Querido invitado Las evaluaciones siempre son bienvenidas porque las necesitamos para mejorar.Para que sean útiles, incluso para otros huéspedes que tengan que elegir si quedarse o no con nosotros, deben ser objetivos y no estar dictados por gustos personales.El mobiliario de nuestras habitaciones no es el típico mobiliario de un Hotel, somos una Casa de Huéspedes y queremos dar un ambiente familiar, absolutamente diferente al de un Hotel, aunque respetamos algunos estándares.Las camas, por ejemplo, aunque no se adaptan exactamente a nuestro mobiliario de estilo rústico/dolomita, las reemplazamos en enero para ofrecer al cliente una solución adaptada a los estándares de un hotel.El resto del mobiliario es absolutamente personal.Para que sea útil, una reseña debe valorar otros parámetros como la limpieza, el confort y la profesionalidad y no dar una calificación penalizadora sólo por gusto personal.Los votos pueden perjudicar a los establecimientos que, como nosotros, siempre intentan satisfacer a sus clientes, pero no siempre pueden satisfacer sus gustos personales.Siempre ten esto en cuentaAmabilidad

Thanks for the review. The furniture was completely renovated in 2016. Normally our guests like our furniture because it is very warm and familiar, not modern and very often cold and impersonal like the hotels. . The pillows are orthopedic (resting the neck is very important for travelers) There are very soft pillows available in the room for those who prefer them

Thanks for the nice reviewI want to point out that the structure and the rooms were renovated only 5 years ago. The furniture was chosen as those typical of our mountains: the Dolomites. The photos in the site are faithful. We do not like sterile rooms like a hotel, ours have a romantic soul that some do not understandThe microwave works great and the refrigerator just turns it on. In 5 minutes it reaches temperature. We keep it off to save energy as you may have noticed in the services in our rooms, we are very attentive to eco-sustainability in our structure.Thanks and I hope to see you soon

About the pillow: As it is very difficult to please all the customers, we leave the semi-rigid pillows in the bed that usually satisfy most of the guests.
