좋은 위치에 저렴한 가격으로 머물 수 있는 호텔
가격에 비해 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔애서 차를 랜트할 수 있었고 다른 물놀이도 예악햐여 즐길 수 있었습니다. 오래된 호탤이지만 청결하게 청소가 되어있고 다른 호텔들에 배해 주변에 가까운 가계가 있어 필요한 것들을 살 수 있었습니다. 호텔에 근무하시는 분들도 영어나 스페인어를 사용하면 아무런 문제없이 모든 것들을 잘 사용할 수 있었습니다.

The desk was nice, but the restaurant staffs was not. And no Refrigerator in Cancun, remember! It drives you crazy. And almost no air conditioner, It has, but It cannot control temperature at all. Nice small pool. But do not expect the water. Again, the desk staff were kind.

Sorry, but first time I'm not satisfied with this place. Check in was at 3pm, they had about a party of 4 waiting for there rooms. We got there at 2:55pm and they told to wait because the rooms were not ready. Finally at 3:30pm we got keys. Got to our room and it was full of moscitos. Had to go to a drug store and buy bug repellent. Long night. No Wi-Fi in the room.

Había cucarachas muertas en la habitación, la comida era TERRIBLE, simplemente no pudimos acabar con un sólo plato, y cuando les pedí lavar un vaso propio par usarlo se negaron de mala manera, no vuelvo.

There was nothing unique about this hotel. The whole thing is falls advertising. There is no WIFI in the rooms. There is TV in the room with no connection. Very hard to find. Even GPS was sending us up and down to get there. Over all we did not have a good time at this hotel

We stayed here for one night in transit to the airport, it was a bit damp and musty but did the job for what we needed, the area around was interesting but felt safe to walk somehwere for food. The front desk guy was really nice and helpful, there was a really good Mexican restaurant nearby ! Do not go to the pirate ship restaurant!

Esta pésima la atención a cliente, había una familia de colombianos que les robaron en la piscina su mochila con sus documentos y nadie los ayudaba, y en la habitación no ponen agua ni nada, no me gusto el hotel me he quedado en mejores con mejor precio y calidad y con muy buen trato al cliente

Una porquería de hotel. La habitación olía horriblemente a humedad, es una cueva llena de hongos, moho y cucarachas, matamos dos cucarachas que salían del closet. La madera llena de humedad así como de la puerta del baño y de la entrada. Las bisagras desprendidas, madera hinchada y podrida. Las llaves de la regadera se caían. El trato del personal es super horrible. Antes de pasar al desayuno tienes que pasar por tu pase del restaurant a la recepción y tienen un pésimo manejo al respecto, ya que no sabían que hacer y tuvimos que hacer fila y esperar mucho tiempo para que dieran el pase del restaurante. El desayuno es una burla, según te incluyen el desayuno y a la hora tienes que pagarlo. Los hot cakes crudos, el jugo de naranja era jugo de sumo de naranja, muy amargo. El personal del restaurante sumamente grosero, así como de los de jardinería. Ni siquiera tenían tenedores. No dieron ni café, pero todo ello lo cobraron. Hotel muy sucio y viejo. La alberca era caldo de bacterias, muy verde y sucia. Ojala quien lea esta reseña no caiga en el fraude de este sitio. Y si los dueños o administradores lo leen tomen en cuenta esto para mejorarlo. Ya que para un lugar tan atractivo, esto es lo peor de lo peor.

For the price you get a lot of value. I staid on a budget but got a clean comfortable bed, clean floors and acceptable towels. The shower has good pressure so I took a good shower. The only thing I missed was no mini fridge but they tell you at front. I was able to walk to "embarcadero" where a lot of tours are available including the Xcaret Isla mujeres Ferry.

El servicio es muy malo, atienden de mala gana, no son nada serviciales. La habitación tiene buen tamaño pero había bichos, la caja de seguridad no sirven ni los teléfonos. Las instalaciones están muy sucias, la alberca ni se diga, estaba súper turbia la agua. Los camastros rotos.

The worst hotel ever. There’s no wifi, unfriendly staffs, cockroaches everywhere. And I got ticks bite when I was sleeping from the bed sheets. Shower room is also dirty and we were supposed to call the front desk about that but the phone is unplugged. I wanted to get refund. It’s terrible.

The female counter staff was rude and acted put to check me in. Room was dirt with mold on the walls and broken mirror in the bathroom. Shower need scrubbed due to mildew and shower head was green. Beds were almost as hard as the tile floor. Breakfast was $10 and I was served half a quesadilla with a spoonful of dice tomatoes, a bowl of soggy corn flakes with warm milk (like it had been sitting for a while), and 3/4 glass of juice. When I asked I was told that was all the breakfast included. The two positives were that it backed to the marina so you could see some nice boats and the gentleman at check-out was very pleasant and helpful. Do not recommend this property.

El servicio del personal es decepcionante, tenia 15 años sin volver a hospedarme, la experiencia fue mala, las habitaciones no le invierten en más, es una hotel únicamente para dormir y además me cobraron 75 pesos por sanitización diaría no incluido en el precio acordado con la agencia.

Fuimos a isla mujeres y el embarcadero de excaret está a una cuadra del hotel, los boletos para dos personas ida y vuelta costaron 1,140. Y pudimos subirnos al observatorio una experiencia inigualable que lo incluye el mismo boleto. Para ir a la playa principal de Cancún tomamos una ruta que cobro 12 pesos por persona y en 10 minutos estábamos hay. Las rutas pasan 2 o 3 minutos. El hotel muy cómodo, mucha gente, las albercas muy limpias, la vista al lago increíble. La atención muy buena. 10 de 10

The 1st room we had not so clean, and the ceiling of shower caved in the 2nd night we were there, they did move us to a nicer room for duration of stay. Paid for a breakfast daily, ate 3, all mexican food, no choices. The staff was friendly enough but no one spoke English, very hard to communicate!

This hotel is a great little gem in the Hotel Zone of Cancun. It is extremely reasonable with modest clean rooms and nice attached restaurant that overlooks the lagoon. If you want a clean safe place where you actually feel like you are in Mexico this is the place. Also nice cafe next door (Deli Barlovento).

No value for money
Omend store, så meget fugtige værelser der lugtede af kælder. Der var ikke en skraldespand på værelset og kun et enkelt håndklæde til hver, ikke noget til efter man vasker hænder. Intet internet på værelset. Poolområdet var forfaldende og misvedligeholdt, og selve poolen (trods nydelige billeder) var helt klart ikke en der blev renset og vandet var stillestående og sikkert aldrig skiftet. Så ingen value for money !! Og selvom der højt og flot står gratis morgenmad inkluderet i receptionen, var dette ikke tilfældet - men kan jo overleves. Vi havde 2 værelser begge med dobbeltsenge, en familie med 2 voksne og 3 børn, og havde klart troet på lidt bedre faciliteter, selv de basale.
