Bon hôtel
Hôtel très bien placé. Mérite d'être rénové. Le parking lilliputien a un accès très compliqué (nombreuses manœuvres pour une voiture de la taille d'une Mégane 4) mais il a le mérite d'exister. Personnel sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y retournerons volontiers en cas de visite à Gênes.

parliamo dei lati positivi,posizione buona ,vicino fermata bus,parcheggio gratis auto. Negativi: al nostro rientro la sera abbiamo trovato la porta della camera aperta e nessuno sapeva niente,ci hanno fatto cambio degli asciugamani per uno,peccato fossimo in due,comunque son sceso alla reception e mi son stati dati gli altri,colazione buona ma migliorabile,poco salato. Camera moooolto datata,avrebbero bisogno di hotel da incubo.

Tre giorni a Boccadasse
Io e mia madre eravamo in visita ad una cugina ricoverata nella struttura adiacente l'hotel: ci siamo trovate benissimo sia per la cortesia inusuale del personale, sia per la location, vicinissima alla spiaggetta di Boccadasse. La stanza era dignitosa e pulita; la colazione abbondante e con tanta varietà di scelta. Ottimo. Ci torneremo senz'altro, magari per una occasione migliore.

Everything you need for a great price!
This place was great and especially was for our 3 dogs! The room we had had a great view, and large balcony. Breakfast(included) was fresh and delicious! Service from the front desk was also good! Spoke enough English for us to get tips on local restaurants too. Parking was free, but I think it is limited.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting
We just finished a week long stay at Hotel La Capaninna and found it to be a wonderful experience. First, the location is perfect and you can walk to Boccadasse easily. There are many nice restaurants nearby, and a handy grocery market just a block away. There are bus stops nearby also, and several ATMs. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well kept. The employees are all extremely nice and helpful, and seem like a family. We had reserved a room with a balcony but it turned out that the hotel elevator did not reach that floor and as I have problems with stairs, we instead stayed in a very nice room on a lower floor that had a big window that offered a beautiful view including the ocean nearby. I highly recommend this little gem of a hotel to anyone seeking accommodations in this area.

Personnel sympathique, quartier agréable mais difficile de se garer : pas beaucoup de places libres et largeur de la rue très étroite . Les chambres ont une bonne literie mais le mini bar annoncé n y était pas dans une des chambres et dans l autre un frigo vide ! Notre fenêtre ne fermait pas. Salle de bain petite, vieillotte et limite propre . Petit déjeuner un peu juste sur le choix et sur la qualité , absence de beurre. Pour l accessibilité aux personnes à mobilité réduite , de la chambre au restaurant il y a un ascenseur mais de la réception à la chambre, il faut monter une dizaine de marches pour avoir accès à l ascenseur !!!

Ad eccezione della cortesia e disponibilità del personale, sono davvero pochi gli aspetti positivi da segnalare. La camera che ci è stata data necessiterebbe di un profondo ammodernamento. Poche prese di corrente, bagno piccolo, scarso isolamento acustico dalla camera adiacente. La colazione è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative.

Old but nice hotel for a short stay
We needed a few days in Genova and booked this place the day before. A medium sized family run hotel with a very friendly staff. Location is super, close to the sea and the older "fisher village" part of the city. The room was a bit run-down, the breakfast not much to write home about but the people there, the location and the friendly faces (plus the Easter eggs left for us over the Easter weekend) just made it a great hotel to stay at. Our room had a huge balcony and I imagine in the summer it would be a great place for sitting and enjoying the evening sun with a view of city life and the sea. Would come back.

arrivati alle 22 del giorno di Pasqua con regolare prenotazione, veniamo informati che la nostra camera è stata data ad altri (un omonimo, ci viene detto...) e non veniamo neppure aiutati a cercare altro hotel in zona, cosa a cui dobbiamo provvedere da soli! SEMPLICEMENTE INCONCEPIBILE.

The hotel had a good location and the service was good. But there was no air condition and we where not able to eat the breakfast. There was no restaurant there, but they recommend a really good restaurant near by, capricci.

Non andarci se vuoi far colpo su qualcuno!
Personalmente quando vado in un hotel a tre stelle mi aspetto copriletti stirati, porte del bagno con la chiave, porte del bagno aggiustate, anta della doccia non crepata. Non ho trovato nulla di tutto questo. Però bisogna dire che è situato in una zona carina e nel complesso è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, qualità molto apprezzate.

La posizione dell' hotel è ottima , un quartiere molto tranquillo e residenziale.L' accoglienza fredda , ambiente un po' vecchiotto ... la pulizia è proprio scarsa . Addiritura nei cassetti c' erano ancora scontrini vari e biglietti del pullman degli ospiti di 1 mese fa ... nel cucinino c' erano delle bibite vecchie lasciate sempre da qualcun' altro ... sul pavimento dei pellucchi di vari generi e non diciamo sotto il letto cosa non c' era, un 'anta della finestra cadeva quando la aprivo ...e la sorpresa non era finita lì . La colazione era molto scarsa , un po' di fette biscottate e biscotti , qualche torta fatta in casa .. Addiritura i ns amici sono andati a fare la colazione in un' altro bar ... non lo consiglierei proprio a nessun .....

It could have be better,no air condition in the room and it was hot in Genova............................. The second day the owner give us a fan, then it was a litle better . The .breakfast was ok .I will not recommend it in the summer, any other time it will be fine , because it is near eveything.

chambre quadruple: en fait chambre triple avec un lit supplémentaire. le problème c'est que dans 15m² ca fait beaucoup. en plein mois d'aout 4personnes dégagent bcp de chaleur et pas de clim! parking payant en supplément car il ne faut pas arriver trop tard si on veut se garer dans la rue, vraiment étroite et en sens unique.

La Cappanina-utmärkt placerat i södra Genoa
Enklare men prisvärt, renligt och trevligt hotel med utmärkt läge 50 meter från strandpormenaden i södra delen av Genoa, den vackraste delen i mitt tycke. Här kan man utan problem spendera ett flertal dagar. Personalen är trevlig och engelskan är generellt inga problem om man inte hanterer italienskan, spanska fungerar också bra för de flesta. Det enda tråkiga är frukostbuffén som inte får godkänt, ordet minimal nyttjas maximalt.

Ottima accoglienza. Ci hanno perfino dato la possibilità di scelta fra due camere. A 100 metri dal lungo mare, a 30 minuti a piedi dalla Fiera.In una zona silenziosa con bella vista.
