Nice apartment but with no holiday atmosphere
We arrived about 2pm to be told check in was at 4pm. Which was completely acceptable. We finally got into our apartment at 5.15pm, after having been up since 3.30 am for an early flight , this wasn't a good start . We weren't given enough towels for five of us , and there were only four beds, despite our booking being made for 2 adults and three children. On enquiring about this , I was told there was a 10 Euro surcharge per night for a fold away bed , which would have cost us another 120 Euro's. Fortunately for us they waivered this charge for the hassle caused by our late check in. The complex itself is pleasant , set in nice gardens with three pools. For us it completely lacked any holiday atmosphere . The children were not allowed any balls / lilos in the pool. No music is allowed either. The life guard would pull you up if you were doing any if these things . Plenty of sun beds about but no parasols for shade. Plenty of trees for shade if you don't mind the smell of cat poo surrounding you . The location of the complex is about 20-25 mins from beach and marina . A very steep hill on way back from beach , which in 35 degree heat is quite hard going. Also you have to walk a very busy road with no way of avoiding it. Not ideal with kids. As we were driving home, we received a call from reception to say we had took our keys with us , which we hadn't !!!! and they were deducting 80 euros from our deposit . Two phone calls to them to rectify .

Good for Banus on a budget :)
5 guys staying for 5 nights in a condo room. Aboslutely perfect for a base to get in and out of Puerto Banus. Close enough to walk in and taxi it back. Staff helpful on arrival.

酒店位置不错，到哪里都很方便，还有免费停车泊位，我们的3卧室公寓还有一个很大的阳台，风景优美，还有游泳池，很适合全家旅游，唯一不方便就是房间里没有WIFI,只有前台有网络，如果你想房间里上网，一个手机上网一天大概4欧左右。

Excellent apartments in fabulous location
myself and three of my friends stayed here and it was brilliant!! It's only a 10 minute walk from Puerto banus but only 5 euro in a taxi if you don't feel like the walk. The nightlife, restaurants and bars in Puerto banus are brilliant. Senorio de Aloha was such a brilliant price in an excellent location, right beside a supermarket also which was very handy! There are 3 pools to choose from with free sunloungers so you can even have an enjoyable time just staying here! There is a lot of stairs to climb before you get to your apartment block but you can dodge these by getting a taxi to drop you to the top entrance which is very handy to know! However DONT lose yor key, 80 euro comes out of your deposit if you lose a key so be very careful as it's very steep! Other than that everything was brilliant and we lived it here, spacious, clean and comfortable apartments that has everything you need! Definitely would go again :)

Appartement tres propre et bien amménagé, wifi gratuit et dans tout l'appartement, grande terrasse et 2 balcons, tres belle vue. A 10mn à pieds du port. Je le recommande!!

Schmutziges Besteck etc. Fettspuren in Schubladen.
Scheinbar wurde unser Appartement waehrend unseres Aufenthaltes von anderen Leuten benutzt um zu waschen und zu buegeln. Unterwaesche von Kindern wurde gefunden. Gut, dass wir niemals Wertsachen im Appartement liegen lassen. Im Uebrigen fehlt grundsätzlich Toilettenpapier. Man sollte niemals barfuß sein. Schmutz überall.

Está retirado de la playa. Se llega después de subir una soberbia cuesta y finalmente te remata haciendo subir más de 100 escalones para llegar al ascensor. El apartamento es amplio y está bastante bien.

Very basic accommodation, you get what you pay for! pool not open till 11am everyday, not enough hot water for 6 people to shower in a 3 bedroom apartment, reception not open when we arrived then room not ready till 4.30pm. apartment was very basic with a few holes in walls etc. Stay in La Maestranza accross the road! a million times nicer.

Clean and Roomy apartments,
The Apartments were good very clean and the location is fab close enough to walk to the beach and far enough away so you don't get any noise, the only thing I would say was that the reception was not always opened and the people who run the apartments were hard to get hold of and not very friendly,

Break with mates
Perfect location, apartment was stunning with views that couldn't be matched. Everything was within a five min walk, with the port being an easy 10 min downhill walk (cab ride back). Only bad points was the pool had a million rules one of them being no fun! Also the apartment wasn't cleaned or towels changed once during our 4 night stay. Apart from that (which didn't really bother us) a perfect break.

