Nossa estadia não poderia ter sido melhor. A localização é ótima. 5 minutos do centro de SAN Gimignano. O lugar é a paisagem são incríveis. Café da manhã delicioso e todos muito atenciosas.

From The minute we walked onto the property we were treated like friends and not customers. We were showed to our room and it was exactly as we imagined a Tuscan farmhouse would look like. We enjoyed supper that night with all the other guests, family style at one big table. The food and wine were amazing and the atmosphere was great! We were only booked to stay for 2 nights but enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed an extra night

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay in one of the apartments which we needed for the bedroom space more than for the amenities offered. The grounds are beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the stay quiet and relaxing. We stayed on New Years Day so their kitchen was closed for dinner and we chose not to eat breakfast the next morning, so I can't speak to their meal preparation, but otherwise the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. We'd stay again for sure - great experience!

Site d'hébergement bien situé en campagne Toscane avec magnifique vue sur le vignoble. Excellents petits-déjeuners. Seul point négatif : l'établissement n'était en mesure de nous fournir des renseignements complets concernant le transport en commun local/régional alors qu'il y pourtant un arrêt d'autobus à une centaine de mètres de la résidence.

Exceptional! Clean rooms, great food, great wine, and great location! On top of that, Federica and Humberto are just fantastic people. I traveled with my wife and my 91 years old mother, they made sure my mom was comfortable, to the point of changing the room and allowing me to park closer to our room, and even making soup for dinner because that is what she wanted that night. It cannot get better than that!!! Five stars!!!

One of the best European experiences we have had.
Rustic medieval village/farm/winery with panoramic vistas, comfortable apartments and gracious hosts. Our apartment was spacious, clean and homey. My wife and I enjoy Tuscan wines and we loved the wines of Fattoria San Donato. Very much looking forward to our next visit.

Fattoria San Donato, Charming Agritourism .
We have always enjoyed our stay ( 3x) at this delightful Agriturismo. Once bringing my Art group of 10, from the USA.. Food is excellent. Charming owner/hosts Francesa & Umbero Fendi, and their lovely family, make you feel at home. Olive oil & Wine made on site, delicious..We look forward to our next trip..Highly recommended.

Beautiful picturesque accommodations
This hotel was recommended by an acquaintance. The staff was most accommodating and gracious. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was a surprising $€7 each and not that tasty.

Hotel is a working farm
The hotel is not walking distance to San Gimignano, but if you have a car, it is great. This is a working farm so may seem a little disorganized, but that added to the fun. Room was great and the people were friendly. Good value for the price.

Better than the pictures show. San gimignano is gorgeous and close to many other things we wanted to do in Tuscany.

Great place to stay with fantastic service
We only stayed one night, but the hotel was very good and the reception very warm. Great location between the Tuscan hills. Had a nice cool down in the large pool with great views on the surrounding area. Good breakfast. Felt like an authentic Italian experience.

Het was weer fantastisch
5 jaar geleden hebben we onze bruiloft gevierd op deze Fattoria.Het was wederom weer heerlijk om een paar dagen hier te zijn. je moet geen hotelservice verwachten, maar als je iets wilt moet je het vragen en dan helpen ze je meteen. Eten kan niet altijd op de Fattoria, maar vraag hier gerust naar! Kan het niet dan is er op loopafstand een mooi hotel waar je heerlijk kunt eten.

Rustic agritourism at active winery
We had a hard time finding it as GPS is practically useless in the area. It was the end of the season and it was a farm that has 900 year old buildings. It was clean and owner was helpful but it's nit fancy. The wine was wonderful.

What a find at a great price
This is truly a one of a kind property. Authentic 900 year old world winery nestled in a charming village setting Every nook is delightful. Peaceful. Clean. Affordable. Family dinner night was superbly cooked fresh garden vegetables and herbs - all grown on site., endless wine. You can't make this stuff up, unless you are Walt Disney. but this is the real thing! During our next visit to Tuscany we will stay here several nights as a hime base and visit the area.

TOP NOTCH AGRIURISMO
Please pay close attention. If you are looking for air conditioning, easy to find location, road noise, indifferent staff then don't come here. This is real agriturismo, actually, it is a winery, with tasting. We rate this place very high. The staff was great, the breakfast was great. Sadly, we did not try the restaurant, I am sure it is real home cooking. If you want off the shelf tourism, this is not the place for you. You want to see a real working farm, taste some great wines then don't miss it!!! Lots of things to see and do in the area.

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the grounds and countryside views. Out of the business of San Giminiano but only a short ride. The owners were very helpful and we enjoyed tasting their wines. Make sure you join one of their evening dinner (on request). It was a lot of fun meeting different people and reasonably priced. All the wines and spirits were included.
