No coffee 🙁
Gorgeous place, we had booked a condo and got an apartment. Roomy, clean but even though it had a kitchen, there was no way to make tea or coffee, we had to boil water in a pot. Everything else was lovely.

Grazie mille... Per quanto riguarda il freddo nelle camere, noi cerchiamo sempre di accendere in tempo e farle trovare calde... Se le prenotazioni ci arrivano a ridosso dall'arrivo, noi solitamente lo diciamo che le camere potrebbero non essere caldissime... Comunque la ringraziamo e speriamo di riaverla nostro ospite

Perfect location on outskirts of Urbania
Good pool and premises. We had one bedroom apartment with two kids and they fitted finely on separate beds on bedroom. Owners and service was splendid, only thing maybe would be to have fixed kitchen apparels right away in place although when asked, we got necessary things.

Schöne, saubere Zimmer in einem schönen, alten, gepflegten Landhaus mit Pool, Terrasse und einem großen Garten. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Berge und ans Meer. 20 Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Urbania. Ausgesprochen nette, freundliche Vermieter!

A pochi minuti dal centro di Urbania (anche a piedi) . Bellissimo posto, tranquillo e accanto al Barco Ducale. Camere grandi (qualche difetto come riscaldamento un po' rumoroso e materassi un tantino rigidi) ma nel complesso buone. Personale gentilissimo. Se ricapito da queste parti ci torno senza dubbio.

Een super plek
Country House Parco Ducale is een een uitstekende accommodatie aan de rand van Urbania. Er is een grote tuin en een mooi zwembad.Onze kamer was goed met een mooi uitzicht op de tuin.Het ontbijt was uitstekend. De eigenaars en het personeel zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Vooral Mara, die verdient een compliment. Parco Ducale ligt op loopafstand van Urbania waar `s avonds gegeten kan worden. Een plek om terug te komen.

Historic character and cleanliness
Just returned from staying a week at Parco Ducale. Daniella and Roberto are the perfect hosts! Kind and helpful if you need advice on sightseeing or shopping. The accommodation itself has a ton of historic character, but at the same time is extremely clean and easy to live in. I worried that I would need to drive into Urbania in order to enjoy sights and meals. This is not the case--there is a perfect walking path and sidewalk that takes about 15 minutes to stroll into the city center. The perfect length to build up an appetite. I highly recommend including the breakfast as it is plentiful and a lot of variety--fruit, yogurt, granola, meats, cheeses, pastries. I hope to return to this lovely place with my family. Thank you Daniella and Roberto!

Great place to stay. Beautiful country side location. The breakfast was excellent.
We really liked the location which is very relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Rooms were very nice and very clean. Wi-Fi service was very good. We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful staying in Italian countryside hotel.
It was a peaceful staying in a lovely place in the Italian coutryside . The staff of the hotel was very charming and always at our disposal . Room was very clean and comfortable, I will recommend this location if you are planning a trip in the area.

The pictures on the website do not do justice to this beautiful country house or the location. The hotel was lovely with gorgeous grounds and it was in a fabulous location. The owners Roberta and Daniela are fantastic hosts; very friendly and professional and everything was of a very high standard. We would recommend this lovely place without hesitation.

Ruheoase in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe
Das Hotel ist ein stilvoll restauriertes Landhaus mit einem wunderschönen Garten und ein tolles Pool, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und punktet für Sauberkeit. Man kann schnell zu Fuß oder am besten mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt fahren. Die Lage ist spektakulär, neben dem antiken Jagdhaus der Montefeltro. Absolute Ruhe, viele kleine Dörfer und Urbania in der Nähe. Man kann entspannen und vieles erleben, Natur und Kultur verbinden und einen schönen Urlaub haben. Im Sommer werden auch Buffet organisiert, wo man auch mit multikulturellen Gästen in Kontakt kommt und Leckeres aus der Region ausprobieren kann.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'hotel sorge in un luogo tranquillo ma vicinissimo a ristoranti e centro storico di Urbania. La responsabile ed il personale si sono mostrati disponibili, socievoli, gentilissimi. La pulizia è buona, il rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Sia l'interno che l'esterno sono molto curati. Sembra di stare a casa propria, ci siamo sentiti perfettamente a nostro agio. Ci sono stati consigliati alcuni ristoranti convenzionati, ne abbiamo provati un paio di veramente ottimi, soprattutto la Casa Tintoria, gestita da una signora simpaticissima, arredamento particolare, servizio veloce e organizzato e, soprattutto, cibo ottimo.

Consiglio questo B&B non solo per la sua location, ma anche per la cordialità e la simpatia della responsabile Daniela. Altrettanto cordiale e simpatica, la sua collega,anche lei di nome Daniela,addetta alla sala colazione,che era ottima e varia. Senz'altro ci ritorno anche per un'eventuale vacanza per visitare il luoghi vicini

Très confortable et calme
Un superbe séjour dans ce cadre verdoyant. La chambre familiale était superbe. La piscine très bien. Un très bon petit déjeuner, très complet. Le personnel super sympa !!! Tout cela très au calme et idéal pour se ressourcer. on a carrément adorer !!!!

E' stato un piacevole soggiorno di tre giorni rilassante e un po' fuori dal tempo.La country house si trova in un paesaggio collinare fantastico vicino ad una bellissima chiesa ( alla sera veniva illuminata tutt'intorno e diventava ancora più suggestiva). Unica pecca la colazione servita poco prima delle 8.30 ( tardi per le nostre abitudini!).La stanza tripla era comoda e spaziosa ma purtroppo non insonorizzata (si avvertiva ogni minimo rumore degli ospiti vicini). Urbania offre veramente poco ed è necessario spostarsi per trovare qualche diversivo, ma abbiamo scoperto un ottimo ristorante, nel vicino paese Piandimeleto, che da solo vale il viaggio.

Fönster i ankelhöjd om du bor på andra våningen. Dessutom svalbon och svalornas spillning i fönstret och på gården. Positivt med pool.

Relaxing Classic Country Italian
The building was built over 200 years ago and our room was really an apartment with kitchen, bedroom and ensuite. The bonus for us about the accommodation was the presence of a nice pool and we were treated to amazing 4 course meals including unlimited wine for 30 Euros. The area around Urbanio was so beautiful and classic Italian looking, and it was such a pleasure opening our shutters in the morning to let the morning air and sunshine in. It was conducive to some down time as well as a chance to catch up with mundane chores such as laundry. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help. One of them was a Romanian, woman, Daniella who Ely was able to converse with and get the Romanian brain cells going again. The other Daniella, the manager was also very helpful and her husband was the chef. The owner who was down from Rome was helping with the dinners and she told us that her family originally bought the property in 1950 and turned it into a hotel. We were the only guests who were not part of an Italian language tour (although they spoke German most of the time). It was all very relaxed and we joined in conversation with them. The only blemish, if you can call it that was that our room had a 12 inch TV from around 1980 and it didn't work, but frankly, you wouldn't miss it here.
