spot in a difficult city to navigate.

Loved the location and the decor/ambiance of the hotel. Service was very good, would say that check-in could be sped up somewhat, not the fault of staff...more so the company process, however the front desk was very amenable, and made changes mid-way through our trip that were very helpful. Our first room was quite small, but we moved to a larger room mid-way through to accommodate an extra friend.

There is a park across the street with a small restaurant. You can have drinks and eat outside and it is owned by the Alegria. Some evenings they would have live music. It was also very close to downtown and walkable to great restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Staff were fantastic.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff were so friendly and assisting us when needed advise on booking tour, etc. Specific thanks to Ines who patiently explain us how to manage visiting touristic area. She did a great deal with finding and booking a tour to visit cities around. Excellent customer service.

Lisbon was the last city on our Tour of Portugal. The hotel is conveniently located and walkable to many attractions in the city. The hotel staff were nice a friendly. I shared a double room, which is basically two town bed pushed up together. Our room overlooked the garden. I wish wish breakfast was included, however, there are many cafes and restaurants steps from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Alegria.

Noisy
The room was clean and location was good. No hair conditioner upon arrival, appeared in bathroom the second day. We were on the third floor and sleep was not so easy because the floorboards creaked everytime people above us walked and the sound of footsteps reverberated. Did mention to the front desk, but nothing could be done. Food service was disappointing. Was served a hamburger with bacon after requesting it without- then was told all hamburgers were made with pork- then wait staff denied they said that- and at 8pm I was told there were no more hamburgers. Really.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff very helpful and pleasant, helped with ideas where to go and calling taxis. Very comfortable room and bed. Bathroom was small but worked for us. Very good breakfast.

A beautiful hotel in a great location to walk to shops and dining. Wonderful staff. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable and quiet!

We loved our stay here. The location is so great. Out of the crazy busy area and tons of good dining options around. Great view from our room as well onto the street. Walkable to basically everything.

Excellent location on a quiet square with an affiliated cafe. Convenient to transportation with Metro and funicular nearby. We had a wonderful room with a balcony overlooking the park. Staff was helpful with making suggestions.

Fantastic location just off the main promenade in Lisbon, but still quiet and calm. This is great place and would definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
