그럭저럭 괜찮아요^^
처음에는 구글맵 이상으로 찾기가 좀 어려웠다. 그런데 길을 알고나니 리알토다리,산마르코광장까지 10~15분, 또 부라노/무라노섬 등으로 가는 큰 선착장이 5분 내외로 있는 등 어느 곳에서든 접근성이 좋았다. 허나, 무릎이 안 좋은 엄마가 계단을 오르내리기에는 좀 힘든 부분이 있었다. 3층 이상에 위치해 있었고 엘리베이터가 없었기 때문이다. 그래도 내부는 아기자기하고 조용해서 나름 괜찮았다.

베네치아 숙소가 성수기에 전반적으로 비싸서 이보다 더 좋은 호텔 묵으시려면 좀 더 투자하셔야 합니다. 호텔이라기보다는 가족이 운영하는 작은 여관 느낌입니다. 베네치아 길이 복잡해서 구글 지도 없이는 찾아가기 힘듭니다. 2005년에 레노베이션 한 곳이라 인테리어도 낡았고 특히 화장실이 매우 좁습니다. 밤에 체크인 하시려면 미리 호텔에 연락하셔야 합니다. 아침도 별로에요. 스태프는 친절한 사람도 있고 아닌 사람도 있습니다. 제가 갔을 때는 와이파이도 작동하지 않았습니다.

실망이네요.
우선 숙소 위치를 찾기가 너무 힘듭니다. 그리고 엘레베이터가 없어서 직접 짐을 가지고 올라가야 하고 값에 비해 방이 너무 작고 화장실을 사용하기에 불편합니다.

Simple but good hotel
Good location , you can walk to main points (Vapporetto stop, Rialto, San Marco Square). Room was OK, but no access to internet (I had to plan my day during breakfast time). Breakfast was OK considering it is a small hotel. No elevator, you will have a hard time when arrive as it will be necessary to carry your luggage until the 3rd floor.

Nice Venice stay
Good experience, the staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good, they even made my husband fresh eggs when we came down. Like everything in Venice it is older and has a slightly damp musty smell, but that is just part of what makes Venice Venice. It is is within a 15 minute walk to most tourist sites and about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station, Although I wouldn’t recommend walking if you have luggage other than a backpack since there are so many stairs with all of the bridges. Also the hotel is on the second floor (in America we would call it the third floor) so this like really all of Venice is not great for those with mobility issues. it is an easy 5 minute walk to the water bus to get to the airport. Overall it was a good stay and er would stay here again.

Это замечательный маленький отель! Очень уютный, удобное расположение, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. У нас был включён завтрак и очень даже приличный. Омлет, сыр, ветчина, йогурт, фрукты, кофе...Вообщем достаточно чтобы наесться. Если бы приехала ещё раз, обязательно осталась бы в этом отели.

Great little Hotel in ideal location!
Lovely clean room in a brilliant location! Easy to get to from the airport, loads of food and drink within walking distance and the breakfast had a great selection as well. Only thing is the WiFi doesn’t reach the room, which was a slight inconvenience but altogether we were fine.

Our stay was nice. Our only complaint would be that breakfast was an issue both mornings. Not enough tables to accommodate guests, food ran out one morning, and wasn't ready until almost 9 the next. (breakfast was supposed to start at 8:30.) Tables were not cleaned from the day before. However room was great..pillows could be better and staff was friendly!

Heureusement que l'appartement est bien situé! L'accueil a été vraiment médiocre. On nous a accompagné à l'appartement, donné la clé et c'est tout! J'ai demandé où trouver une épicerie, on m'a dit que je trouverais autour...! Si j'avais d'autres questions, est-ce que je pouvais retourner les voir? On m'a répondu pourquoi? Le code du wifi n'était pas le bon. Le divan-lit n'était vraiment pas confortable.

Apartment type bed and breakfast, clean...
Firstly, follow the directions provided by the hotel because Venice is a maze. Google Map should be your best friend while you're there. If you're coming from the train station, take the water bus to the closest stop and walk about 5 minute. I love where this hotel is located...there is tavern close by where you can take your drinks outside and enjoy on the bridge. The hotel is an apartment type bed and breakfast...on the third floor. No front desk after hours. It was clean. The staff was super friendly and provided some great tips for restaurants and sight seeing. Room/bathroom were tiny which is typical of the area and Italy on a whole. Bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned every day unlike some hotels I've been where they get it done in 30 seconds. Breakfast was standard. Wifi was a little spotty but once you go to the dinning area you get strong signal.

