This property was amazing!! The staff, rooms, common areas and location left us very satisfied. Booked 2 rooms 3 days, to travel along costa brava and we all agree that Tamariu was just about the most beautiful place we have seen just yet! We definitely recommend this stay for a pleasant trip.

Ein kleineres Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage mit herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht von Tamariu. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Abends wird ein abwechslungsreiches Menü angeboten. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Situación inmejorable, desayuno excelente...
Situación inmejorable con unas vistas preciosas a la playa. Desayuno excelente. Nuestra habitación era grande con una gran terraza con vistas al mar. Lo peor, olía como a azufre el baño.

The location and views couldn’t be beat. The room had ants and wasn’t adequately clean when we first checked in but the staff rectified that. I do wish that we had been better informed about amenities; we weren’t told that we had beach towels and I didn’t know there was conditioner available until I asked. We really enjoyed our time here and I’d come again. The walking paths and beach couldn’t be beat.

We regret knowing that your experience on arrival at your room was not satisfactory, our cleaning team usually follows a very strict protocol and aware of the environment and sustainability. We take the opportunity to inform you that Hostalillo is integrated on the basis of UNE-EN ISO 14001 standards for environmental management, and therefore very aware of the control of consumption and minimization of waste management. That said, in reception you can get additional products or "amenities" if necessary. We would also like to inform you that the reception department follows a protocol during check-in so that all our customers can be informed about the services and facilities that they have at their disposal. We hope to see you very soon at Hostalillo!

This property was in a fabulous location, and had restaurants and bars with great views of the water/beach. However, the facilities are a little rundown, and dated. But overall we enjoyed our stay here. Also the food was great, breakfast and dinners too!

El hotel esta muy bien. Hemos tenido un problema de malos olores para 2 dias en la habitación, pero ya esta solucionado. Mala suerte. En recepción son todos muy amables y muy atentos. Algunos de los cameros y en el bar, no son tan amables, pero algunos si que son.la diferencia entre ambos es muy notable. Eso aparte, volveríamos sin duda.

The hotel itself was quite nice. Clean rooms, working air conditioners, friendly staff. Included breakfast was also better than expected. Will say the beach and main area outside of hotel was CROWDED (we came mid-July, arrived on a Saturday afternoon). It was much busier than we expected. Overall I give the hotel itself 4 stars, but Tamariu beach 3 stars.

Lovely holiday
Great hotel with a lovely room and patio with a view of the bay. Large very comfortable bed. The restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the menu from the carte , discounted for residents . Lovely food and the breakfast assortment was varied and plentiful. Drinks in the Miridor Bar were great with the amazing view. The Miridor could do with more staff as service could be a bit slow. In the restaurant the the waiters, while great and attentive, could do with slowing down a little and then the atmosphere would be a bit more relaxed. It was just a little bit too hectic , perhaps they could do with a couple of extra staff on each shift. Drinks at the Vermuteria also lovely but it could stay open past 8 pm But all in all wonderful and we would love to go back and do it all again
