Good location , helpful staff,but air conditioner wasn’t working and they knew about it but they werent going to repair it. I was told that I couldnt be certain of getting another room as many guest were due in. It was too much of a hassle and I decided to live with it. Staff otherwise helpful though I would say if you don’t like the stairs avoider. They put me on the 3rd floor and there were 7 flights up to the floor

Good: The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting Krakow Old Town and access from the airport by train. Very much the reason we picked the hotel. Good breakfast next door. Bad: But we were NOT happy with the room or the beds! Both mattresses was quite worn and had a concave shape were the springs and the bed boards could be felt - that is where I didn’t fall between the bed boards… So our necks and backs and hips did not have a good holiday. We also had a room overlooking a busy street with trams and emergency vehicles making noise throughout the night, and a lack of sleep and good rest affected the whole trip. Recommendation: New mattresses should be prioritized in the hotel budget, and soundproofing glass on the rooms overlooking the street would have been nice.

Bra og godt beliggende hotell.
Bra hotell med romslige værelser og en overraskende god frokost. Spaseravstand til gamlebyen og jødekvarteret var også veldig greit.

The room was lovely with plenty of space. My room faced the street, so there was often the sound of trams passing by. The included breakfast offers a wide variety of food options. Location is ideal, with easy access to multiple tram lines, short walk to train station and Old Town across the street. The only negative for me was that the restaurant and lobby were in the Hotel Polonia next door, so you had to go outside to get to them. There are no elevators.

Don't stay -- Noisy room at main street with trams
This place is located on a very noisy street, which is the main street with trams. When I asked to change the room, they replied to me immediately that all rooms are occupied without even check the computer. This is ridiculous, because I checked in at 1pm and asked to change the room at 1:30pm, how they know that all rooms are occupied when it was 1:30pm? For example, the room #3 (same standard, quiet room, facing the backyard) is empty during my stay. So definitely they lied to me. I kept all the videos for the facts I stated here.

Hôtel très bien situé entre la gare et la vieille ville. Belle suite très propre de 2 chambres pour 4 personnes donnant sur cour. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un buffet très variés de charcuteries, fromages etc. Seul bémol, des voisins bruyants au milieu de la nuit !

Good location
Nicely located, and large bright rooms. Friendly staff, and good service during our stay. We missed a minibar though, and aircon would have been nice. Be aware that reception is in another building. We had windows facing the streets, which were quite noisy at nights.

Muy buena situación, al lado del centro histórico. Hemos estado dos veces y en una las camas eran excesivamente blandas de manera que te hundias. No descansamos muy bien. Sin embargo, la segunda vez nos tocó una habitación con camas muy cómodas.

Otroligt bra hotell! Fick ett jättestort och fräscht rum med två dubbelsängar, helt klart över förväntan. Hade egentligen bokat med två enkelsängar. Bra service och väldigt bra läge. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo här igen.

Top Vebindung zum Hauptbahnhof , Busbahnhof und zur historischen Altstadt. Check in/out ohne Probleme,ach wenn man bei der Schlüsselabholung und Abgabe ins Nachbar Hotel muss. Rezeption immer erreichbar auch wenn man wie wir morgens um 03:30 auschecken muss um sein Flieger zu bekommen.

Nice hotel with excellent location
We stayed for two nights during a weekend stay in Krakow, and the hotel was perfect for this located between the central station and the old city. The room was nice and clean - only downside was that heating was on despite outside temperatures exceeding 25 C, but after turning it off and keeping windows open for a day all was fine.

I liked Aparthotel because it is a building of old city Krakow. It does not have elevators but staff helps you take your luggage up or down at checkout.

Hotellin sijainti todella hyvä, lähellä rautatieasemaa ja vanhan kaupungin Keskustorille lyhyt kävelymatka. Aamupala hyvä. Huone nuutunut ja vanhanaikainen. Pyyhkeetkin todella kauhtuneita. Huoneemme nro 3 sijaitsi katutasossa, ikkunat kadullepäin; kova liikenteen meteli ja ohikulkijoiden puhe kuului selvästi sisälle. Samoin naapurihuoneista kaikki äänet kuului.

Not a hotel!
Not a hotel! No reception at all, in an old building, no people there, feel very terror and unsafe, we moved out and booked a new room in another hotel.

Great for a short stay
Nice and clean. Great breakfast. Bed was old and uncomfortable - rugs on the floor were old and in need of cleaning. Bathroom was new and renovated and a good specification.

Firstly, the hotel isn't even a hotel. It's attached to the hotel next door which nobody says anywhere. So we had to walk down to the other hotel to check in. The staff was extremely rude and we even waited until the next morning in the hopes of another staff member in order to ask a question. We then had to walk back through rain to get to our room and walk up stairs (which would be nice to know it isn't cripple friendly). The heater was leaking water and the carpet was very wet which wasn't nice. We told the staff who came and "fixed it" by simply telling us, leave it on full heat and it won't leak and to open the window (which is right next to a busy tram stop making a LOT of noise all night... The hotel AND apartments were empty, they could've moved us. Breakfast was quite pathetic, you could tell they simply saved everything until it got eaten, even the hard boiled eggs had started going bad and smelly.

Najlepsze zakwaterowanie w Krakowie!
Bardzo się cieszymy, że mogliśmy być gośćmi tego obiektu. Przekonała nas znakomita lokalizacja oraz stale otwarta recepcja z możliwością pozostawienia bagażu. Obsługa była bardzo uprzejma. Otrzymaliśmy duży przestronny pokój z widokiem na zabytkowe centrum miasta, dodatkowo wygodny, ciepły i cichy. I to wszystko za bardzo przystępną cenę. Polecamy!

Tarkoitukseemme paras!
Yllätti positiivisesti! Loistava sijainti kauppakeskuksen, rautatieaseman ja vanhan kaupungin keskiössä. Siistit tilat, isohko huone, hyvä palvelu. Vain aamiaiselle (joka myös oli hyvä) meno ulkokautta viereiseen hotellirakennukseen hieman harmitti.