Esperienza positiva sopratutto grazie alla posizione tranquilla ma molto vicina sia a Rialto che a Piazza San Marco entrambe raggiungibili a piedi in circa 10 min. Il personale è stato molto gentile che ci ha concesso il check-in anticipato. Sistemazione buona. Colazione sufficiente.

Buena estancia.
Buena ubicación, camas cómodas, todo limpio, las personas que lo llevan son muy amables y te ayudan en todo. Peculiar pero buen sitio para alojarse :) El único pero que la ubicación en google maps es incorrecta. El hotel está en una calle a la espalda de la iglesias de Sta Maria de Miracoli.

2 Nights at the Ca’ Riccio
My partner and I spent 2 nights at the Rachelle apartment in Ca’ Riccio. Check in is a little confusing because they have apartments and a BNB in different locations. We had to contact them before check in, and then call when we arrived at the apartment location so that someone could meet us and let us in. The apartment was very nice. On a quiet street in the Cannaregio district. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room on the second floor of the building. Two minute walk to the water with a few restaurants and vaporettos (water taxis) to Murano, Burano, the airport, and other locations. From there you can see the island of San Michelle. The apartment is bit out of the way, but in a great spot if you want to get away from crowds. About a 15-20 minute walk to most places including St. marc’s Square, the train station, shopping districts, the Jewish Ghetto. There is a supermarket nearby. We had a night flight out of Venice that evening. The staff were kind and let us leave our bags all day in one of the shared spaces. That was much appreciated!

Propreté impeccable, très bien placé (10 mn du pont du Rialto, 20 mn de la place St Marc), petit-déjeuner copieux et varié et personnel sympathique. En revanche, ne comptez pas sur google maps pour vous y emmener avec l'adresse indiquée sur la confirmation de réservation ! Il vaut mieux appeler l'hôtel pour avoir une adresse précise. Et si le wifi fonctionne parfaitement dans les parties communes, ce n’est pas le cas dans la chambre.

Bed OK, bathroom OK, although the shower curtain could have contained the water better. Hotel wifi did not reach the room, but worked OK in the breakfast room. Breakfast OK, although more variation would be welcome. The neighborhood is excellent, the vaporetto stops on the north side are reachable without crossing any bridges, which helps with heavy bags. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The most touristy areas are a short walk away.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in a nice area, it’s hard to find the hotel initially, and the water taxi dropped us off where we had to haul our luggage up and over three bridges.. then , just as advertised we had to climb 49 steps with our luggage.. in Europe the second floor is really equivalent to US third or fourth floor...not so good for middle age people.. but... the beds were wonderful. All of our group of 6 slept well there. Easy access to get to know Venice.. I would definitely tell my 30-50 year old kids to stay here.. just don’t haul lots of bags!

It’s our fault for not listening to the reviews. We read over and over again that buzzing in for check in was difficult but I thought after confirming on here and seeing that my message was immediately read that they would be ready to change. Unfortunately even after we told confirmed our 7pm arrival we were left waiting for 15 minutes and wondering if we should book another hotel.

Great Location, Good Food and Friendly Staff
What a great place to stay. Staff are lovely and friendly, place is brightly decorated and clean and the room has air conditioning - which was a blessing. Breakfast was delicious, with different items served each day. No 'fry-up' or traditional continental pastries, so maybe not ideal for a picky eater, but there was cereal, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, cake and continental meats, plus daily specials as well as good coffee, tea's and fresh juice. Whilst the selections might not be what you are used to, it was certainly enjoyable and as it was buffet style, you can fill up ready for a day of exploring. Our room was a good size, with a well stocked fridge, plenty of fresh towels and a big comfy bed! The only small downside is that the rooms are on the 3rd floor with no lift, however the location is great right near one the bridge crossings, thus making navigation around Venice simpler and just off the main drag, so nice and quiet.

Noi scriviamo sempre richiedendo l'orario di arrivo con molto anticipo perché non succedano dei disguidi . E' scritto comunque sulla pagina di prenotazione che non abbiamo presenza 24 ore 24 Il nostro personale , deve ricevere anche gli ospiti di un' altra nostra struttura e dei nostri appartamenti .Probabilmente avrete dovuto aspettare qualche minuto per questo motivo . Di solito viene lasciato un avviso con il numero di telefono dell'addetto al ricevimento e se aveste chiamato vi avrebbero risposto di pazientare 5 minuti . Queste sono solitamente le tempistiche d'attesa per il cliente .

Nice room, nicely furnished, nice breakfast and eating area. The only drawback was that the establishment is three or four stories above ground level with no lift.

Excellent apt. In Venice for reasonable price.
Really a lovely, clean apt. Perfect for two couples. Need to get a kettle and teapot for those of us who are tea drinkers but a small issue.
