観光に便利
観光には非常に便利な場所にあるホテルです。 私たちが泊まった部屋は3階建てのコテージになっており部屋の中の移動は不便でした。 階段が狭く急なので大きい荷物の上げ下げは難しかったので１階に荷物を置き必要なものだけを３階の寝室にもって行きました。 この部屋は小さい荷物で旅行している人向きかと思います。 他の部屋の状況はわかりません。

Muy linda habitación y hotel muy bien ubicado. Muy mala atención de la persona de recepción. Tuvimos problema en el viaje a Amberes por cancelación de tren y llegaumos pasadas las 9 pm y no nos quería abir y dejar pasar pese a que se había cobrado la noche de hotel. Fue penoso, desagradable.

Wonderful boutique hotel with a great host. Perfect location between Grote Markt and the shopping district. Nicely appointed. The staff level is very cozy and personal. So if you'd prefer all sorts of staff to help you, you won't find it. You'll have to get to know the host who is a very charming attentive gentleman. Some guest rooms are not air conditioned nor are the common areas so be aware of this if you are visiting during the summer.

Betrug durch das Hotel / embezzlement of money
Das Hotel hat den bereits über Expedia abgebuchten Betrag nochmals über meine Kreditkarte abgebucht und nach meiner Reklamation den Betrag von 400 Euro nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung NICHT zurückerstattet. Ich warte nun schon 2,5 Monate auf mein Geld. Ich musste jetzt ein Verfahren durch meine Bank eröffnen, was sehr unerfreulich ist. Daher kann ich das Hotels keinesfallls empfehlen !! The hotel has debited again the already debited amount on Expedia on my credit card. After repeated requests the hotel did NOT refund the amount of 400 euros. Now I've been waiting since 2.5 months on my money. I now had opened a fraud by my bank, which is very unpleasant. Therefore, I can NOT recommend the hotel !!

A Room at the Top
--This is a boutique hotel in a beautifully renovated historic townhouse --and has no elevator. It was 4 long flights of winding stairs up to and down from our room -a disincentive to go out! Fortunately, the hotel staff helped us take our heavy suitcases up & down those stairs. Otherwise, as we are seniors,not 20-somethings, I am not sure what we would have done. Also, the service person left early in the evening and there was no one there until the following morning. Supposedly, one could ring the bell outside and it would ring in the office in another building, but no one warned us that after X hour we needed to bring our key to the outside door. In general, this is a beautiful hotel with friendly service with a great location --but you need to be fit enough to climb several flights of stairs to the heavenly suite at the top.

立地の良い古い建物を改装したおしゃれなホテル
アントワープ空港からバスとトラムを乗り継いで30分の最寄り駅から徒歩数分の立地で観光名所のほとんどが徒歩圏内でとても便利。 ホテルは旧い建物を改装したおしゃれな内装で、待合室も部屋も朝食を取るカフェもインテリアが素敵。 但し、床やドア、壁のところどころに穴が空いていたりクローゼットの立てつけが悪い。 また、周囲が飲食店なので滞在中毎晩、午前3-4時ころまで酔客の喧噪がひどく窓とカーテンを閉めていてもかなりうるさかったので人によっては寝られない可能性あり。 追加料金を払う朝食は数種類のパン、自家製ジャム、チーズ、ハムに野菜、メロン、ヨーグルト、茹で卵がついておりお昼がいらないくらいの量。紅茶は20種類くらいから選べる。全部美味しい。 チェックインの対応をしてくれたオーナーの１人は英語が流暢でおすすめのお店や観光名所、行き方を分かりやすく簡潔に教えてくれ親切だった。 オーナーは常時ホテルにいるわけではなく、ドアベルがそのままオーナーの携帯電話につながっているので必要な際はドアベルを鳴らすと対応してくれるので便利。話すのが苦手であればカウンターに書き置きをしておくこともできる。

Great value, convenience near historic sites
The hotel is located in the Old Town part of Antwerp, so I enjoyed the easy access to nearby historic sites, public transportation, restaurants, etc. The service and the comfort of the hotel were exceptional, and the breakfast helped get the days off to a good start. My only criticism of the hotel room is that the uncomfortable proximity of the sink to the toilet in the bathroom. But overall, the hotel provided a great value for the price.

Fantastisch B&B
Een heel fijn hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij sliepen met drie personen in het appartement (drie kleine verdiepingen: twee verdiepingen met bedden en de sanitaire voorzieningen op de middelste verdieping). Het ontbijt was fantastisch, had niet beter gekund. Ik zou hier zeker terug komen.

Gorgeous place with super nice owners. Great neighborhood. Very easy to get to on the metro from the train station. Do not stay here if you have any mobility issues. Very tight spiral staircase.

Charming, Comfortable and Convenient
I just happened to see this charming B&B on Expedia and decided to try it. It's situated on a quaint, narrow, cobblestoned street, lined with a number of places to meet friends for dinner or a late night snack and coffee. My room was on the first floor (not street level) and was very comfortable. It was well supplied with a minibar and necessary toiletries. For a nice breeze, I cracked open my windows which allowed sounds from the street to drift into my room. If I wanted a quiet evening, I would simply leave my windows closed and turn on the air with the remote. At breakfast it was evident a couple of families were staying here, as well. I would not have known, had I not seen them at breakfast. There are rooms on each of the floors as well as an available unit which is separate from the others. The owners are so very helpful and truly want your experience to be a stress-free one. The stairs are steep to get to the rooms but the owners were so nice and carried my (heavy) luggage up to my room and carried them down for me!! A very lovely experience altogether!

Dangerous stair access
Our stay was in a 3 level cottage. It was cramped and tiny and the stairs were just quite simply dangerous with poor lighting and very narrow treads and no hand rails in one section. We were surprised that accommodation would be allowed with no hand rails.

Locatie is geweldig midden in het centrum. Vriendelijke eigenaren en een lekker ontbijt. De eigen gemaakte jams en yoghurt mag je niet missen.Matras verdient wat aandacht.

Lovely boutique hotel
We completely enjoyed our stay at Diamonds and Pearls Hotel. The owners were engaging, offering great advice and service. Our room was spacious, clean and chic. The location could not be better, just one block from the Cathedral and Central Square. This is truly a boutique hotel, with only five rooms and no on-site staff in the evening. Also, beware of the stairs. It is a very, very narrow and twisting staircase to get to the upper floors - quite difficult to lug a large suitcase. However, once we made it the third floor where our suite was located, we fell in love with the hotel.

Glamour et original dans la quartier touristique
Situé dans une ruelle aux abords immédiats de la Grand Place (et de la célèbre Cathédrale) d'Anvers, piétonne donc pas de possibilité de se garer devant l'hotel mais plusieurs grands parkins urbains très proches. Malgré tout, certaines chambres se trouvent en fond de cour et donc pas le moindre bruit ne vient déranger le repos. Plusieurs restaurants dans la rue. Pas de personnel dans l'hotel, il y a donc certains horaires à respecter pour rendre la chambre, néanmoins le propriétaire habite à proximité et est accomodant. Petit déjeuner ****, décoration baroque et arty, très sympathique.

Had a lovely stay. My room was beautiful, huge comfortable white bed, wood floors and high ceiling,beautifully furnished with antiques. Staff were very friendly. Location perfect. Highly recommend it to all.