Nice Quiet Base for visiting Puerto Banus
Very Enjoyable stay - We had 3 adults in this apartment that can easily accomodate 7-8 so we had plenty of room.Apartment is very well fitted out with all mod cons. Big Balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers. Pools were closed because we visited out of season. Grounds are very well kept an extremely clean.Short stroll to the Centro Plaza where there are great bars, restaurants and Shops. There is a nice market on a Saturday where you can pick up the presents for home. It is a nice downhill walk to the centre of Puerto Banus that only takes about 15 mins although the return journey is better in a Taxi. Only a short distance to all of the Golf Courses in the area. Safe and Secure Underground parking which is great. Staff were very welcoming.Highly recommend and we will be back.

Poor Service overall
Arrived here for a 4 night stay. Arrived on a late evening friday flight, called the security number & we were allocated an apartment at the top end (nowhere near the main entrance).Got givenkeys & nothing explained unless you ask questions. We wanted to go out, but no hair dryer (as the room details state it contains this), so I contacted the security number as the reception is not 24 hours (contributes massively to the poor service) & I was rudely told that I did not request this upon arrival so nobody could come over to provide me with one. I asked if I could go to collect & I was told no as the reception was closed. Got over that bit but not a good start. The iron was broken!So I rang again (with my UK mobile as no phone facility).The same male answered & said he would send someone with an iron, I asked for hairdryer again which funnily enough was provided on this occasion! The taxis are a pain to order, and arrive in 2 mins.Takes longer to get to your gate & the meter starts running before you're out!Or they get the wrong block and then blame you for this as it felt like the fact that because our Spanish was not so good, it's easier for the taxi drivers to say the block was not explained to them! So they park somewhere else for ages and arrive with an already 7/8 euro charge before you have sat in!Too many stairs in the complex. Shops - all at least 10-15 minute walk. Wifi is supposedly in the reception/business area.Will never book here again – very disappointing.

Lovely apartment, good location as only a 15-20min walk to the port or 5 euros in a taxi. Very safe with 24 hour security. 2 really nice swimming pools

How only 1 star rating?
No idea how this place only has a 1 star rating. I only noticed the day before leaving that it only had one star, I got kind of nervous but all was well once I arrived. The apartment was huge for two of us, and it was perfectly clean and tidy with every ammenity you could possibly need. Also a massive balcony to chill out on. We got a two bedroom apartment even thoughthere was two of us, but I have no doubt it would be perfect for two couples or a family. There are three pools in the complex which are all very good and clean. They could possible do with a small touch up maintenance wise (A lick of paint), but other wise they were excellent. The beach is about a 15-20 minutes walk away, with shops and ATM's on the way to pick up picnics or snacks. The walk is tough on the way back, as it's up a steep hill, but a taxi from the port is less than 5 euro, so we got that on days we were feeling tired or lazy. Right at the entrance of the complex there is a lovely Italian restaurant. Also just a bit further down the road was a little gem of an Indian restaurant. Taxi's from the airport varied. We arrived late on Friday evening, and we payed €95 euro for a taxi to the apartments (It was that or wait an hour till 1am to get a bus to Marbella and then a taxi to the apartment.). To the airport, we called a number from the apartment, and that was €80.

Great for girlie weekends
The staff were very friendly and helpful no complaints and the apartments were well equipped but the hot water ran out before all four guests could shower. But we had a great stay and would both recommend it and go back again.

Appartamenti spaziosi (per 4 persone avevamo due camere du cui una matrimoniale, due bagni, soggiorno, cucina ben fornita e due balconi di cui uno attrezzato con tavoli e sedie); fornito di asciugamani, stoviglie e lenzuola (ne mancava pero uno), lavatrice e lavastoviglie. mare a circa 800 metri, anche andando in macchina si trova facilmente parcheggio. Zona molto chic,yacht e macchine costose ad ogni angolo. Migliorabile la pulizia.

Jederzeit wieder
Es ist insgesamt allerdings anzumerken, dass es sich hierbei nicht um ein Hotel sondern eine Appartment Anlage handelt. Dabei werden Privatwohnungen für gewissen Zeiträume im Jahr von der Verwaltung der Anlage vermietet. Aus diesem Grund ist eine Aussage über die Qualität des Hotelservices hinfällig. Die von uns bewohnte Wohnung war in jeder Hinsicht top. Ich würde aber nicht automatisch von der Qualität dieser Wohnung auf die Qualität anderer Appartments schliessen.
