I can’t explain how dirty this hotel was! But i have pictures which I would love to share with Expedia. This hotel was full of mold everywhere specially room. We told management as soon as we checked in, we have been completely ignored! Staff weren’t friendly at all , didn’t help. Now we checked out and seeing a doctor because of my husband sever allergies to MOLD which we explained to them. But im holding expedia accountable since we trusted expedia to book. We never had such an sever issue with the cleanliness of a hotel, this was more than cleanliness. This was a safety health related issues. I wish I could upload pictures to review but im hoping expedia give the opportunity to share pictures at least with them. This is not acceptable, this is people’s health on the line! Refrigerator was broken, we told them they said they will fix it! Nothing! Literally they ignored everything. Even manager requested us to email him the pictures of molds in the wall/ceiling/bathroom , we did he just said thank you. Seriously?! Now my husband is severely sick and coughing so bad we are in Naples currently and looking for a doctor! We checked out this morning and not happy at all since the check in! I need expedia to email me so i can share photos of this horrible place!

Personale molto gentile; Emanuela in particolare è stata veramente disponibile e cordiale. Allo stesso tempo anche il personale di sala è stato impeccabile. Consigliato vivamente per la posizione ottima sia perché permette di raggiungere la piazzetta in pochi minuti sia per l’eleganza delle stradine limitrofe. Unica pecca la mancanza di un phon abbastanza potente. Stanze ampie e confortevoli.

Hotel antigo em baixo estado de conservação. Café da manhã fraco. Nos dois dias que ficamos hospedamos chegamos no café da manhã as 9:30 e já estavam faltando diversas coisas que só foram repostas depois que pedimos e após isso fomos maltratadas pela equipe do hotel.

シャワーの出が悪くお湯にすると少ししか出ないので夏なのにとても寒かった。3人宿泊にも関わらずタオルが2人分だけ。フロントに電話をしても全く繋がらず困りました。エレベーターが狭く大きな荷物を持っていると1人しか乗れない。立地はTAXI降り場から10分弱でスーツケースを持っての移動は坂道もあり大変でした。荷物がない時は良い。

Unica nota positiva la location, proprio nel cuore di Capri. Per il resto l'Hotel non sembra essere un 4 stelle. Arredamenti e camere antiquate. Personale poco cortese e poco disponibile. Colazione misera e prodotti non freschi. All'arrivo la camera non era ancora pronta (check-in alle 15) e ci hanno consegnato la camera in ritardo e sporca(dovevano ancora fare le pulizie). Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente inadeguato. P.s.Portatevi il phon da casa, quello al muro è datato 1827

Fornecimento de dados pessoais sem autorização.
Quando chegamos no porto tinha uma pessoa com o nosso nome e o hotel que ficaríamos para levar as malas e nos orientou para pegar o Funicular. Assim procedemos, mas quando fomos pagar a conta no hotel foi nos cobrado 24 euros por duas malas médias. Relutamos em pagar mas eles dizeram que era assim em Capri. Para evitar delongas já que estávamos na hora de que pegar o navio, pagamos, para depois reclamar. Achamos um absurdo já que os maleteiros cobram bem menos que isto! Ademais, em outro hotel que nossos amigos ficaram, o preço foi outro. Assim, não autorizamos ninguém fornecer nossos dados para levar a mala, pensamos que fosse serviço do hotel, já que portavam nossos dados. Em nenhum momento fomos avisados desta taxa. Nos sentimos lesados! O táxi ficaria em 20 euros, logo bem mais barato do que 24 + 4 do funicular. Além de que pelo funicular seria apenas 4 euros o casal! Deste modo, gostaria que a hoteis.com entrasse em contato com o hotel para devolver a importância indevidamente cobrada e serviço prestado sem qualquer informação. A ausência de transparência das informações na prestação de serviços não conduz a legalidade do ato, trata-se de modo errôneo de prestar serviço e cobrá-lo pelo valor que quiser! Por fim, disseram que era normal na Itália. Andamos a Toscana e a Costa Amalfitana, só em Capri isto ocorreu! Logo, não é o normal! Tudo que aqui está escrito foi falado no hotel para a recepcionista e a gerente.

O Hotel é confortável e muito bem localizado, com excelentes colaboradores, a exemplo da Marcela, na recepção, e dos colaboradores que atuam no serviço de café da manhã. Porém tivemos um desagradável surpresa no chek-out: nos foi cobrada uma taxa de 12 Euros por mala transportada desde o porto, quando achávamos que era serviço do Hotel. Nossos dados foram passados a terceiros sem a nossa permissão e ainda tivemos que pagar este valor absurdo por haverem transportado nossas malas sem que houvéssemos sido avisados dos custos. Um desrespeito para conosco.

