Ashland is always a treat. We never stayed at this facility before. It was a short, but restful stay The intake clerk and breakfast staff were especially pleasant and helpful.

Lovely stay in Ashland. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. There is lots to do downtown Ashland. So many cute restaurants and shops! Definitely would stay again.

Really convenient place to stay with easily walkable brew-pub just along the road and a nice couple of good restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff have always been very helpful and welcoming.

The lady checking me in was super ⭐️ star! She in rolled me into the rewards card that gives me points none has ever asked me if I wanted to join! She was super friendly and helpful:) My room was excellent

Booked way ahead our planned trip. Room was right next to entrance/exit and reception on the first floor. Very noisy, tiny, smells bad. There were some leftovers in a fridge after previous guests.

Excellent Stop on I-5 Roadtrips
Ashland is half way on our regular two day road trips. BW Windsor Inn has become our favorite: easy freeway access, flawless service and facilities, nearby restaurants, better than typical breakfast.

About as expected for 5, price friendly best western. Aging condition. Ask for rooms away from ice maker, not on the first floor unless you need to be ground floor (noisy ceilings) and away from stairs.
