넓고 쾌적한 숙소
너무 좋았어요! 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있고 인테리어도 예쁩니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 피렌체 지도와 함께 설명해준 것들이 도움이 많이 되었어요. 도보로 10분 거리에 맛있는 음식점들이 있습니다. 이틀동안 편안히 묵었고 또 오고 싶어요.

논스모킹룸 얘약했는데 첫날앤 3층에 담배 쩐내가 심하고 난방까지 고장난 방을 받아 잠을 못잤습니다 (냄새땜에 목이 아플 정도). 바로 내려가서 말했는데도 첫날 방이 다 차서 못바꿔주고 둘째날 미안하다고 와인선물과 함께 5층으로 바꿔줬습니다. 거기는 담배냄새 전혀 안나고 시설도 처음 방보다 새거로 바꾼 방인듯 했습니다. 같은 등급 방인데 방마다 차이가 매우 큰 것 같아요. 시내랑 거리가 멀어서 위치가 불편합니다. (도보 18분) 그리고 도로변 소음이 많이 들려요 소음에 예민하신 분들은 못잘 것 같습니다. 1층에 안내해주시는 분들이 자세히 설명해주시고 물(정수기)과 비스켓도 호틸에서 무료제공하고 주방을 쓸 수 있는 점은 좋았습니다

We think we did our best: you told us that your apartment had a tobacco smell (we only have no-smokers rooms but probably some previous guests didn't respect the rules) and we agreed to change your apartment. We also gave you a bottle of wine as gift to apologize. This kind of problems can happen sometimes in every hotel of the whole world, we thank you for the other good things that you said in your review and we hope that you can come back another time to enjoy better your staying here with us.

테르미역에 짐 들고 걷기엔 조금 힘들었습니다. 인도 노면이 보도 블럭이라 바퀴를 굴리기엔 애로 사항이 있는 거리이며, 택시로 8유로 정도 나옵니다. 택시 이용 권장. 일단 프론트 직원들이 아주 친절했습니다. 그리고 가격대비 숙소 퀄리티도 만족합니다. 단, 오후11시~오전7시에 난방이 안되서 좀 추웠습니다. 그외엔 좋았습니다.

레지던스 형태로 조식은 없지만 취사가능하고 주변에 슈퍼도 있습니다. 합리적 가격에 방이 넓고 건물 내 주차(주차비 있음)가 가능해서 편리했습니다.

피렌체 ztl밖 유료이긴 하나 프라이빗 주차(1일 12유로)가능한 점이 가장 장점. 주차장에서부터 엘레베이터 이동 가능하고, 도시가 오래되어 레지던스도 좀 오래되었지만 관리상태는 좋았습니다. 호텔같은 컨시어지 있고 서비스도 다 제공하여 늦은 체크인도 문제없었고 청소며 수건갈아주고 편하게 지냈습니다. 전기가 한번 나간적 있는데 데스크에서 스토브썼냐며 물어보더라구요. 그리고 바로 전기 들어왔습니다. 음식은 4번정도 해먹었는데 전기는 1번 끊어졌음. 숙소에서부터 관광지를 걸어가긴 먼거리라 다 버스타고 다녔습니다.

만족해요.
일단 5층 제일 꼭데기에 묶엇는데 해도 잘들어오고 뷰도 이쁘고 좋았어요. 근처 꼬치집도 맛잇고 바로옆 케밥집도 싸고 맛잇어요. 단점이라면 시티센터까지 걸어가기 멀어요.. 두오모에서 약 30분 정도 걸어야해여.. 건물저체가 낡아서 시설도 조금 낡앗어요.. 전반적으로 직원도 친절하고 에어컨도 빵빵하고.. 주방도있어서 하루는 한인마트에서 라면사서 먹엇어요. 위치빼고는 만족해요.

음식을 해먹을수 있어서 좋고 거실이 별도로있어 넓고 편안함. 기차역에서는 약15분정도 걸리고 주요관광지까지 약20분정도 걸려 조금 불편함. 전반적인 가족여행 숙박으로 만족함

The concierge is not 24 hrs. This forced me to change my travel plans traveling from Switzerland. That cost me an extra $262.00. We also had a strange knock on our door 30 minutes after we arrived at the hotel. That made my wife very nervous, because the concierge was not 24 hrs. The hotel was clean and the apt. was nice. I'm not sure if I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Toilet floor has a pool of water when we’re in. We thought it was Leaking . I cleaned the water and the floor is dry ever after! This room was obviously not cleaned properly! They should be charged for cleaning fees

The front desk staff member Renalde was very helpful and provided excellent customer service and we appreciated his friendly attitude and assistance. However, Hotel Management refused to fix our kitchen sink and had no hot water causing us to boil water. Not very professional or appreciated.

This is a ONE star motel/rooming house at the VERY MOST!!!! 4 star is very disrespectful to other hotels… it is horrible on so many levels… is fairly clean but thats it…. Wow what a surprise its even on Expedias website but as a 4 star it is a downright lie.

Great property and great staff. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and it was cheaper than the tiny hotel room (Marriot) across the street. Highly recommended for families.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful with many questions. Room ( apartment) was good size and clean but beds were very uncomfortable. Noise at night sounded like someone vacuuming and dropping things kept us awake until long after midnight.

It's an excellent property and we had a very comfortable stay. Only that it's on one side of the station and major attractions are on the other side so be prepared to walk a bit.

Not worth booking a stay here. The facilities are old and their air condition isn’t working. When I asked the manager he said it will be fixed by next week. We stayed for 2 nights at this property and were bitten by mosquitoes as we had to open the windows as it’s so humid on Florence during our stay. It’s a stressful experience to say the least. There are more decent places to stay and unfortunately this property doesn’t cut the list. Not recommend at all!

When traveling to Venice, this is a great option instead of a high priced hotel in the island, so convenient to the train station then just a 10 min ride and you’re in the middle of everything. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and a great value

Bon accueil! Appartement de standing des années 70-80. Très spacieux, cuisines équipée… Proche du centre ville, des trames, bus, supérette. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons adoré la grandeur du condo. Nous avons aussi aimé son emplacement. Pas trop loin de la cathédrale centrale. La proximité de la buanderie, de l'épicerie et du tramway. La cuisine aurait pu être un peu plus équipée.