Todo muy bien, pero viajaba con una niña pequeña, tuve que solicitar que arreglaran el sofá para que pudiera dormir y me entregaron las sabanas para que yo hiciera la cama. Eso es inadmisible en un hotel 4estrellas. Todo lo demás muy bien.

ウェルカムギフトでシャンパンをもらえたのと、フリーのボトル水をもらえたのはよかった。観光地へのアクセスと周辺環境は問題なし。 シャワーのお湯の温度が十分上がらず、夜も３４℃くらい、朝に至っては水よりほんの少しは温かいかどうか。ベッドは掛け布団なしのシーツのみ。朝食ありのプランを頼んでいたが、朝食利用時は別に１５ユーロが課金されるというような記載がメールで来て紛らわしかった。朝食バイキングはホットフードなしのお菓子ばかりで、塩辛いものはチーズとサラミが入ったパンと、チーズとハムだけ。実際に１５ユーロ追加請求されることはなかったが、この内容で15ユーロも請求されるなら、周りでやってるカフェで食べたほうがよっぽど良い。ハイシーズンのカプリ島に一泊だけでも泊まれて、しかもこの値段なら仕方ないのか。

Only good thing is location
The best thing about this hotel is its location and the small pool area outside but it stops there. The rest is pretty average, with poor service, sugary breakfast and facilities. No iron available for ironing clothes and their ironing service closes at 5. The staff doesn't speak much English. I booked through ebookers over phone after deciding to change from a different hotel that was already booked. I had to make a separate booking so had to use a different card for this change as I only had that handy. I was told the hotel charges in euros before arrival so if I wanted to change the card I would have to call the hotel directly. The first time I called the reception desk they asked me to call next day as reservations was closed, so next day I spoke to reservations. The lady over phone affirmed she changed the card details successfully. When I asked them to make sure they don't charge the wrong card and please delete the previous GBP card as my bank charges substantial fees for the transaction. The lady assured me that she was the one who charges the card and it was no problem. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked to see what card had been charged and of course it was the one I asked them NOT to charge. No explanation was given, no offer to reverse the charge and charge a different preferred card. The receptionist just shrugged and said there's nothing you can do about it. When we asked for the manager, he or she wasn't available. Nothing the next day either. Poor.

Gem in the heart of Capri
Lovely hotel located near enough for an easy walk to the main square and just steps from the Quisisana Hotel. Beautifully tiled floors, balcony overlooking the pool and friendly, helpful staff.

Enjoyable Stay
This hotel is in a great location. Not too far from the funicular which takes you to and from the marina to catch the ferry. The pool is small but nice with lovely lounge chairs, perfect for an afternoon nap. The rooms need updating for sure...but were quite large and ours had a nice balcony. The bedding was odd, but the bed was very large and served its purpose. Had a nice glass of prosseco at the patio restaurant. They brought a complimentary snack of peanuts and the best olives ive ever tasted. Free wifi worked well in outside areas. Overall, we really enjoyed ours stay.

Pointless pool!!!!!!
Stayed for 2 nights. In a nice location amongst the high end shops. Good distance from what we needed. However, this was supposed to be our comfort stop off on a tour of the amalfi coast. We saw ourselves relaxing by the big pool in the pictures. Turns out that pool was another hotel that that used to share with Regina Christina. They have their own pool now and it's completely pointless. It would be a bad kiddies pool. It's small! Very small and for some reason all the sides slope down to give enough room for one person to swim for about a metre as long as you have short arms and legs. Do not come for the pool.

カプリを満喫できるリーズナブルなリゾートホテル
ケーブルカーの終着駅から徒歩数分。 カプリの見どころでもある街歩きをしている間にホテルに着きます。 ちょうどショッピング街と静かな自然溢れる通り（Gardens of Augustus方面）との中間地点にあり、 港や街へ出るにも、展望台に散歩に行くにもとても便利です。 白を基調とした清潔なホテルで、それでいてカプリを感じることができるタイルや絵が壁、床に散りばめられていて、 優雅かつ、レトロな素晴らしいリゾートホテルでした。 部屋からも大きな窓から海が見え、日当たりもとても良く、ベランダのテーブルに座っているだけでも 風がとても気持ちよく、とてもリラックスできました。 朝ごはんはシンプルですが、日当たりのいい１階レストランでのんびりと。 この立地と眺望はおすすめです。とてもリーズナブルにリゾート感を満喫できるホテルです。
