Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. It was very clean, up to date & organized. Only minor thing was that one of the night lamps located by the headboard was flashing and going out on and off. No big deal.

Overnight stay on long distance trip. Check in was easy. Parking was great, right by the side door and my room was close by. Everything was clean and tidy. I will stay at this location again.

Great stay
Very clean, most comfortable bed and relaxing sleep. Train near bye but didn’t hear from room 313. Only downfall I was unable to use the hdmi inputs on the tv so no Sunday football!!

A/C was not working in the first room but staff quickly put me in another room. Staff were polite, kind and efficient. Great stay.

On three occasions including check-in the one staffed person from the desk was missing. Room was nice enough with lots of places to plug in your electronic equipment. Nicely maintained property.

Definitely recommend!
We arrived to the hotel after midnight and check-in was a breeze. The gentleman that was at the counter was super nice & helpful! Our room was great as well! Great for families! We will stay here again when passing through.

This was a great stay. The pool is small so when the kids come we had to leave but everything else was enjoyable

A bit confusing to find but parking was an issue. Cars and trucks with trailers parallel parked taking up 4-5 spaces.

Staff was incredibly welcoming even for our very late check in - a great way to start our stay after a long drive. Room was very clean and nicely set up and the beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was a full spread with hot and cold options that even met our dairy free and gluten free options and satisfied my teenage son’s appetite. Wonderful experience!

The staff were very friendly. But the AC quit working in the night. Fortunately, I was the only one in my family drenched in sweat. I certainly wasn’t going to move everyone while they were sleeping, but a discount would have been nice since I didn’t sleep.

We had some issues with our vehicle and the gentleman that checked us in helped us find a mechanic. We took our car to the mechanic the next morning and they fixed our vehicle immediately without us making an appointment. They were very reasonable and sent us on our way with a smile. If it had not been for the gentlemen who helped us at the Fairfield Inn, I am sure our trip would not have gone smoothly. Special thanks to this Fairfield employee. He should get a pat on the back.

The staff were excellent, but they didn’t have the rolling shower room that I requested and the front desk from Hotels.com told me they will going to give me.

Amazing Staff
I recently stayed at this hotel as a staycation with my family during our children's spring break. I am assuming the front desk agent Alice was the general manager. Alice was a breath of fresh air! She was so friendly from check in to check out. I had a small issue with my room and the staff quickly acted by placing me into another room. It was an overall welcoming and wonderful experience. I will return and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

This was a great stay! The best part about the hotel was the customer service! Alice and Gideon were by far the nicest employees I’ve ever encountered! They made me and my friends feel welcomed, and because of them I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very clean hotel, great location. The only thing that way upsetting was that they did not have free Wi-Fi only if you signed up on the Marriott app.

Amazing staff! Handicap friendly!!!
Staff was absolutely amazing!!! We have a handicap son and once the staff at this hotel new that they went above and beyond to make us comfortable as well as him. They offered to upgrade our room, move us to the first floor, had us park up front to unload and they came out and laid salt down as well as asked if we needed help getting him in his wheelchair (our vehicle he remains in his chair). They had us bring him out of the cold and stood by him while we unloaded all his equipment/machines. Escorted us to the elevator as well as our room. They even gave us complimentary water later that evening and during our stay kept asking if we needed anything and if our son was okay!! We have never been treated like this anywhere we have stayed with him and we travel a decent amount. Amazing!!!

Very quiet and comfortable hotel. Breakfast selections were all packaged and heavily processed, but coffee was good. Great hotel for overnight stay and some good dinner choices in charming Old Hilliard very close by.
